Hypnosis

People ask me why I don’t teach hypnosis or promote hypnotherapy very often these days?

hypnosis

The answer is that my life and practice has moved away from brain tricks, like hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to more heart-centered therapeutic modalities. While the mind/brain focus of my ministry has served me and others so well in the past, as my practice continues to evolve, I am realizing the heart is more powerful than the brain.

This has brought the scope of my practice full circle. When I began my work with people, helping them achieve their highest and best, my focus was primarily of a spiritual nature. In my attempt to better assist people in creating demonstrable and dramatic change I branched out into the science of the mind to augment my skill set. Tony Robbins introduced me to NLP and following master-level training, I continued my studies in hypnosis.

These tools were important in creating lasting results in the lives of my clients.

Led by curiosity and thirst for knowledge I continued to expand the tools used in helping my clients, and I began a never-ending journey of accumulating alternate modalities and certifications in therapeutic sciences.

Then, one day, it occurred to me (okay, brace yourself for this one) that everything – all treatment modalities of all kinds – were the same. They all had substance and were effective, while at the same time, they had no substance and were not effective.

It was then, that I concluded that love – not knowledge – was the answer and that the only real power was not the power of the mind (as I had been persuaded to demonstrate effectively and believe) but the heart which is the seat of all life.

This was when I decided to stop struggling for knowledge, and began a personal journey of allowing my own expansion and evolution by being open, peaceful and loving, while allowing anyone else to make their own way in any way that suits them at the time.

A great deal of my practice revolves around business consulting and increasing professional potential in my clients. Imagine the shift in the way I conduct my business affairs now (it’s a hoot, in comparison to days gone by).

I am more effective, now, but my approach is much different, I completely meet my clients where they are and find a vibration where we both can resonate to effectively make the most of our time together.

I find myself attracting a wide variety of individuals all at different places in their life’s journey, all making their own ways using different methods and doing the best they can with what they have. Just like me, only completely dissimilar, and I love it.

What does the future hold? Who knows?

I can’t wait to see what’s coming next!

How about You?

My hope for you, is that you find something that you love to do so much, that you would experience great joy, happiness and fulfillment doing it all the time, and even more: to be paid to do it. (How much better does it get?)

I have the best job in the world (which is really like no job at all) because I would do the work that I do with others without remuneration. That’s right. If I had all the money in the world and never had to work another day in my life, I would still be committed to and loving my supportive family, while helping people achieve their highest and best. I could only hope to be enthusiastically enjoying doing this work with my outstanding family, friends and the community at large, as I draw my last breath.

To me, this is my life’s mission. It is who I am. While through the course of my life this mission has taken a variety of forms, it has always been the same and I suspect will always remain (though I remain open)…

And ever-growing and expanding…

Vive la Evolution

Oh, yeah, about hypnosis: It’s life as we know it. Everything is hypnosis.

With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility

You have a unique superpower, a gift or ability of value and importance to benefit the community or the world. It is an innate ability, gift or talent you were born with – so from your own perspective – it may not seem as though it is any ability at all, because it is simply part of the person you are and you accept it as a personality trait or flaw. That is, if you recognize it at all, due to suppression of your special powers early on, in your youth.

For those of us in the ministry of empowering people and helping them to recognize and embrace their unique abilities, it is not that dissimilar to the work of Xavier (Professor X) founder of the X-Men, as he seeks out mutants who possess unnatural abilities. For those who possess the abilities, in most cases they are perceived as a disability, they believe they are unworthy or are too timid and/or shy to be of any value to others. With Xavier’s coaching they discover what they had thought was a personal curse, was actually a super-power, if embraced and mastered. The comic book premise is not far from the truth.

Whether you thank Voltaire or Spider-man’s Uncle Ben for the phrase

with great power comes great responsibility spider man super powers abilities voltaire quote

With great power comes great responsibility

the fact remains that those who possess a particular superpower and wield it with power and authority, have an obligation to use their abilities for good and not evil. At the very least acknowledging and accepting the Hippocratic Oath’s tenet, “to do no harm,” is an honorable forbearance. Enough to give one pause before deploying your power in a way that may have a negative effect later or on someone else. Though, this cannot always be guaranteed that no one will ever be harmed, for that is a matter of perspective, but at least to be vigilantly respectful and cognoscente prior to executing your ability would be virtuous.

This caveat (and/or cause for pause) should preempt any use of power or force, from parenting to social interactions and from education to law enforcement, especially in acts of violence and war.

Sometimes, a well-pondered playing out of possible outcomes using your power of imagination, can help you come to a logical conclusion as to whether this is the right time, place and circumstance to use your special power in full force. You might conclude using only a small sample of your ability sufficient in the moment, or not using it may be your best contribution for the greater good.

The idea of considering what is in the best interest of the greater good is of paramount importance when exercising one’s innate powers and abilities. It’s as if you as the fully empowered superhero must act from a place of humility and possess a servant’s heart for maximum effectiveness and maintenance of potential damage control, always weighing the effects of your actions on others and the world at large.

It’s easy to understand why superheroes have the need to use an alter ego or alternative personality to blend in while navigating the world of everyday life, then don a costume when exercising their abilities in full force.

In fact, many of us tend to suit-up so-to-speak to exercise our superpowers in public, though many of us can conduct our contributions for the most part in private or secrecy.

Do you exercise your superpowers responsibly?

Burning Bridges

Sometimes, in relationships (business, personal or otherwise) it is necessary to burn the bridge that connects one person with another, so that there is little or no possibility of crossing over it again. Such is the case of those engaged in an abusive relationship or in the event that you are entangled with a psychopath.

burning bridges mending fences relationships bridge burning

In my work with individuals making their way through this life it is not uncommon for me to work with someone harboring deep regrets about a bridge-burning episode in life that was fueled by a temporary emotional state. Though the emotional state was temporary (and appeared more significant, even emergent, at the time) the resulting bridge destruction was permanent.

Many people in their last moments tell stories about their regrets about bridges burned beyond repair in their lives, the result of their own incendiary devices, that if ever given the opportunity of a do-over, they would have done it differently.

Working with people who are on their individual path of personal or spiritual growth, occasionally the subject of severed relationships – relationships dissolved with a life sentence and no possibility of parole – surface in the form of regret.

In doing the work of achieving one’s highest and best, you never know who can be an asset to your growth or potential, the idea is to retain as many options in your life as possible. Think about the options in your life being represented as a deck of cards; shuffle the deck and you have 52 options. Now, shuffle the deck again, only this time pick a card – any card – and burn it. No problem, now you have 51 options. Repeat the process another 50 times and now you’re down to your last card.

You no longer have the ability to shuffle or burn a card and you are left alone with no options.

People are the conduit connecting the events and opportunities traversing throughout our life. Making a habit of irrevocably severing connections with other people is counter-productive to say the least, because it limits your opportunities exponentially. When you burn a bridge between you and another person, it is likely to be noticed or affect someone else.

Do you think successful people with integrity are in the habit of burning bridges? Only if it is absolutely necessary and no other way can be found to circumvent the severance. Even so, care is taken to minimize the damages or potential extenuating ramifications. They painstakingly attempt to preserve and retain all the cards they have.

Yet, not all of us can conjure up the necessary fortitude to conduct all of our relationships with this level of social prowess, especially when emotions have the better of us. In the immediacy of the moment – feeling as though there is no other option but to fight or flee – burning the bridge seems like the best option at the time, in an effort to preserve one’s self. It’s as if, in that moment, you felt as though your life depended on the permanent separation.

With a few cards burned from your deck, you can still likely survive, but if you continue to burn cards the community at large sees this and begins to further reduce the number of opportunities otherwise available to you. The universe also matches your opportunities based on how you manage your cards.

If you’re in the habit of saying (or thinking), “I’d rather be alone than…” Don’t be surprised if you are rewarded with more alone time, or less quality time with others.

Mending Fences

On the bright side, bridges are rarely FUBAR (beyond repair). A little fence-mending can go a long way as you continue your life’s journey. Though waiting for the other party to initiate the reconstruction is ill-advised. Remember, the universe is watching you and rewards you with what you give.

If you are more likely to reach out in forgiveness and not alienate others (unless it’s absolutely necessary) then you can expect to receive more of the same.

Your future will be brighter, satisfying and you will enjoy more happiness, without the remorse that comes with extricating others.

Build a bridge

It can be as easy as saying, “How’s it going?” This may be enough to bridge the gap. It needn’t be a full on apology, “I’m sorry, I don’t know what I was thinking,” or, “I was just overwhelmed at the moment,” and, “not thinking straight,” or any combination thereof. But you might offer up such a response if challenged with, “I thought you hated me.”

But in most cases, people are pretty much open and forgiving to others but we tend to make things more complicated in our mind’s eye than is so in reality.

A little humility goes a long way, plus it puts you back in the driver’s seat as you increase your opportunities and take back the power of your own heroism.

Power of Complaining

Ever know someone who appears to be constantly complaining about everything, the state of the world, being surrounded by evil or stupid people, and of course their constantly being victimized?

A pessimistic chronic complainer, like that, might be off-putting, especially to the optimist. The optimist might see the individual fueled by constant whining and complaining as an ever present drain on their own personal energy reserves. It can be frustrating maintaining an effective level of communication between individuals on opposite ends of the spectrum.

power of complaining pessimistic whining complaint take action

When team-building, I always like to have a chronic complainer on-board, someone who sees problems everywhere they look, even in the best of circumstances, they will offer up a “what if” that could lead to an outcome of apocalyptic proportions. Some might consider this pessimistic influence a non-constructive waste of time, but I think to assume there is little value in looking at anything from a different perspective as folly.

Those who fail to see the value of the complainer may also fail to see the value in the complaint. For is it not true that

Every technological and sociological advancement is the result of complaining

Of course it is not simply enough to complain, for complaining – and continuing to complain – about something exemplifies powerlessness, but to complain, then as quickly as possible find ways to counteract the issue at hand with a definitive action, this person has evolved as the pessimist activist.

The pessimist activist complains about the state of a thing or circumstance and goes about taking action fueled by their angst in the hopes of having some impact on the situation.

Unlike the optimist who focuses on the happy, joyful outcome of a particular situation or circumstance from an, “if only” perspective, the pessimist approaches the same conundrum from the, “what if,” perspective and the pessimist activist takes action based on their desire to prevent a worst case scenario.

And both of them are right

There is not one that is more right than the other, it is what it is, and the teaming of these individuals in a yin/yang approach to tackling any obstacle, problem-solving or visionary project is priceless.

As for the complainer who refuses to take action, they tend to find themselves depleting their own energy reserves and often find themselves battling depression and persistent health concerns. But it doesn’t take much to counteract the effects of complaining by (as quickly as possible) integrating some level of activity to augment the otherwise negative outlook.

For instance, if one asserts, “There is no happiness in my life,” taking the action of creating a little happiness based on the complaint and – voila – you’re on your way to empowering your power of complaining. An example might be to go to a comedy show, call or visit a young relative who looks up to you, take your dog for a walk, buy a new outfit (or shoes), take a hike or walk on the beach… or whatever makes you feel happy. To not do so, only creates a sense of helplessness.

If you’re particularly focused on some other person’s lack of intelligence or propensity for causing dangerous circumstances, taking action on your complaint is better than not doing anything. You could offer a productivity tool as a gift, file a formal complaint or study to teach a class or write a report/book that might be helpful for others dealing with similar people.

If you feel an urge to constantly complain about the state of the world, then exchange your, “what if,” which normally leads to a worst case conclusion, to “what if I could do something about it?” And the something you could do need not be of worldwide significance to have an impact. You could simply post your observation(s) on social media, call into a talk radio program or write a letter to the editor. Your action (though minute in comparison to your concern) may be helpful in making others aware of the potential disaster and may help the idea reach critical mass, which always has – and always will – lead to change.

I extend my sincere gratitude for all the empowered complainers who help to make the world a better place.

Keep complaining

(and do something about it)

Weaponizing Spirits Aliens and Ghosts

Take a look at all the science experiments that our government and its agencies such as the CIA, NASA, Department of Defense, FBI and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (not to mention independent covert projects) spend billions of dollars researching and you might find the off-the-wall and unbelievable crazy television shows depicting weird science, is exactly what they invest their research dollars on behind closed doors.

weaponizing spirits aliens ghosts government paranormal cover up conspiracy

Starting with UFOs (and their related technologies), extra terrestrials, psychokinesis (affecting matter using only the power of mind), teleportation, parapsychological phenomenon, remote viewing, non-human entities (ghosts, spirits, demons) the list goes on and on… all the while, we’re expected to believe this is all nonsense, as our government continues to conduct cross-dimensional and interstellar travel/communications and weaponize every paranormal phenomena (not just the killing of goats with one’s mind).

This is not just fodder for sci fi movies armed with visual movie magic, in fact in any given group of 100 people in the United States, someone (probably several) will have a personal account regarding spirits, aliens, ghosts or UFOs (though depending on the group, may be reluctant to share their personal account).

While mind-reading may be the playground for gypsies, street-side psychics and carnival exhibitors, our government may have the wherewithal to extract thoughts directly from both your conscious and subconscious mind and listen-in with you being none the wiser. And the technology exists, whereby planting thoughts in your own voice – only heard from inside your own head – are clearly recognized and accepted as originating from within your own mind.

I may, or may not, have second-hand knowledge about some or all of the aforementioned phenomena, all I’m saying is that all the stuff we’ve been led to believe is hocus pocus, fantasy, science fiction and/or parlour tricks is being researched, experimented with, utilized, deployed and weaponized at great expense every day by our government.

The possibilities and potential abuse of these fringe technologies or paranormal sciences is alarming to say the least.

It’s no longer a question of whether these things are real or not, though the powers that wield them would prefer we stay ignorant of their existence (for either obvious or nefarious reasons).

It begs the question: How is it possible to know what portion of someone’s life is being affected by natural occurrences of these phenomena or possibly part of testing on an otherwise unaware public?

For the curious inquirer, an overwhelming amount of data, personal accounts, scientific studies and declassified documents are within a few keystrokes tickling Google’s fancy. The only problem with searching Google is that it has been flooded with a lot of bad information. Sources say the government is behind the false flood of erroneous data in a conspiracy effort to encourage a logical person to rationalize the entire idea is utter poppycock.

How to know what is real and what is pure craziness is anyone’s guess… but you can bet your bottom dollar, some of it is so factual that it’s worth billions of dollars spent every year by our government to harness it.

While society is battling over whether an American population with the right to bear arms is prudent or not, what about the invisible powers that could be weaponized all around us? These weapons leave no DNA, no powder burns, no residue and no trace whatsoever.

Would it surprise you to consider the government might promote the idea of exposing the general populace to substances and elements that might prevent our minds from harnessing the same powers that military psychic assassins possess? If so, could you blame them?

What if you could literally kill someone with a thought?
You can.

Just food for thought…

Truth and Consequences

Once you get to a point in your journey when you are attaining a level of personal integrity, you also begin to gain a desire to be open and honest – which is a good thing – but it doesn’t take long ‘til you find that telling the truth and being totally honest can come at a very high price.

Being totally honest is an authentic urge as you continue to grow as being true to yourself makes you want to be truthful to others also. One would think that since being brutally honest with yourself would indicate that being brutally honest with others would be just as effective. Yeah, not so much.

truth honesty consequences imagination sincerity

The more radically open and honest you are the fewer people will be attracted to you. Unless your goal is to completely isolate yourself from society, then you might consider tempering your honesty with a snippet from the Hippocratic Oath, “To do no harm.”

Otherwise, an unbridled purveyor of truth might be considered as arrogant, self-centered, antagonistic, whacked (crazy) and possibly deserving of being safely locked away in an asylum. To counter public opinion about the truth you desire to share, simply being considerate of others can be a highly effective approach when applied to communication that might otherwise be difficult or hurt someone’s feelings.

This is a skill wielded by the savvy therapist, to be able to challenge the patient with contrarian ideas in order to break a particular pattern, without approaching the idea from a full frontal attack. Some empathy in this situation will go a long way. Consider the person you’re involved in the conversation with, use a bit of imagination and try to put yourself in his or her shoes. How does it feel to be that person, in this moment, with respect to the life he/she has lived up to this point?

Keep in mind, you want to tell the truth without overawe and do no harm in the process.

Simply taking a moment to observe your breathing, connect with your heart, thoughtfully and purposefully setting the intention to effectively and sincerely communicate heart-to-heart prior to sharing will help to set the tone for a potentially abrasive interaction.

To avoid the pitfalls or consequences of being blunt, a more ‘round the bush approach may be a more affective tactic, especially if you would like to avoid alienation, desiring a more positive outcome.

As you become more open, honest and intimate your thoughts in a sincerely truthful manner, you find increasing feelings of satisfaction, joy and fulfillment from this advanced perspective. Your whole outlook begins to improve, as does your lifestyle, you live a healthier and enjoy a longer lifespan.

If you can learn how to honestly tell the truth with respect and honor for the life and perspective of the recipient, you will be respected as an authentic person who speaks with authority and integrity, while being kind and sensitive.

The more you do it, the less intimidated you are about sharing and the more courageous you become about intimating important details to others.

When your kindness predicates your sharing honestly, you come from a place of love and compassion and people with whom you are interacting feel as though you care about them, when the very same information would have been rejected and you shunned, without first setting your authentic intention.

Still, there will be times when even with the best intentions and efforts, your honesty will be rejected, but that says more about the state of the receiver than you. Some people cannot handle the truth and build protective walls around themselves to disallow any ideas that may seem incongruent to them.

Allow them to be where they are. After all, we’re all doing the best we can with what we have.

Maybe sometime in the future, they will be more receptive, depending on their life’s journey.

In the meantime, tell the truth, understand there will be consequences and minimize the negative ones.

In all honesty and love.

Personal Development Quantum and Spirit Science

There’s a certain type of individual who is attracted to personal development. That is to say, they are concerned about who they are, how they interface with the world, how to make the world a better place, and become the highest and best version of themselves while doing it.

They find themselves less concerned with the distractions of this world and more concerned with attempting to discover what is real. They are becoming increasingly aware that something is more real than the material world, which we previously interpreted as real.

While the material world is definitely experienced in 3D through our senses and cognitive interpretation, there are even more dimensions around us that we are unable to understand or experience with our rational mind. A small but growing part of our planet is reaching out to connect with these realms in various ways.

It starts when one realizes that there is more to this world combined with an elevated sense of self, as in feeling as though there is some purpose to being here, that we as individuals are summoned to this planet for a reason. As you begin to have a sense of personal mission and purpose, your self-confidence begins to expand, and you find yourself more acquainted with positive thinking and a reluctance to enjoy the lower vibration of negativity.

You might begin rationalizing the quandary between the conscious and subconscious minds while creating a safe space to focus on your personal development. As you try to make a safe space to conduct your research, you will find yourself less attracted to drama and unhealthy relationships as you focus more on your personal growth and self-development.

personal development quantum spirit science expansion of consciousness

Deciding to embark on this journey (which is highly personal and does not seek validation from mass consciousness) imbues you with a unique form of self-empowerment and responsibility as you create your own path to individual self-improvement.

Some investigate with the power of mind via scientific models led by quantum physicists exploring quantum mechanics and quantum theory (the Pandora’s Box of quantum science), while others are seeking to explore from within via a more heart-centered spiritual approach. These two separate camps are unraveling the secrets of the universe using different methods, yet their conclusions have striking similarities.

It requires a relative disconnection from mass popular thought to reposition one’s thought process in a way that is open to possibilities that may exist beyond the confines of science, technology, philosophy, religion, or beliefs for those engaged in this investigative journey to approach those ideas, concepts, and matters unrecognized in our everyday world.

While quantum physicists struggle with the traditional scientific method, spiritual researchers also can be found working against peers ready to “save them” from their spiritual pursuits as they engage in fringe parapsychology and likely dipping their toes in the water of the law of attraction. At the same time, they begin to question everything we know.

Both the advancing scientific and spiritual communities making the quantum leap are asking the question:

“What if everything we know is wrong?”

Blazing a trail that may not have existed before can be confusing. Thankfully, we are not on this journey alone. There are those who have gone before and have some previous work, which we can springboard to more heightened levels of experiential knowledge. Any time each one of us advances in our research and development, someone, somewhere, is also moving in the same direction.

It’s as if a global consciousness is being shared among the global community. While yet in its infancy, as our numbers may be minuscule, we are growing together. As this growth continues to expand, it is having a profound effect on the world at large.

Seekers of these leading-edge technologies and seekers of truths that supersede previously known or accepted thought lead to more of a spiritual awakening, as researchers are expanding in spiritual growth and scientists are redirecting their laboratories to incorporate spirit science and conducting experiments which can only take place from a position of spiritual enlightenment.

The world as we know it is changing.

Are you a part of the change?

Intuitive Intuition

Along the journey of my life and my desire to learn and grow while exercising my life’s calling of helping others achieve their highest and best I spend a lot of time introspectively examining what is inside me and ways that I can expand my skills and capabilities, not only for myself, but to maximize my offerings to others.

Early on, I recognized my lack of intuition. Having knowledge of this led me to conclude that this valuable skill was not only important but necessary. When assembling teams, I always sought someone to be a key player who was highly intuitive. Another thing that occurred to me was that either you were born to be intuitive, or not, and that it was a skill that you could acquaint yourself with. So, my personal growth regimen included education, tactics and skills related to bridging the gap between my not being born intuitive and desiring the benefits of having intuition.

My early attempts to attain a greater sense of intuition led me to advanced training in hypnosis and Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) along with other disciplines. That was then.

It time, and with advances in scientific knowledge and technology, it became common knowledge we are all born with intuition, but in most of us, our intuitive abilities are ignored or suppressed early in life.

Now I realize my attempts to address the subject of intuitive intuition by relying on my power of mind were in vain. Certainly I learned a lot about myself and others, yet my level of intuition was not affected much with all my attempts to take a rational approach exercising mind control and brain power.

intuitive intuition heart 7 seconds mind 3 seconds precognitive intuition

Current scientific knowledge reveals that the seat of intuition does not reside in the brain or the mind, but in the heart. The heart has an independent mind of its own, and intuition is initiated from electrical impulses from the heart that are delivered to the brain (4 seconds later) for the mind to discern (taking an additional 3 seconds). So, it’s a one-two punch, where I had ignored the first – and most important – part of the process. (To tell the truth, to think about “thinking” with the heart sounded weak or at least ill-advised to me back in the day.)

Are you like me?

Do You Want Intuitive Intuition?

Finally, we have enough information to ascertain better methods of turning up the volume on our intuitive skills and abilities.

I am now in search of a more heart-centered approach to strengthen my intuitive muscle, now that I know where to focus my attention: Away from my head and toward my heart, where intuition is first alerted.

The normal process for someone who has a naturally high functioning intuition takes 7 second from the first impulse initiated by the heart to cognitive recognition. The heart knows something is going to happen, even before there is any indication that something’s amiss, it reacts a full 4 seconds prior to the brain.

You may say it’s impossible to know the future, but intuitive people know something’s going to happen before it happens more often than not. If you don’t believe me just ask someone who was born with high functioning intuition. Chances are you already know someone, if you’re not one.

So, here I go, off on another tangent in my self-improvement regimen to develop my psychic powers…

Digital Relationship Questions

In this day and age, getting into a romantic relationship with someone has a whole new set of quandaries thanks to our affair with the digital age. In some ways our relationship with digital media supersedes our relationship with other human beings.

Let’s face it, especially if we’re dating, there is an ebb and flow, leading to more on than off or off altogether. While your perspective mate may have left… your digital device and social media will remain.

digital romance social media and relationships romantic relationship technology boundaries

So, it’s prudent to consider how your digital relationship will interface with your other human relationships, and it may be important to know what your digital boundaries are prior to engaging in a relationship with someone else and clearly communicating them early on.

Digital Boundaries in Relationships

To establish your digital boundaries, you need to find out where you are when it comes to where you feel comfortable – or uncomfortable – with what you share digitally.

Questions regarding your digital romance to consider in respect to your current romantic interest might be

Social Media

Do I want him to monitor my social media?
Am I okay with him posting on my wall?
How do I feel about him tagging me?
Is it okay for him to befriend my social media friends?
Should we post details about our relationship online?
Am I ready to change my relationship status?

Cell Phone

What is appropriate text frequency?
How soon do I expect a response when I text?
Is it appropriate to send (or expect) risqué photos of each other (sexting)?
What are the appropriate times for talking or facing via cell phone?
And what is a comfortable length of time for digital communication?

Generally

Do we share each other’s cell phones, computers or other digital devices?
Do we exchange passwords to personal devices, email, social media, etc…?

Knowing the answers to these and other questions is the starting point for you setting your digital relationship boundaries.

Discuss and Come to an Agreement

As you establish your relationship (or as soon as possible, if your relationship is already progressing) have a conversation about your digital expectations in your relationship to establish healthy boundaries. Make certain that each of you understand each other’s expectations and agree to honor them before going forward.

Defend Your Boundaries

Just like any other social boundaries, they are your personal space and you must insist on having your space (even if it’s virtual) respected. Your digital space may be more important than your physical space, for if you were victim to physical abuse the bruises wounds and scars would heal over time, while what happens in cyberspace stays in cyberspace. That is to say – even the best efforts to erase something online are often fruitless, as – nearly anything that has found its way online may be retrieved.

Allow Change

The way that you feel about your partner’s digital interface can change over time. Nothing is set in stone, here. Stay open and honest about how you’re feeling and be open about how you feel about your digital concerns. Revisit your digital agreement and modify it as necessary at any time.

Integrity Intuition Imagination

Key components that Holistic Entrepreneurs share (among other attributes) are integrity, intuition and imagination. Emerging amidst this evolution in the business world are entrepreneurs and business professionals who see their professions as so much more than just cash flow, or as a source of revenue.

integrity intuition imagination heart centered business holistic entrepreneurs

Integrity

First off, these businesspeople have integrity – a sense of doing the right thing even if no one’s watching, keeping their word and seeking to do no harm – while engaged in either their private or business practices. They always seek to arrive at win/win solutions and are more likely to negotiate and compromise for the greater good.

Their professional interested stem from the base resonance of their heart, giving them a sense of fulfilling their life’s purpose while contributing to the community at large in an effort to make the world a better place for this and future generations.

They feel as though their business activities are a result of accepting their life’s mission, embracing their “calling” and finding ways to deliver their personal “message” (also a part of their life’s mission). This congruency of vibration among the areas of living their intended purpose (or reason for coming to our planet) while striving to find ways to stay on-track with their mission while delivering their unique “message,” offers them a great deal of satisfaction.

Staying on the high road of an integrous lifestyle increases efficiency tremendously, while increasing energy, joy and a better life (‘ere it is unlikely you will find an authentic, integrous Holistic Entrepreneur suffering from depression or burnout from their professional endeavors).

Intuition

Intuition is the Holy Grail of the Holistic Entrepreneur, as they operate from a more heart-centered position (as opposed to purely logical focused on the analytical/money hungry position). Instead of making professional or business decisions placed purely on statistics or science, the Holistic Entrepreneur might be inclined to turn his or her attention inward, checking with his/her heart, while asking themselves

How does this make me feel?

Feelings are their inner guidance system, assisting their navigation, helping them chart the course of their life’s mission, while attempting to avoid distractions or being thrown off-course. For some, intuition coherence comes naturally, for others it must be birthed and exercised for their ability to intuitively discern or identify and communicate with their inner guidance system.

The downside is that unless you’ve surrounded yourself with like-minded Holistic Entrepreneurs who appreciate such things, “Intuition” may be perceived by support staff as being unfounded, unrealistic falderal, dismissing it as nonsensical.

Imagination

A high-functioning imagination is the Holistic Entrepreneur’s secret superpower, enabling them to see outside the box, have an increased ability to problem-solve or see most anything from other perspectives.

Imagination circumvents years of research and development, great costs and loss of valuable time in our fast-paced get-it-now world.

Visualizing a particular outcome fueled by the power of an empowered imagination increases the potential of a positive outcome exponentially.

Many see imagination as a child-like tool, wielded by immature fools who fantasize for no good reason; for how could you trust someone who lives in a fantasy world? They persist in this perspective of complete denial, even though many of our greatest advancements on this planet are the result of exercising the skillful use of one’s imagination (which is discounted as “luck,” because “even a broken clock is right twice a day,” or some other common dismissal).
