Look for Evil Get More Evil

Look for evil and you find it everywhere. It seems like the more you look for evil, the more evil there is. As you look for all the evil in the world the evil grows, and so it goes…

You are a magnificent and powerful creator. Whatever you focus your attention on increases and multiplies. This is you a son or daughter of the Creator, with all the power of creation within you.

There are those who seek to propagate evil in the world today and they are aware of your power to create and add powerful exponential energy to that which you focus your attention upon. They exploit your power by manipulating you into focusing on the negative things in life which are presented to your awareness. Focus on these negative presentations with negative energy, and you cause them to multiply exponentially.

Reduced to its simplest form, this is how it works:

Those who seek the proliferation of evil present you with an idea via a news story, an advertisement on television, or some other form of media which depicts a horrible injustice.

Your attention to the presentation provides enough energy to sustain the injustice. The more your thoughts are focused on the issues presented, the more pervasive the issue becomes.

Respond to the presentation with negativity, i.e.,

I hate it when that happens!”
Or
I hate people who do that!”

Then you empower the negative presentation with your own negative energy causing it to grow exponentially.

Dare to add thoughts of retaliation or punishment and it grows even more powerfully in all its evil.

This only reflects the condition of you, one person, viewing the presentation and responding to it.

Think about the millions of people viewing the same presentation.

And we wonder why there is so much evil in the world?

The powers that be are aware of the immense power you wield to affect every aspect of this world. They socially program and take advantage of you, using you as a negative power cell to further their agenda of keeping the world’s peoples living in a state of fear and negativity.

The GOOD NEWS is, now that you are aware of the power you have, you can decide to use your power for good at any time you choose.

How would you like to look for good and find more and more of it everywhere you look?

Simply by applying the antithesis, looking for good anywhere you can find it, by adding support and positive energy for all things which you consider good, you cause the good to multiply, expanding exponentially. And by celebrating the good in any way you can (even posting on social media) it increases even more.

Now that you know, you no longer have to acquiesce to evil manipulation.

The next time your attention is interrupted by evil programming, you can disengage and turn away from it, immediately finding something good to focus your attention on and celebrate that which is good.

If you feel negatively about some injustice, do not focus upon it or complain (which adds even more negative energy) about it, compromising your otherwise positive vibration.

Make a donation (any small amount, even $5 a month) to those who are actively engaged in the fighting against whatever it is that is trying to distract you, then you can feel better knowing that you are contributing to the cause without succumbing to further empowering the evil.

You are now a positive power cell for good.

If enough of us do transform out thoughts into positive power generators, the good will overpower the evil. Allowed to continue to grow, evil will no longer be sustainable, and good will prevail.

It all starts with you.

Blessing Social Media is Good 4 U

When life seems to be a relentless struggle for survival, it’s so good to have someone in your corner. In this day and age when face-to-face relationships are hard to manage, social media has arrived on the scene to help fill in the gap. Even when we are warned about the dangers of social media as it gets blamed for the deterioration of human interaction, the truth is, it has also saved the lives of many.

For those who need to find someone in their corner with whom they can resonate with, regardless of your social status in the real world, you can find someone empathetic to your situation, cause, or plight.

In this way, social media plays an important part in the social matrix of your life. When you desperately need someone on your side, who can see things from your perspective, can feel what you’re feeling or has walked a mile in your shoes, social media can give you access to the people you need for support, when it would be difficult to do so in the real world.

I know when I have been at my lowest, and it seemed like there was no one there, I was desolate, alone, and felt as though there was no hope, or reason to go on, social media bridged the gap and helped me get through the toughest of times.

People, although virtual, were there to care, understand, love, and support me, when the rest of my life in the real world was crumbling all around me.

With all the negative press that social media gets (much of it warranted), there is another side to it as well. This virtual instant access to others can help build up and support the human condition as well.

Certainly, as with anything with huge positive potential, it can be abused and used with negative intent, but on the other side it can have incredible potential for making the world a better place.

Social media is a powerful medium which can either impact the world for good or for evil, and it appears that in order to keep its effectiveness, it must remain neutral. It’s up to you to decide how you will wield the awesome power of this electronic networking tool.

Social media is a microcosm of the totality of life on our planet. All types of people, philosophies, personality types, and beliefs are represented, and for the most part are able, and encouraged, to share their thoughts and feelings freely.

You may not always agree (and there is no reason why you should be required to) and you always have a choice in how you will represent yourself via social media. You can choose to fight, counter-attack, bless, or love. It’s up to you.

It may serve you well to think about how you are showing up in social media.
Are you representing yourself as the person you would like to be remembered as?

I know when Aaron was killed in Afghanistan, his social media was a worldwide representation of who he was, and it still survives him, even today.

I have many friends who have since passed away and their social media accounts give us all something to look back on to remember, honor, laugh, and reflect on the impact they have had on our lives when they were here.

Someday, after I am long gone, the virtual footprints of my social media interactions may be all that remains.

Just remember, your social media might represent the kind of person you are (or were) when you were here, on your life’s journey.

How would you like to be remembered in your social media?

Music and Your Health

You know the effects music has on your emotional state. A particular song can immediately take you back in time, back to a time when life was easier, or worse, depending on the song. Music is a powerful mood enhancer. It has the power to make you happy, sad, moody, depressed, all in a moment.

So the question is,
What kind of music do you listen to?

music-and-your-health-how-music-affects-your-body

Did you know the music you listen to not only affects your mental status but also your physical status?

Music is a powerful medium sending waves of energy that not only tantalizes the ears and brain but permeates every cell of the human body. In this regard, music can be used as a potent therapeutic modality, as effective as any drug.

As we know, drugs can soothe, potentially heal or breakdown individual physiological systems. They can enhance ones biological state or cause the end of life altogether.

If you are experiencing a sense of not being well, depressed, lethargic, experiencing physiological pain or bio mechanical deterioration, you might consider looking at the kind of music you are in the habit of listening to.

Be aware that changing the type or style of music you are listening to may not be easy as your body may have a connection to the music which maintains its level of deterioration so much that your physiology is actually dependent on it for survival. It is not unlike being addicted to any other type of powerful drug.

Don’t be surprised to find that you are addicted to particular songs or music, and if you’re contemplating a change, it can be as uncomfortable (or even painful) to embrace a new, more healthy, supportive and healing style of music that can actually create improved and sustained health, wellness and happiness.

Changing the music that you listen to temporarily can have a healing effect on both the mind and body, but just as in other treatment models, once you return to our old habits, eating, lack of exercise, improper nourishment or revert to use of certain drugs, the mind and body begin to their previous state of deterioration.

It’s the old GIGO (Garbage In Garbage Out) conundrum. You, all your systems including your body, your mind and that part of you which is outside of your comprehension, often referred to as spirit or soul, everything combined can only reflect that which you put into it for nourishment.

If you are feeding yourself with continual helpings of depressing media, it is no surprise that depression begins to permeate your mind sending signals of degeneration throughout the cells of your body, causing inner physiological structures to breakdown or fail.

The same can be said for other states of mind that are experienced by heavy doses of particular types and styles of music.

And this phenomenon is not only limited to music, as it applies to the other media we expose ourselves to, also. The books and periodicals we read, the television programming and movies that we watch, etc…

Now, don’t get me wrong. I am not passing judgment or expecting to say that anything is better for you than any other thing. This is entirely up to you, it is an individual consideration. I am not condemning any type or style of media, only suggesting that you might consider pondering the idea that the media to which you expose yourself to may be reflected by your psychological and physiological state of being, particularly if you are not feeling well.

There is an awakening taking place among people who are starting to understand how our bodies reflect what we put in them. We are taking note of the types of foods that we eat, becoming more particular about ingredients and developing a preference for non-GMO-type food substances. We are developing a knowingness that certain foods are not good for us and other more natural nutrients and supplements are good for us and enhance our state of being.

hot-dog-manI would not berate someone for eating a hot dog. In fact, I would defend your right to eat a hot dog, or live on nothing more than hot dogs, if you like.

Yes, I was in line behind the hot-dog-man at the supermarket with a basket full of 56 packs of hot dogs that were on sale. When the cashier asked if he was having a big barbeque party, he went on to discuss how it’s all that he eats for breakfast, lunch, dinner and for snacks. While it did not seem appealing to me, he was exercising his choice. Bravo (Ugh).

I believe it will not be long, and we – as a global community – will begin to develop a particular taste for a new genre of music that will enhance our state of being, promoting a state of wellbeing, happiness, good health and longevity.

Or not.
