Every Day I am Getting Better in Every Way

Every thought of making the shift in your life from routine and ordinary to excellence and magnificence? If you ever thought of making such a drastic transition, it may seem nearly impossible, but clearly many human beings have made such a transition in the past, and there are those who are in the process of making this shift every day in every way. You could be one of them.

In business, the Kaizen philosophy seeks to empower every employee from the CEO to the janitor with the ability to make shifts in the business for the constant and never-ending improvement of the organization. In this way, the entire organization becomes simulates a living-being wherein any cell can affect the neighboring cell or the entire being by making tiny shifts in the direction of improvement.

Collectively and independently each cell is its own laboratory conducting experiments every day, observing results, and sharing data with the rest of the organism. Some cells may have no life-changing impact on a given day, but the more employees you have, the more cell laboratories you have conducting these experiments every day. If your organization has 300 employees, you could easily expect one tweak per day that keeps your organism in a state of continual metamorphosis to achieve your highest and best.

Just like this Kaizen philosophy transforms an ordinary organization into a metaphorical ever-expanding conscious being, it can be applied to you, your evolutionary self, which can be growing and advancing exponentially every day in every way.

You can open your mind by exposing yourself to new positively focused advanced information every day. Limit your exposure to the growth-canceling vibratory media. Beware the garbage-in garbage-out. Take my Media Distraction Challenge and stop letting that negative media distract you from your otherwise healthy state of growth and expansion.

Make a commitment to continue moving your holistic organism forward in a powerfully positive way. Tony Robbins calls this Constant and Never-ending Improvement, or CANI. Keep up the pace and allow this philosophy to overflow into all areas of your life, not just your mind. Be sure to include your body, soul, and spirit.

Just like Toyota (credited with fully adopting the Kaizen philosophy), you can empower your cells, each and every one of them, to help support your commitment mantra

Every Day I am Getting Better in Every Way

How you empower your cells is to honor, protect, and give them the tools to conduct the work of conducting their experiments and influencing the rest of your organism for the greater good.

Start by providing them with the raw materials they need to achieve maximum potential. You can start by taking an over-the-counter multivitamin. Some are better than others but don’t the science of anything keep you from taking action. Like, pick up some Flintstone’s Chewables, anything, really. Take them every day, then casually do your research and get something better the next go-round, but don’t stop. In this way you know that you are doing something for your cells every day, and they will be able to support you. Without it, you’re sending an email order to your cells to suspend any Kaizen activities until further notice.

Don’t forget to allow crossover between systems and organizational barriers. Allow management to interact with line staff to exchange ideas and resources to create hybrid solutions which may have even the smallest impact on the entire system. All improvements have a cumulative effect on the whole being.

Your state of mind has a direct impact on your body, right down to the metabolism, organs, and cells of your body. If empowered, your cells are working for a better you every day in every way.

More spiritually inspired activities have been effective in empowering body systems to grow, expand, and have even been credited with eliminating aggressive life-threatening disease. Donating time or money to worthy causes have a positive impact on your physiology and boosts your immune system.

What do you think? Are you ready to make a commitment to creating a better you? If that resonates with you, whatever that means to you, then repeat after me,

Every Day I am Getting Better in Every Way

And I believe that you are going to do that. You can all you can be and have everything in this life that you want if you are willing to believe in yourself and empower you – all of you – to do the work.

Intuitive Intuition

Along the journey of my life and my desire to learn and grow while exercising my life’s calling of helping others achieve their highest and best I spend a lot of time introspectively examining what is inside me and ways that I can expand my skills and capabilities, not only for myself, but to maximize my offerings to others.

Early on, I recognized my lack of intuition. Having knowledge of this led me to conclude that this valuable skill was not only important but necessary. When assembling teams, I always sought someone to be a key player who was highly intuitive. Another thing that occurred to me was that either you were born to be intuitive, or not, and that it was a skill that you could acquaint yourself with. So, my personal growth regimen included education, tactics and skills related to bridging the gap between my not being born intuitive and desiring the benefits of having intuition.

My early attempts to attain a greater sense of intuition led me to advanced training in hypnosis and Neural Linguistic Programming (NLP) along with other disciplines. That was then.

It time, and with advances in scientific knowledge and technology, it became common knowledge we are all born with intuition, but in most of us, our intuitive abilities are ignored or suppressed early in life.

Now I realize my attempts to address the subject of intuitive intuition by relying on my power of mind were in vain. Certainly I learned a lot about myself and others, yet my level of intuition was not affected much with all my attempts to take a rational approach exercising mind control and brain power.

Current scientific knowledge reveals that the seat of intuition does not reside in the brain or the mind, but in the heart. The heart has an independent mind of its own, and intuition is initiated from electrical impulses from the heart that are delivered to the brain (4 seconds later) for the mind to discern (taking an additional 3 seconds). So, it’s a one-two punch, where I had ignored the first – and most important – part of the process. (To tell the truth, to think about “thinking” with the heart sounded weak or at least ill-advised to me back in the day.)

Are you like me?

Do You Want Intuitive Intuition?

Finally, we have enough information to ascertain better methods of turning up the volume on our intuitive skills and abilities.

I am now in search of a more heart-centered approach to strengthen my intuitive muscle, now that I know where to focus my attention: Away from my head and toward my heart, where intuition is first alerted.

The normal process for someone who has a naturally high functioning intuition takes 7 second from the first impulse initiated by the heart to cognitive recognition. The heart knows something is going to happen, even before there is any indication that something’s amiss, it reacts a full 4 seconds prior to the brain.

You may say it’s impossible to know the future, but intuitive people know something’s going to happen before it happens more often than not. If you don’t believe me just ask someone who was born with high functioning intuition. Chances are you already know someone, if you’re not one.

So, here I go, off on another tangent in my self-improvement regimen to develop my psychic powers…

Law of Attraction Positive Psychology

In my work with clients changing their lives for the better and helping them achieve their highest and best (and even more)… it is not uncommon to cross paths with the Law of Attraction (or LOA). From an early age (and long before The Secret was released) I was intrigued by what has become known as the Law of Attraction when I first discovered the principles in the Bible during my ministerial studies as I was simultaneously processing the positive psychology works of Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. Since then, I discovered the Law of Attraction predated the religious texts that I was studying.

Moving onto vogue, the Law of Attraction was picking up speed, separating itself from religious venues and leaking into pop culture and embraced by what was known as the New Age Movement or associated with New Thought, then found a home amongst Quantum Theory, influencing Quantum Mechanics and Quantum Sciences.

You have probably heard of the Law of Attraction due to its increase in popularity thanks to the work of Rhonda Byrne’s release of the movie, The Secret. I became acquainted with Ms. Byrne and her work in 2008 and was so impressed with her story, which was an effective demonstration of the Law of Attraction in Action. Most of the general population had not heard about the Law of Attraction prior to the release of Bryne’s film that spread throughout our culture, like wildfire, though many had paved the way since the early 1900’s, most notably, Wallace D. Wattles and Charles F. Haanel, and in the most recent times, Esther Hicks and (of course) the entire cast of The Secret movie.

Regardless of what you might think about Ms. Byrne, thanks to the popularity of her work, the Law of Attraction has found a place among a pondering public, becoming curiouser and curiouser about

What else is possible?

and

How much better can it get?

For those of us in the self-help industry, the idea of the Law of Attraction was nothing new, and the area wherein we focused our attention was not readily accepted by the traditional treatment camps – Even though our results far outweighed any traditional therapies – we were regarded as pseudoscience or pop psychology. Since (in the beginning) much of my work was religious in nature, I was even more isolated and categorized as a prosperity theologian with the likes of Kenneth Hagin, E. W. Kenyon, Oral Roberts and Kenneth Copeland, even though I had moved far beyond the constraints of organized religion.

Be that as it may, a great deal of my studies and expertise revolves and evolves in, around and beyond the area of massive personal, heart-centered and spiritual growth. In an attempt to best serve my clients, I have fully embraced multiple modalities and continue to grow and expand my own consciousness and expertise. For me, this is a constant and never ending compulsion to be my highest and best, as I help others achieve their highest and best.

And it never ceases to amaze me, when I reach a new plateau, I encounter resistance. Life will shake me up, with little respect for my trepidation and fear, presenting me with a new, unforeseen summit to consider.

Rhonda Byrne’s participation in the popularization of the idea of the Law of Attraction was almost incidental. The universe was bound and determined to bring the idea to an increased audience that was waiting for a glimpse of a better life and hope for a bright future, when lightning struck Ms. Byrne and she was ready and willing to answer the call. The Secret is not a complete work, it is not the end all-be all source of the Law of Attraction. It is only an introduction…
