Transition from 3D to 5D

The Earth is in a transition from 5D to 3D and you play an active part in the transition. The planet and life upon it is very much the same in 5D but very different. In comparison, the 3D world is a barbarian world where the few profit wildly off the exploitation of the many. This is unsustainable in the 5D world, where there is only freedom and love. Anything that is not freedom and love just fades away and there is no way to profit from negative energetic systems long term.

Otherwise, everything looks the same.

The people look the same but are very different. The way people interact is very different. A family in 3D may be exactly the same configuration in 5D (most are) but be very different. While a family member may be exploitative in 3D, that same family member is loving, caring, and compassionate in 5D. If not, that family member will not be present in the 5D world.

Celebrities and politicians? Same thing. They are loving, compassionate, faithfully serving the greater good, or they are not there.

3D humans are in the process of transitioning into the 5D world via an energetic transformation where your frequency changes, which will take some metamorphosis on our part.

The transition will take place, but some of us will be able to manage the transition sooner than our peers, and once the planet reaches the tipping point, we all transition into the 5D.

There are 3D energetic vibrations that will anchor you here in the 3D and these negative energetic systems will keep you from the evolution that is necessary to transform to 5D vibrational frequency.

You can assist in the transition to 5D.

When you become aware of a negative vibration, when you witness or become aware of something that upsets you, because you know it’s not right. If you think of something that is bad or evil. When something unjust, abusive, manipulative, or something that feels like victimization or exploitation interrupts your awareness, take transitional action.

Transitional Action

If you do not take transitional action, you promote the negative issue which you are giving your attention to.

If you are upset and you respond to any negative issue in any way, negative or positive, you add energy to it, and the purveyors of negative energies don’t care what kind of energy you add to it, negative or positive, it makes it bigger. It’s a 3D-thing.

If you participate, you make it bigger, and you further anchor yourself in the 3D.

If you want to allow yourself to evolve and transition to the 5D, you can remove yourself from the 3D vibrational prison that you are in.

7 Seconds to Act

When you become aware of a negative issue, especially if you are “aware,” you can eliminate the energetic impact of the negative issue by taking transitional action within 7 seconds of becoming aware of it.

You can neutralize your initial reaction in the first seven seconds. Any attention given to it after that adds energy to it.

How does this work?

When you become aware of a negative thing, you will have an initial reaction, you will feel it in your body. When you get this jolt of negative energy, that is your trigger to take transitional action.

Break your awareness free from the negative energetic trance which has been forced upon you, encapsulate the issue, using your instinctual power, take it outside the atmosphere and do your transitional work.

You have the ability to uncreate that negative pulse, in essence, zero-point it, recreate it as pure positive love energy, and bring it back into the atmosphere and redistribute it anywhere you think it could be used and beneficial to the raising of the vibration of the Earth’s inhabitants.

I know I am being brief in the “how to” part of this and this is intentional, because everyone has a different way of doing this high-energy-work.

The how-to part of it is not as important as the exercising of the transitional action within the first seven seconds you become aware of you’re being anchored in 3D negative energy.

Just take transitional action. Use any method that is right for you.

Use prayer, meditation, or some other energetic method, as any other response other than taking transitional action, you allow the anchoring of yourself in 3D, and make whatever you are upset about more powerful.

Think about learning how to live in the 5D world while you are in the 3D world. If you can do this completely, your body responds, and you will find yourself stepping into the fifth dimension.

Quantum Spiritual Growth and Transformation

Exploring the interconnectedness of consciousness, energy, and the universe becomes a catalyst for spiritual growth and personal transformation. As we deepen our understanding of these interconnections, we gain insights into our own nature and purpose. We become aware of the profound impact our thoughts, emotions, and actions have on ourselves and the world. This awareness opens pathways for spiritual expansion, self-realization, and the unlocking of our superhuman potential.

Within each of us lies a profound potential for spiritual growth and transformation. It is an innate longing to understand the deeper aspects of our existence, to connect with something greater than ourselves. This journey invites us to explore the realms beyond the physical, to delve into the depths of our consciousness and awaken the dormant power within.

Spiritual growth is a process of expanding our awareness and connection to the divine essence that permeates all existence. It is a journey of self-discovery and self-transcendence, where we uncover the layers of conditioning, limitations, and illusions that veil our true nature. As we peel away these layers, we begin to align with our authentic selves and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose, meaning, and fulfillment.

Transformation on a spiritual level requires a willingness to explore the profound impact our thoughts, emotions, and actions have on ourselves and the world around us. It is an invitation to become conscious co-creators of our reality, recognizing that our inner landscape shapes the outer manifestations of our lives. Through this awareness, we gain the power to transcend limitations and create positive change.

To embark on the path of spiritual growth and transformation, we must first cultivate a sense of inner stillness and presence. Practices such as meditation, mindfulness, and contemplation enable us to quiet the mind, dissolve the noise of external distractions, and attune to the whispers of our soul. In these moments of inner silence, we connect with a deeper wisdom that transcends the limitations of the egoic mind.

As we deepen our spiritual practice, we begin to recognize the interconnectedness of all beings and the divine intelligence that orchestrates the symphony of life. We develop compassion and empathy, seeing beyond the surface-level differences and embracing the unity of our shared humanity. This shift in perception opens our hearts and fosters a sense of interconnectedness with all living beings.

Spiritual growth and transformation are not confined to any particular religious or spiritual tradition. It is a universal journey that transcends boundaries and invites us to explore diverse paths. Each person’s journey is unique, shaped by their individual experiences, beliefs, and desires. It is a personal exploration that unfolds in its own time and pace.

To cultivate spiritual growth and transformation, it is essential to nurture a sense of curiosity and openness. Explore different spiritual teachings, philosophies, and practices to find what resonates with your heart and aligns with your soul’s longing. Engage in self-reflection, journaling, and seeking guidance from wise mentors or spiritual communities.

The journey of spiritual growth and transformation is not always smooth or linear. It encompasses moments of profound joy and connection, as well as challenges and moments of inner turmoil. However, through these experiences, we learn, grow, and expand our consciousness.

As we embark on this sacred journey, we are called to embody the qualities of love, compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness. These virtues become the guiding lights that illuminate our path and inspire us to serve the highest good of ourselves and humanity.

So, I invite you to embrace the profound potential for spiritual growth and transformation within you. Open your heart and mind to the mysteries of the universe. Seek the truth that resonates with your soul and walk the path of self-discovery and self-transcendence. In doing so, you will embark on a transformative journey that awakens the essence of your being and brings profound meaning and fulfillment to your life.

Transformational Energy Drain

You’re growing, expanding, evolving, and you can feel every cell of your body alive for the first time, feeling as though you may be invincible and live forever. The last thing on your mind is a potential transformational energy drain. You’re on top of the world, then all of a sudden, without notice, BLAM! Every ounce of energy you had is gone. You feel as though the vital energy you felt just yesterday has been totally drained and you are overwhelmingly fatigued.

The energy necessary to transform from Human 2.0 to Human 3.0 is enormous and different phases of metamorphosis require more or less energy to complete the transformation of each phase, and your body’s energy storage capacity can be taxed heavily to get the job done. During these times, you can feel as though the bottom dropped out of your energy reserves.

Once you have embarked on your journey of evolutionary transformation, you need to settle into a new way of being, and if you’re a go-getter, like me, it can be hard to let go of some of your push-push-push-through to make things happen and pick up the gauntlet of let go and go with the flow.

Using your energy reserves for making things happen in the flesh, using only your brute strength will quickly deplete your energy reserves. So, when your evolutionary process needs to use your natural energy reserves to conduct a transformative process, it can leave little or no energy left for your daily routine maintenance.

If you’re in the process of awakening, you need to find better ways to manage your day to day life with less energy exerted, leaving your precious reserved for the sacred evolutionary transformation which you are allowing to take place.

You must move from living a life of force to living a life of love. You can do this by raising your vibration, which harkens back to the work of David R Hawkins’ Power vs. Force. I routinely refer to his work because it gave me a clear picture in my mind of what the various human energetic frequencies were and made it easier for me to manage raising my own vibration.

If you are expending your energy on anything stressful,
you’re not doing it right.

If you are expending your energy on anything stressful, you’re not doing it right. You can feel it inside you. You know something’s wrong. Find a better way to get ‘er done, or let it be.

Find new ways to live your life, to charge up your personal energy reserves, to maintain your energy, gain a better knowledge of how and when to use energy.

Don’t waste your precious energy on things which are not likely to change, no matter how much energy you put into it, and relax into the okayness of letting things remain as they are, for if it weren’t for some higher purpose, it would have changed already. Settle into the knowingness that all things are in divine order.

Finding time for quieting yourself, in nature, or in another sacred place, for reflection and meditation can be helpful but this is not a cure-all for your energetic management requirements.

Spending time in nature, with your feet on the ground, can go a long way in raising your energy and your vibrational frequency. Different people respond differently to different natural interactions. Live water has a tremendous effect on my energy. What gets you going?

Doing the deep work of clearing the energetic blockages, or stores of toxic negative energy which may be deeply hidden inside of you can go a long way to greatly increase your capacity for building massively positive energy and filling those areas with love and peace.

All this to say, there is nothing wrong with you, occasional energetic fatigue is normal in the process of transformation.

Although, if you are pushing yourself and the energies all around you in the flesh, burning the candle at both ends, and not getting adequate sleep, you may be suffering from a physiological type of fatigue which could be diagnosed and treated by your doctor. If you’re doctor says there’s nothing wrong with you, then you can rest assured that you are evolving.

You Are the Result of What Works for You

Life is a series of learnings from trial and error. You are the result of what works for you. It starts from birth. If, as a baby, you cried and got what you wanted, you learned that’s what works for you. If you cried and that did not work for you, maybe you discovered that being unusually quiet worked better for you.

On and on it goes, as you discover how to get what you want. Left to itself, this trial and error system of discovery molds you into the person that you are as you enter adulthood. Without some sort of intervention or personal exploration, you will be forever hardwired as this version of yourself.

So it is with each and every one of us, we are all a product of the lives we live. It is not unreasonable for you to expect others to respect this about you. It’s not much of a stretch from the idea that who you are is the result of a lifetime of learning how to get what you want, to respecting others as being the result of how they have learned what works for them.

If you can keep this in mind as you encounter individuals with their different personality traits, you can become more tolerant of everyone’s right to approach situations, circumstances, and relationships with others in way that can be highly varied to the way you might respond or operate.

This is the primary aspect of tolerance, accepting people for who they are, honoring each individual’s journey they have traveled, allowing them to be who they are, without judgment or expectation that they be like you. For no one can be like you. Let’s face it, you’re one of a kind. Beyond that, not only is each of us unique one from the other, we are also extremely connected, and ultimately one, individual yet all comprising the sum of all the parts.

Not unlike the human body.

Our bodies are all comprised of billions of individual components. The body is a whole, yet is the sum of many individual cells all working for the common good, to serve the body. Each cell is individual and replicates itself throughout the system.

Every once and a while, a cell gets out of control and exerts its right to dominate the other cells in the body and will thrive at the expense of all the other cells, throwing the cellular synchronization of the body out of balance as it fights for dominance. This is cancer.

Just as in the body, our society is full of individuals who seek to dominate others at any expense, without regard for others’ right to life. This is social cancer.

Unbeknownst to us, your trial and error life’s learning process may have turned you into a cancerous cell in society. If you, or someone you know, has been hardwired to be societal cancer, there is still hope.

All cancers need not be all-consuming or fatal forever.

Eradicating social cancer is an option, but we cannot just kill off all the cancerous individuals in our world. We can, however, love and support them, which could be hugely beneficial (chances are, they have little capacity for love because it was not a part of their lifetime of learning).

Love is the most powerful healing energy in the world and there is no doubt it has the ability to reverse the effects of any cancer, even to transform a malignant cancerous cell into a healthy cell, or at the very least, a benign cancer cell. But, the societal cancer cell must be willing to participate because each of us has free will, which once initiated can block any positive potential to change.

There are other societal mechanisms in place which may intervene in the hopes of reprogramming social cancers of particular types. While they are temporarily effective at relieving the negative pressure imposed by someone who is out of control, there is a very high rate of recidivism which means that following intervention, it is very likely that they will return to their cancerous lifestyle.

Though there are many kinds of interventions. In my experience, a hugely impactful religious experience can have a significant transformative effect on an otherwise cancerous individual turning them into a healthy reproductive cell benefiting the community and the whole of humanity.

This love-powered spiritual transformation has the lowest degree of recidivism known to man, statistically at present. Regardless of how you feel about structured religion, it’s effects on the metamorphosis of otherwise negatively-charged human beings is undeniable.

You may, as an individual expansion explorer, be able to have an equally impactful influence on such an individual but you must have their permission and blessing to do so, or else they would not be receptive to any efforts you may exert on their behalf in the long term.

Another transformative scenario includes the awakening of an individual who could be (or potentially be) a cancerous individual. On their own accord, without the influence of others, this person seeks out their own transformation, growth, and expansion, based on their own personal exploration.

The statistics are not in, yet, on this new area of awakening, self-growth, and expansion, but the anecdotal evidence is impressive, and it is an active process of human evolution.

So, if you’re feeling like you are the result of what works for you, you are. But your story does not end there. In fact, this is where the most exciting part of your evolutionary story begins.

Resistance Amidst Change

When you get going on your mission of transformation and growing expect some resistance to start showing up as you as you start forging your fresh trail to your new life. Be prepared to expect resistance amidst change which will present challenges and vow to face them head-on when they appear before you.

There’s going to be a bit of struggle which takes place inside you, between the you which has always been basically in charge of running your life until now, and the new you which is trying to come forth and express itself as the new improved version of yourself as it is growing and expanding.

If that wasn’t enough, it’s like the whole universe wants to participate in the transitional metamorphosis offering you opportunities and challenges to test you; to see if this is a good decision for you at this time in your life.

Your old like will be beckoning you not to change and to return to the comfort and security of your old life. When you’re thinking about moving on, opportunities will arise for you to fall back into the same ol’ same ol’.

The friends who haven’t contacted you for years will start calling on you to celebrate your old lifestyle. The higher-ups at your crummy job will offer you opportunities for advancement and attractive compensation packages. You will second-guess and wonder if it’s such a good idea to stick around or to take such a huge step in moving on from your old life.

Fear of the unknown can be an overwhelming deterrent to moving on with your life, as there is a certain degree of comfort in remaining where you are. It may not be great, but it is what you know. You may have spent a great deal of time and effort building your life-nest around you. While life is not the best it could be, you’ve successfully carved out a very special place for you, one that others may even envy. How could you leave all this behind? What if you’re unable to do better on the other side?

You can reduce some of the friction by keeping your thoughts about your decision to move on from your old life to yourself. While in many of life’s decisions the counsel of many brings safety, remember that safety represents your old life. Counselors will emerge from the old wood of your life who will caution you against change, especially any radical change. The people who represent your old life will do almost anything to prevent you from leaving. They will use guilt, blame, indebtedness, obligation, what is “right” and what is “wrong,” anything they can come up with, to persuade you to stay behind.

It is still a good idea to garner support and counsel amidst your transition, just be careful about those whom you trust with the intimate details of your metamorphosis. Be certain they have your best interest at heart.

If you are aware that these tendencies are common occurrences when tackling change, you can strengthen your resolve and stay the course when awakening to your new perspective and taking the steps necessary to carve out a new life, free from the struggle for survival. For on the other side of this bit of chaos, there is a much better life waiting for you.

Be willing to step out into new directions. If you’re more comfortable doing one thing, try to accept more invitations to do something less comfortable. Doing things differently will bring you new opportunities, and the best, most exciting things are waiting for you just on the other side of your comfort zone.

When you ask, it is given.

Everything you want is created and waiting for you. In most cases, it will not simply fall out of the sky and drop into your lap on command (though this has been known to happen). It’s up to you to place yourself in the time and place where what you want is waiting for you.

Repurpose Your Life

I know a great many people who repurpose all kinds of things, taking something that would otherwise be thought of as refuse turned into something of function, value, even art. So it is with your life. If your life has been routine, mundane, meaningless, or ready for the trash heap, don’t bail just yet. The time has come for you to repurpose your life.

Often repurposing a thing takes effort and attention. The result is something of value which is worth more than the raw components used to create something new from something old.

There was a time when the trend was to create everything to not last long. You would buy it, then throw it into the trash without a thought of it. This trend has led us to live a disposable lifestyle. To throw out anything which has outlived the short life which it was intended for.

This disposable lifestyle is not only counterproductive, it is destructive and unsustainable.

If you can break your trance long enough to become aware of your surroundings, you will find people who are scouring the Internet, thrift, antique, and pawn shops, eBay and Craig’s List for hidden treasures from the past which can be repaired, reconfigured, or enjoyed in their current state as a cherished, valuable, and functional purpose.

To apply this trend to your life is a thought which is not far off. You can look at your life and think, “My life has no purpose,” or, “I have nothing to offer the world,” then to think of yourself as disposable. Left by yourself in this state of mind, your body will begin to accept this as your reality and you will find yourself in premature deterioration.

Where is the happiness in a life which is not valued? If you’re in a state of self-devaluation, maybe a step outside yourself will help you to see how valuable you really are, and with a little intention, attention, and work, a new you can emerge enabling you to live a better life.

Take a look around. Are you stuck in a rut? Is the work that you do day-in/day-out satisfying? Are you achieving a sense of accomplishment from the life you’re living? Could you be making more of a contribution to someone close to you or, serving the local community?

If you can agree your life can use a little repurposing, you might consider asking yourself,

What changes can you make to live a better life?

Whatever you are doing that drains your energy, or does not resonate with that higher part of yourself and doesn’t make you feel good, stop doing it, and make the changes in your life which would be necessary to replace it with something that makes you feel good about yourself and what you’re doing.

When you’re considering embarking on this journey of repurposing yourself, be mindful of what makes you feel good and do more of that. Ask yourself,

What makes your heart sing?

What are those things which bring you joy? Find ways to integrate more of these into your life.

After you start this process of repurposing your life, you can imagine a renewed sense of purpose, possibly living out your best life, affecting the lives of others and our environment, in effect, making the world a better place.

Mid-life Metamorphosis

It’s an incredible place to find yourself among the center of the spectrum of your life. You can look back on a life lived with lessons learned undoubtedly you’ve seen your dreams diminish in the light of responsibility and you have loved and lost.

Somewhere among the timeline of your life you awaken from the trance of life and see your life as it is. You can review the events of your life from a bird’s eye view. From this vantage point you can review missed opportunities of all kinds and realize that there is plenty of life waiting for you in the remainder of your life. How will you live it in comparison?

This is the moment of mid-life awakening. You know there is more to life and as you realize you are a multidimensional being, you ready yourself to take your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual lives to the next level.

You being to ponder the meaning of life, asking the most meaningful question of all, “What contribution have I made?” Realizing that with plenty of life’s breath and a full heart beating within, you shift as you reposition for the remainder of your life, modifying the question,

“What contribution will I make?”

You start taking stock of your talents, skills, abilities and resources. Things you have taken for granted in the past. Your inventory piques your interest and you know you could do better, so you gear up and look for ways to increase your assets, hone your skills and grow into the next version of yourself, an empowered, enlightened new you.

You become more highly attuned to your capabilities and feel your body, like never before. You need this vessel to continue your work. You can feel your heart beat, the synapses firing in your brain, your muscles working, your skin as it wraps it all up. With a new sense of honor and respect for your body, you consider ways to enhance your physiology to better serve your new lease on life. While you may (or may have not) been concerned about your health and wellness in the past, now you have a new zeal for self-care, optimization and personal maintenance.

You’re not as concerned with the mere appearance of your human vessel, like others amidst a mid-life crisis to merely to vainly maintain their youthful looks by visually enhancing via cosmetic surgery. No, you’re looking deeper into your health and wellness, not just looking at the exterior visual but what makes you tick, the secrets hidden inside your body, all the way down to your DNA.

What about your connection to the source? The energy that creates and sustains life, enabling us to perceive, perform and seek to find and realize a better life for yourself, your children, your children’s children as you seek to add value to your life and that of your community and the world at large.

None of this – none of it – you, your life ‘til now, the new and improved you that will volley into the future with a new zeal and sincere desire to live a better life, your best life and make the world a better place would be possible without this energy. How will you honor your connection to source and use it to increase your effectiveness as you create new possibilities and probabilities.

It’s time to make so many adjustments, to envision your new life and start planning to execute your new life and manifest those things you see in your mind’s eye, to see your hopes and dreams realized and brought to life in your world.

You know what you want, what you don’t want. You are delineating your ideas, dreams and desires and creating a map; a map that depicts where you are and where you want to be, with good ideas on how to get from here to there. And as you do this work, and continue to do this work, the path becomes more and more clear, as it is revealed to you and you take action to move forward in faith.

Your desire to grow, change and contribute is undeniable as you become more cognizant of your purpose and mission in life with an unparalleled coherence for your new journey that lies ahead. You’re ready to accept the challenge, evaluating each area of your life from career to friendships. This is a clear demarcation in your life with a distinct before and after. You’re okay with and honor the past while not letting it get in the way of your bright future. You develop ways to express yourself in truth in ways that don’t hurt yourself, others or things.

Can you dreams come true? Have they ever come true for others? If they have, what is true for anyone is true for you. All you have to do is to embrace all that you have been given, as everything you need to bring it to pass is either within you, or available to you. It’s up to you to make it happen.

As you readjust for this massive transformation, some may refer to your condition as a mid-life crisis because others who have not awakened cannot imagine you at such a juncture, welcoming your metamorphosis. You bless the nay sayers, in hopes that one day they, too, will see the light. If not, you love them nonetheless because you realize that we are all only doing the best we can with what we have.

You can do this.

Everything Has Led to This Moment

What if everything… Everything that has happened in your life, every moment, every accident, and every misstep, wrong turn or mistake… Was precisely and perfectly coordinated and executed in your life at just the time… to bring you to this time and place, right now?

The you that you are, everything. Every lesson you’ve learned, every heartache you’ve felt, every injustice you’ve suffered, every time you felt you were unworthy, self-conscious or doubted you were the person you were called to be, even when you felt like everything was going wrong. All of it, each and every minutest detail orchestrated to create in you all the skill, excellence, sensitive heart filled with compassion, courage, and strength… All alive, fully activated and ready to empower you to emerge triumphant.

This Is You Right Now

There is no doubt about it.

You have lived the most amazing life, have faced and battled your own inner demons, successfully traversed your personal obstacle course, you have looked adversity straight in the eye and not only survived but are so much better for having experienced the process.

You are discovering and exercising your unique skills and abilities, your otherwise hidden superpowers and are perfectly positioned to extract the sweet juices in every moment of this life as you help to make the world a better place.

Although you are recognizable on the outside and people think you’re the same person they have always known, you know you have been completely transformed and are barely resemble the you of yesterday (and this metamorphosis may have occurred to you more than once to get you to where you are today).

You may look like the same person but you are not… awakening, you realize your transformation now and are understanding how everything is connected and perfect.

You are ready to embark on the most important part of your life’s journey to date.

Fear

Of course, fear and doubt will begin to overtake you. As those old thought patterns start to emerge, you must push them away, brush them aside as you thank them for trying to protect you but you must remain true to your cause.

Thoughts of inadequacy; yes, you acknowledge your strengths and abilities but feel as though you may not be skilled enough yet… “Maybe I should wait and study or practice more before I engage.”

Really?

Do you think you have come all this way not to take action?
Stop second-guessing yourself.
