How to Turn Your Blues Into Blue Skies

Ever have one of those days when you’re feeling a little blue?

You know, you look around, and it appears to be a normal day. You see other people appear to be enjoying today, just like any other day, but you’re feeling a little off of your game?

Well, it happens to the best of us.

Thank God, we’ve been given all the tools necessary to get ourselves out of this slump. All we have to do is to use our head (for, “something more than a hat rack,” my grandfather used to say). You can adjust the focus of your thoughts, which have obviously veered off course. You’re probably thinking about things that are not putting you in a joyful state of mind. Chances are you’re thinking of someone less fortunate, something you might be hesitant or worried about, or any number of things that would affect your otherwise brilliant state of mind.

If you allow yourself to be distracted by negative thoughts, the frequency of your vibration begins to sink. This can dramatically affect your mood and perception of life all around you. Left unattended, your declining vibration could cause the loss of your enthusiasm, even activities which may have brought you joy to lack their sheen, and possibly lead to depression.

Staying in this trend of lowering your vibration can also affect the physical world around you, as you are at sorts with the more positive energies around you and you are attracting more negative energy flows and awkward circumstances.

It is so amazing that just by tweaking our thoughts, even the slightest bit, the whole world around us begins to change. What an incredible gift, the awesome power which has been bestowed upon us to change the world, even the whole universe, just with the energy of our thoughts.

A bit of positive physical activity can also help to get that stagnant blood moving and anything to engage your heart to take notice will help lift your mood and raise your vibration. You could try taking a brisk walk or a dip in the pool. Maybe just getting out in nature or feeling the grass beneath your feet and between your toes will do it; or you might try listening to your favorite music as you watch the sun go down. The whole idea , here, is to disconnect your thoughts from what is bringing you down and finding that peaceful place in your heart and mind to dwell in for a while.

Memories can be tricky to manage. If you think back to the bad times, your vibration can quickly sink to match where you were in that moment in your past. On the other hand, remembering an good memory can also take you back to the higher vibration you were in at this moment in your past. So, you could think about the good times with a special friend, happy times you spent with friends and family when you were younger. You could also remember those instances in the past, when you felt so blessed or your heart overflowed with gratitude.

After you’ve spent some precious moments reliving the best moments in your life, when you return to look at the day that you were having, the circumstances or challenges you were facing, it doesn’t look so bad; and now you’re on your way to getting your vibe back.

Keep a handle on how your feeling and check in with your inner self, your heart, and see where you are. Be aware and ready to recognize when you’re starting to feel your vibration slip downward. It can be such a slow and gentle decline that you might not notice it until you’re feeling bummed out. But if you’re looking for it, you can spot it early and cut it off at the path.

We all face challenges that can throw us for a loop, but it is best not to spend too much time fretting over things which are beyond your control. Just as accidents can leave a scar on your body, life can have its way with you and leave an emotional scar inside, that no one can see, but you can feel it. Just like any other wound, time does heal, though the rate of healing cannot be predicted. Surely, though, the more you focus on what is making you not feel good, the longer it will take for you to recover.

If you must be reviewing the incident or issues that are making you feel blue, try looking for the blessing, the lesson, or the hidden treasure in it. All adversity has something amazingly meaningful tucked in side, but you have to be sleuthfully adept at finding the hidden treasure. One thing’s for certain, if you seek it, you will find it. Be looking for the positive aspect and it will be revealed to you.

Often an unexpected circumstance or event can give you skills or insights that will be of great importance in an event that lies ahead of you, or maybe you’re becoming more aware of what to avoid, so that you don’t have to face another situation, like this one in the future.

When you’re feeling blue, this is not the time to take on new opportunities, sign contracts, or promise to do something that you might regret later. First get back into your groove by raising your vibration and are able to maintain it for a while, before taking on any important projects. Feeling blue can cloud your otherwise better judgment.

You might want to enlist the aid of a friend, confidant, coach or counselor to act as a sounding board. By telling your story to someone else who will not judge you for your sensitive thoughts, you can relieve some of the pressure and thereby raise your vibration. You can also achieve a higher vibration more quickly and easily by sharing your good time memories with your friend(s) or confident, because if they are enthusiastically joining in on your joy, your good vibrations will be magnified exponentially.

I know when I get down and lonely, I find that focusing on God, and all the blessings he has given me, the incredible life and love for my children and grandchildren, maybe pluck a little on my guitar and it’s not long when I can find myself with vibes fully restored on the mountain top, ready to tackle just about anything.

Break Away for Your New Life

“Shhh… Be quiet. I know what you’re thinking. There is something about life and what we’ve been led to believe that just does not appear to be true.”

Continue to think. Think for yourself. This is an early sign of awakening from society’s trance, as you consider that it might be time to break away for your new life.

You’ve been programmed to be a societal robot, everything you “know” or have been programmed to believe has been in an effort to keep our true consciousness from breaking through, yet if only for a moment, you have a deeper knowingness that something may be terribly amiss.

You have been told you have free will; free will to do what? Free will to act a certain way, to be raised by parents who cause you to have certain thought patterns, to be programmed by school teachers, to get a job, to exist and participate as a productive member of society?

You ponder, “What if I truly had free will? What are the possibilities?” And you wonder why you’ve been programmed to believe there are so many limitations? And you say to yourself,

“I want more than this.”

Fighting off the pre-programmed inner voices, you push through the psychological barrier and affirm,

“I am ready to make a stand and change my life, to have more love, money and happiness.”

Sure, you have the free will to do just that, or do you?

At the risk of being diagnosed with a personality disorder, you are beginning to see life as we know it from another perspective than that which is promoted as accepting things as they are. You’re becoming aware that you are surrounded by people and things that are programmed to beat you into submission if you dare challenge the status quo.

As you awareness increases, you can feel a vibrational shift. Your vibration, the frequency at which your whole self (mind, body and spirit) is attuned, is changing and you’re finding yourself tuning into a new way of thought, like changing from a radio station from the AM band, to one in FM, you are accessing different, new information and experiencing individual thought.

In this moment of clarity, you declare your rejection of poverty or acceptance on limitations which have been imposed on you by others, you are going to move forward and create your new life. You are cognizant of others who are brainwashed and reason you can avoid them or play along, just long enough to gain momentum toward a better life.

And if you’re like many of us, you find yourself in front of the television, computer, tablet or cell phone which almost immediately reduces your frequency to the drone of everyday life once again and before you know it hours have passed. Those fleeting thoughts are discounted and disregarded as a brief daydream/fantasy which left unbridled may have led to a psychotic breakout of individuality psychosis or, at the very least, delusions of grandeur as you allow yourself to resume your “real life” comfortably numb.

Where is the free will in that?

Not to worry. There will come another occasion to awaken, to become more aware. What will you do then?

If you are blessed with the clarity of thought you have everything that you need inside of you (and if not, it will be provided to you) if you choose to take action and change. Change your thoughts, the way you see others ad the world. You can change your routines, your interaction with all areas of life, how you respond and deal with circumstances and challenges, truly exercising the free will which you were endowed with.

And if you fall back into your old frequency of daily life, that’s okay, too. Because another opportunity will arise and your interest will be piqued once again, enabling you to choose to take the necessary action or steps toward your free will and new life. If it were not for these brief moments of clarity, you might not have the opportunity.

This opportunity offers you a chance to take responsibility for your own life, to exercise your free will, break away and create your world, separate from the pack.

All you need is to embrace your individuality, raise your vibration, take action and move on your intuition and intentions, resisting the pressure to fall back into the mob’s mentality and frequency.

What Are You Attracting?

Ever wonder why things are the way they are in your life?

The people, peculiarities, situations and circumstances that appear in your life do so according to your beckoning. You called all these things into being by the power of your thoughts, or even more powerful: your spoken words.

According to the Law of Attraction, what you think or speak about is what you are attracting to you, even if it your thoughts are in the negative form. For instance, if you were to think, “I want to see a black cat,” or alternatively, “I don’t want to see a black cat,” the universe responds by providing you the opportunity to see a black cat.

If you add an enormous amount of energy to what you don’t want, like emphatically telling all your friends that you don’t want to see a black cat as long as you live, possibly scream it at the sky or pray fervently about how much you never want to see a black cat again, guess what?

You got it: A big black cat… maybe even a barrage of many black cats.

If this is true, then everything in life that surrounds you is a product of your thoughts or the words that escape your lips. And it is likely, the more things you don’t want (especially if you’re enthusiastic about not wanting it and/or clearly express your not wanting it) the more opportunities you have to interact with what you do not want.

What do you want?

The answer is easy: Start thinking about and professing what you do want.

Even religious texts urge us to think about good things, so this is nothing new. For if we focus on the negative, this is what we get, on the other hand if we think only about those things that are good and lovely, beautiful, honorable and bring us joy, then more of these things are added to our life.

Stop thinking, speaking (or even worse: obsessing) about what you don’t want and start focusing intently and enthusiastically about what you do want.

The people who seem to have the best lives, the best luck and attract the best opportunities and circumstances think and speak positively about their expectations and (here’s the next piece) believe these things will come to pass.

You are energy

As much as we’d like to believe that we are flesh and bone, there is a much greater more powerful version of ourselves accompanying us on our journey on this planet. We are actually more energy than we are matter. Our energy emits a certain frequency and everything that exists around us is a perfect match to the energetic frequency we send out.

When you have a powerful, energetic thought which is contrary to your normal frequency or vibration, a powerful burst of energy explodes disrupting the vibration to which you have been so accustom.

While this creates a weak spot in your normal vibrational frequency, it is not enough to permeate your field of vibration for longstanding change.

Sustain

That is where belief comes in. Thinking and/or speaking disrupts your current vibration and belief sustains the new frequency. In this way, the more you focus on the new thought pattern and the longer you trust or have faith that it will come to pass, the more certain your positive results.

What if I doubt?

Doubt is an explosive energetic demand that the universe return you to your previous vibration or state of affairs. You can correct for this by immediately initiating an emphatic positive affirmation, in essence, changing the channel back to your higher frequency or vibration. Continued doubt, will result in sustaining the old vibration and returning you to that which you’re more used to.

What about the how?

We can get distracted by trying to figure out the how. This is where logic gets in the way of the power of the universe. If we can stay focused on only the end result as non-specifically as possible, this allows the universe to fully engage bringing to us on that which is our highest and best, in ways we may not have been able to imagine, with a far greater end result.

To change your life all you need to do is to change your thoughts/words (the more enthusiastically the better), continue to believe the new results will appear, to be open and allow the details to be delivered in the best way possible, and you will find yourself enjoying having the things you want in your life, the way you want them, or even more.

Angels and Dimensions

You have an angel who is individually and acutely attuned to you whether you believe in them or not. Angels exist in another (higher) dimension, so we cannot see them but they can see us. Though intelligence existing in higher dimensions cannot be seen by lower dimensions, they can affect the environments of lower dimensional participants.

For instance, we populate the third dimensional plane of existence, which maintains a particular vibrational frequency. We are able to move around freely while being able to view and interact with second and first dimensional planes of existence.

There are other vibrational planes that exist which maintain higher vibrational frequencies. For the sake of simplicity and as a basis for this particular example, allow yourself to consider the idea that other intelligent forms exist in these higher spiritual states of vibration.

Let’s take a look at some of them to gain a better understanding. For instance,

Dimensions 1-3

We can agree that we exist in the third dimension. This is widely accepted, and we understand that we are able to view and interact with the second and first dimensions below our vibrational frequency.

Fourth Dimension

The fourth spiritual dimension vibrational state is what I lightly refer to as the state of confusion. It is the mysterious plane of existence closest to ours and it is the vibration where the human spirit realm exists. This includes our ability to increase our growing ability to raise our vibration through various methods to visit the fourth dimension.

The reason I refer to it as the state of confusion, is because it is in this dimension that the human spirit can be relegated to following death (commonly referred to as ghosts) or transitions through between here (the third dimension) and the afterlife. It is also the vibrational plane that is used by intelligence from higher dimensions to interact with us in the third dimension and where two-way communication can take place.

Fifth Dimension

This is the plane of existence populated by intelligent entities that have never existed in the third dimension. Being closely associated with the third dimension, entities in the fifth spiritual dimension can interact with us easily, influence our thought patterns, circumstances and/or the elements. In religious texts, these entities are referred to as demons or fallen angels.

Sixth Dimension

This is the plane of existence inhabited by beings we refer to as angels. Here they are able to view and interact with lower dimensional vibrational planes. This dimensional plane is more heavily populated than that of the fifth spiritual dimension. While one (or more) of these beings are individually attuned to each living being in the third spiritual dimension, others are always nearby and observing (and/or interacting with) us in our current vibrational state.

Seventh Dimension

This is where we exist in our highest state of existence. It is where we ascend to following our life, here in the third dimension. The seventh spiritual dimension is such a high state of vibrational existence it is not possible to fully understand it from a third dimensional existence. Religious texts refer to this dimension as “heaven.”

Higher Dimensions

Are there higher dimensions above the seventh dimension?

I didn’t think so in the seventies and eighties, when I first became acquainted with various dimensional planes of existence. But now, with our growing knowledgebase, accumulation of expanding scientific data, quantum science and spiritual awakening – even at this stage – I believe there is so much more out there to be discovered.

The possibilities are endless…

Peace

I’m old enough to remember the sixties, when young, rebellious Americans protested in the streets clamoring for peace and a better world. While they were able to voice their opinion for the most part, sometimes their making a stand against the machine turned to tears and fears when met with violence which turned to anger and more violence.

That was then, this is now. So much has changed. We the people wield so much power held in the palm of our hand that we can potentially expose evil cloaked in righteousness or send love to the world by tapping a button on our cell phone.

This power can be used for good or evil; even in the quest for peace.

How will you use your power(s) to promote peace?

It is exponentially more effective to lovingly and peacefully promote peace than it is to battle against those who would stand in the way of the peaceful world you envision for the future.

Yet there are those of us who are called to do battle as warriors, some who are steadfast lovers or saints and those of us who are warrior saints, a combination of both.

It is the belief held by the steadfast lovers and promoters of peace that by maintaining a loving and peaceful vibration will enable you to enjoy a peaceful life but also to live a better life and make the world a better place.

How?

By example.

When the peace-lovers exemplify the living of a peaceful life less complicated, more abundant, filled with contentment and higher degrees of happiness, this cannot go on without others taking notice.

I’m not talking about flower-child hippies. I’m referring to enlightened individuals and holistic businesspeople in all stations and walks of life awakening to their destinies and achieving their highest and best in the most love-fueled dignified fashion. These are the counter leaders, those who lead by example not by dominance. They approach life, challenges, obstacles and celebratory opportunities with tolerance and enthusiasm, while maintaining an even keel, both in the boardroom and in everyday life.

This awakening is taking place right now as you read these words and its spreading like a sacred virus.

There is a dichotomy that exists in the stark contrast between the people who use their energy to promote lower level vibrations, and those who use their energy to lovingly promote peace. You can instantly tell which who is who by looking at their social media profile.

Where is the love?

Although to utilize love as an energetic component, you must have some love to work with. In many cases, when I meet people, I take a look inside their heart – as if it were a canister meant to contain love – I open it and look inside. More often than not, I discover it is empty.

We are all born with all the love we could possibly use, yet as we travel our life’s journey, we tend to squander our love, and as an act of self-preservation discard it. Many of us would rather have no love at all than to risk loving and having it unrequited.

Healing, embracing love and learning to live life again are key components to the awakening.

A better world awaits

It is a highly regarded belief that when this new awakening and subsequent enlightenment reaches critical mass, this new peaceful and abundant planet will emerge, celebrating all life and a better world.

You are an important piece in the proliferation of peace today.

Attitude Adjustment and Vibration

Thankfully, I find myself mostly surrounded by like-minded people throughout my day who are able to keep me “in check” when it comes to managing my vibration.

As much as I try to stay focused in high frequencies, every once and a while I slip into lower vibrations.

Yesterday, on two different occasions, I began to rant…

If you know me, you know I don’t succumb to this negative vibration very often as I am a very tolerant person. Nonetheless, there I was complaining about this (medications that make us sick) and going off about that (politics).

Luckily, someone was listening in who was able to bring my attitude to my awareness, just by saying, “I don’t usually hear you go off, like that.”

It was as if those were the magic words triggering my being knocked out of a trance.

I was, like, “You’re right. How did I get all riled up, like that?”

So, I retraced my steps.

It shouldn’t have surprised me that the catalyst for engaging my lower self was media – not via the radio or TV, mind you – sources I sought out myself (or was force-fed). The culprits: Google and Facebook.

It’s the same ol’ thing: You’re looking for one thing, and you get distracted by a bazillion other things tugging at your lower emotional states. If you give in, this lowers your vibration which begins to attract other influences and circumstances to match your new level of vibration. If left unchecked for long, the next thing you know, you’re feeling bad and you’re bombarded with a downward spiral of more negative thoughts, attracting more negative people, circumstances and bad luck.

This is one of the basics of the Law of Attraction (LOA).

I am so grateful that someone who knew me well enough was able to get my attention mid-rant (twice in the same day), else the rest of my day might have spun out of control. Especially, since this was early on in the day. I mean, how effective can I be in helping people achieve their highest and best, if I’m unable to maintain my own state of peak performance?

Left unchecked, I would have stayed distracted by the media and become a distraction, myself, distracting anyone around me and potentially reducing their vibration also.

Granted, I cannot place blame solely on Google and Facebook. Clearly, I was already predisposed to allowing the disruption of the negative information that triggered me, like a Manchurian agent. There have been many occasions, when I have been exposed to the same type of information, and was able to breeze by it without a hitch. But yesterday, they got me and I feel somewhat ashamed of myself for falling for it.

I am usually more aware of my state of mind and presence, yet, there I was, caught off-guard and up in the negative whirlpool.

I know better than this.

I’m fairly adept at taking responsibility for maintaining my personal vibration. I couldn’t help but think about others, who may not even be aware of how important vibration is to sustaining a high quality of life, how much more difficult for them must it be to resist the barrage of negative vibration onslaught of information?

It’s no wonder so many people think Life Sucks.

How do you raise your vibration?

You are a physiological representation of your vibrational energy. The important contributions to maintaining your personal frequency of vibration are:

We are energetic composites of what is our own ideas about how we see ourselves or would like others to see us (intention), how we spend our time (the activities in which we engage) and the people with whom we associate with (who you hang with).

When we interface with other people, our energetic interaction will either influence the person with whom we are communicating positively or negatively. When you speak to someone do your words express life or death? When we communicate with others our words are charged with our own vibrational energy the result will either have a healing effect on the recipient or a harmful effect.

Realizing this puts an incredible amount of pressure on those of us who are on a constant and never-ending path of increased performance and personal growth. It means accepting responsibility for how our own energy, words, and method of communication affects those around us.

Intention

Everything begins with intention. I could only assume that your intention is to have a healthy, healing and positive impact on the lives of anyone with whom you are interacting.

Our intention affects the delivery of our message greatly. It influences our body language, voice inflection, choice of words and the general “feeling” that is felt by the recipient. Even if our words are carefully and cognizantly selected, if they are not consistent with our energetic field, the person you’re trying to communicate will not be able to receive your intended message, for they will sense the incongruency and they will be more confused than receptive.

Taking a breath and a moment to set your intention and connecting with your heart before engaging in a conversation (or performance) can help to set the stage for a more effective experience.

Activities

How you spend your time sets the frequency for your personal energetic vibration. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out, either. You know how to evaluate what frequency you are tuned into by how you feel about a particular activity.
Some of the activities that you engage in do not make you feel good, they send you reeling down the energetic vibration scale. How you feel is a clear indication of where you are on the scale.

How do you feel when you watch the news? How do you feel when you listen to a debate? How do you feel when you play a video game?

How do you feel when you hear (or participate in) gossip? Gossip, or talking behind someone’s back disrespectfully, is an interesting energetic phenomenon. When you engage in gossip you engage in a negative energetic vibration that seeks out the subject of your conversation and sends harmful energy to him or her. Is that really something you want to do? Even if the recipient doesn’t know you, they still feel your negative energy. (This is a scientific fact.)

On the other hand, how do you feel when you volunteer to feed the homeless? How do you feel when you hold a baby in your arms? Snuggle with your cat (or dog, etc…)? How do you feel when singing in the shower, taking a walk along the water, or watching a beautiful sunset?

In terms of your energetic vibration, you are what you do. That is to say, the activities that you participate in sets the tone (vibration) that permeates your life, fueling and determining the energy field surrounding you that affects everything else you do.

Friends

It is said that you will be the average of your best five friends, the five friends that you spend the most of your time with (which may not be your “best” friends, for you might have friends that you are closer to, but spend less time with).

So, who are the friends (or people) that you spend the most time with? What are they like? Are they the type of people that you aspire to be? What is their average energetic vibration?

Their energetic vibration will influence yours, and yours will tend to find a resonant vibration similar to their energetic average. So, if you aspire to maintain a higher vibration, it is advisable to spend more time with folks who maintain vibrations higher than yours. This will help raise your vibration.

The knowledge of all this and your ability to take responsibility for your vibration empowers you to keep on track in terms of achieving your highest and best.

Life Sucks

You’ve heard people say things, like

I feel bad
I’m depressed
Nobody loves me
I have the worst luck
Nothing good happens to me
There’s no happiness in my life

Ever notice how true these statements appear to be for the people who say them? And the fact that it seems they get more of what they don’t want the more they complain about it appears to be statistically verifiable.

It’s true. The people who say, “I feel bad,” feel even worse. Depressed people who confess how depressed they are become even more depressed (I am not discounting any therapeutic modalities dealing with depression, just stating “what is”). People who say, “Nobody loves me,” find it more difficult to have a love connection. People saying, “I have the worst luck,” do. Nothing good comes to those who say it never does and happiness eludes those who speak those words, or post negatively on social media.

On the other hand, there are those who live a

Charmed Life

They have that Midas touch, everything they touch turns to gold. They are always in a good mood, feeling unusually good, everyone seems to be attracted to them, good fortune visits them often and they are so happy, you just want to do something to disrupt their groove (slap them, trip them, somehow put them in their place, because this is just ridiculous. Nobody should be allowed to live this kind of life. If I were jealous or vindictive, I might secretly proclaim, “One day, they will get what’s coming to them.”).

Nonetheless, there they are… squeezing all the best juices out of this life and savoring every drop, while the rest of us wallow in the reality of everyday life.

While these folks living a “charmed life” live life like it revolves around them, the rest of us with our feet firmly on the ground know the reality is that life sucks. And for those who say, “Life sucks,” it does.

So there we are confident, without a doubt, that this life has nothing much to offer us – except to succumb to the hustle and bustle of being a member of this earthly rat race we call life – while we carve out our meager existence.

Yet, something within us yearns for something more…

Something inside us wants what some of those crazy people pretending-to-live-in-a-fairy-tale have.

What would you give for some good somethin’ somethin’?

The Best is Yet to Come

Want a little peace and happiness in your life? Think you’re ready for something good?

Isn’t it time you stuck your toe in the water, just to see what could happen… if you really could change your life?

The only difference between these two types of people is their attitude. Their attitude determines their vibrational frequency. This frequency acts like a TV or radio tuner, adjusting the programming that you get to experience.

Therefore, if you can change your attitude, you can change your life. The more positive your thoughts are as you develop a more positive mental attitude, the more good things will be attracted to your life’s experience, like these people whose lives should have turned out bad, but they decided to tune-in to the positive. It’s a fact.

Create Some Good Life

If you’re ready for a little of the good life, start by proclaiming it. Try switching out the words that you speak (of the thoughts that you think) for the antithesis. For instance

These positive statements are referred to as positive affirmations, and the more you use them (and you can make up your own and crank them up… you get the idea) the more powerful they become. It may seem ridiculous, or silly, at first but just try it on, and see what happens.

My primary sense is visual. This is where I start to create my vision of what it is that I desire. You could find a photographic representation of what it is that you want. If it is a particular item, it is easy enough to find a photo of the item that you want… the more photos, the better. Put them in places where you find your attention throughout the day. Some places might include the refrigerator, your bathroom mirror, on top of the TV, hanging from the rear-view mirror in your car, even carrying a card-sized photo in your pocket that you can refer to throughout the day, and on the nightstand next to your bed.

If what you’re focusing on is more complex, like an idea, concept, career, mission, etc… you may need to develop a visual montage including may images, or a vision board. A vision board is a poster-board featuring a collection of many different images that represent what you want to attract.

Hearing

Next up is to create an audio representation of that which you desire to engage your ears.
If it is a thing, like a new Harley Davidson Motorcycle, make an MP3 (CD or mix tape) compilation of songs about riding on your motorcycle with a sound clip of the vroom-vroom (or guttural potato-potato-potato) sound of the motorcycle between tracks.

Get a portable recorder and interview owners of Harley Davidson motorcycles and ask them what they like best about their bikes and listen to these periodically throughout the day.

You get the idea; you can listen to audio recordings that help you to pinpoint the attention of your auditory senses via the input device of your ears.

Use your voice to engage your ears. Nothing is more attractive to your ears than your live voice. Ever notice that when you listen to a recording of your voice, it sounds tinny in comparison to how it sounds when it resonates within your head?

Make a list, create affirmations or a mantra that you speak aloud to command the attention of your auditory interface.

Touch

Engaging your sense of touch (contact via hands, feet or skin) could take many forms…

If you desire a Harley, then a ride or test-drive would be an excellent multi-dimensional experience, but now you need something that you can touch and feel to focus your attention on throughout the day, when you may not have access to a physical representation of that which you seek.

Create and use a talisman. A talisman is a physical charm or representation of what you desire. In fact, no other company provides more talismans for potential customers than Harley Davidson. You can easily obtain a key-fob with the Harley-logo (or any other object or form from bumper-stickers to underwear)… something that you can contact to your vision periodically.

You can use any item that you want to be your talisman, including a ring, pendant, business card, silicone bracelet or wristband, a small stone or string tied around your wrist… whatever it is, it is something that you can physically touch while you daydream about your goal.

Smell

Your nose knows what it is that you want, and by entertaining your sense of smell, it can create neural pathways in the brain that engage the attention of the universe to begin to vector in all the components that are necessary to bring your desires to fruition.

In some cases, you may be able to have a multi-faceted talisman. For instance, if your Harley talisman is made of leather – the smell of the leather may be your mind’s nose candy.

If your goal is financial, maybe the scent of cash dollars engages your sense of smell in this daily exercise. Many fragrances, potpourri, incense, essential oil scents or other items that are pleasant odiferous representations your desire(s) can be used to sniff your way to success.

Taste

You might find it difficult to think of way to have your goal create an association with your mouth and tongue but it is a lot easier than you might think.

In our Harley-example, you might associate the motorcycle with an energy drink (or some other non-alcoholic drink).

There are a variety of hard candies or chewing gums that come in a wide variety of flavors; some which you have never tasted. You can select one of these flavored-items (that you have not tasted before, so that the taste is not associated with anything else from your past) to represent you wildest dream(s). Focusing on what you want while you excite your flavor receptors will increase your laser focus.

Attraction Attenuation

By engaging all five senses, you attune your vibration to that which you seek. Just the fact that you have the desire means the universe has already matched this desire to you. Now, all that is left is for you match your vibration to what seems illusive. It has already taken place; you just need to do the work to align yourself to the end result.

Get the sense that your senses can get you from here to there, and they will.
