Digital Body Cleanse Guided Meditation

Introduction:

Welcome to this guided meditation for a digital body cleanse. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose. That’s right. Then, exhale slowly through your mouth. Let go of any tension, and allow yourself to fully immerse in this experience.

Today, we embark on a journey to cleanse your body, viewing it as both a digital and analog device. Throughout our lives, we accumulate digital infections—unwanted programs, viruses, malware, spyware, trojans, worms, and attacks on our physical and mental well-being. Today, we will perform a thorough cleanse to delete these digital intrusions, repair damaged programs, and enhance your overall health and vitality.

Body Scan:

As we begin, imagine a gentle, glowing light starting at the top of your head. This light represents a powerful scanning mechanism. As it moves down through your body, envision it scanning for any malware, spyware, trojans, viruses, and worms that may have attached themselves to your system. Allow the light to reveal any areas where these digital infections may be hiding.

Take a moment to breathe and let the scanning light work its way through every part of your body. As it identifies these unwanted intruders, visualize them being highlighted and marked for deletion.

Deletion Process:

Now, as you continue to breathe deeply, visualize the scanning light transforming into a purifying energy. This energy begins to delete and eradicate all the identified digital infections. Picture these intrusions dissolving and disappearing, leaving your body cleansed and purified.

Feel a sense of release and relief as your body becomes lighter and freer from the burdens of these digital attacks. Trust in the cleansing process and allow it to unfold with each breath.

Repair and Restoration:

Next, visualize a powerful repairing mechanism coming into play. This mechanism focuses on restoring any programs or systems within your body that have been damaged by these digital intruders. See the repairing energy diligently working through each part, healing and revitalizing your entire being.

Feel the energy of repair and restoration coursing through your body, bringing renewal and strength to every cell and system. Embrace the sensation of wholeness and well-being.

Overlaying Youth and Health:

Now, envision a vibrant light surrounding your body. This light represents the overlaying of even more youth and health onto your being. Imagine yourself infused with the vitality of youth, feeling rejuvenated and full of energy.

With each breath, allow this radiant light to enhance your physical and mental well-being. Feel the power of youth and health emanating from every cell, creating a harmonious balance within.

Creating a New Firewall:

As we near the end of this meditation, imagine a protective shield forming around your body—an impenetrable firewall. This firewall is a powerful force field that safeguards your physical and mental well-being from any future digital attacks.

Visualize this protective barrier repelling negativity, stress, and harmful influences. Embrace the sense of security and peace that comes with knowing you are shielded and protected.

Breathe and Acknowledge:

Take a few moments to breathe deeply, acknowledging the transformative journey you’ve undertaken during this digital cleanse. Feel the lightness and purity within your body. As you slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment, carry this sense of renewal with you, knowing that you are now equipped with a fortified defense against digital intrusions.

When you are ready, gently open your eyes, feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Note: It’s important to note that the completion of this digital cleanse meditation, symbolized by the installation of a protective firewall within your body’s digital and analog system, is a proactive step towards fortifying your well-being. However, it doesn’t guarantee immunity against future hacking attempts, as hackers are ever advancing and can be relentless. Hacking attempts piggyback on life experiences and stressors in search of weak spots in your system to penetrate and exploit like parasites. Your Place in Space

If you might like to get a look-see under the hood to see the inner workings of your higher self and how you really fit in the cosmic sacredness of the perfect flow of the universe in all its divinity, you can come along with me as we clear our minds and begin to envelop ourselves in the unfiltered power of the universe.

If you haven’t done this before, be aware this exercise may well be outside your comfort zone, but if you’ll bear with me for a few minutes, you might be able to take a look beyond the veil of existence which you have sort of become accustomed to.

If you can see beyond the life you’ve allowed yourself to be restricted to and constrained by, you might be able to imagine what else is out there, and instead of asking, “Why me?” or feeling as though you’re not worthy or good enough to enjoy the best things in life in real and meaningful ways, you can start to ask yourself, “How much better does it get?”

To imagine the universe, as it is, and your sacred place within it, can be quite a stretch for you, so before we go there, let’s review what the universe looks like to you. Do you have a sense of how our planet is perfectly suspended in space, revolving around our sun, spinning at over a thousand miles per hour, amidst the stars and perfect synchronized clockwork of our ever-expanding universe?

Do you have a sense of curiosity, hopefulness, safety, security, or freedom when you look at pictures of space and the cosmos?

When you see aerial photos of Earth, can you see how amazing our planet is? From this vantage point, can you see how less significant your anxieties, challenges, and troubles are?

Can you see how very little matters from here, especially from a space-eye-view? From here, all the things that seem so important and meaningful to us, don’t hold much emotional impact as they do when our feet are firmly planted on the ground.

As you may have guessed, you will be joining me on a trip to this place in space, if you care to dare to.

To get ready for this little trip out to the universe, imagine a space-eye-view of our galaxy as it is, spinning perfectly in space.

With your eyes closed feel yourself, your conscious self, rising out of where you are sitting, right now, and rising above and beyond our planet.

Feel yourself soaring out into space, beyond the Milky Way, out into the vastness of space’s expanse, and allow your thoughts to expand into this space feeling as though you are one with all that is.

You are everything and everywhere out here in the universe, and ask yourself where you are. What is this place? In this place, who are you now? What are you now, in this moment?

Here, you are pure consciousness and love. From here, all those things which concern you so much from Earth, just don’t seem to matter anymore.

The media, the news, injustices what have occurred to you and others, the tragedies which plague our planet, society, religions, politics, all the drama, financial struggles, any stress and strain associated with life does not exist here, in this place. You are fully free and in the full energetic flow of all that is.

Allow your conscious to linger in the vastness of this place for a moment, try to take in the full awareness of all that is, without any limitations, and bask in the unrestrained expansiveness.

Now, slowly, allow your awareness to descend back to your awareness here on Earth, back to this room, this time and place in space, and the environment you’ve become so accustomed to that you call it home.

Allow a moment for your consciousness to reacclimate to your awareness of being home, then open your eyes.

Having had this very minimal fanciful excursion, how do you feel now?

Are you feeling more peaceful and serene than before the exercise?

If so, you are on your personal path to expansive evolution.

If you can allow yourself to engage in this exercise of basking in the presence of your place in space, even for just a few moments each day, you will notice things begin to change, things inside you, all around you, and all over the world, are changing in harmonic response to your new perspective.

You will find yourself reacting to life differently. Things that used to make you upset, lose their energetic control over you, as you become more aligned with your desire to feel at peace and experience joy in this life.

You are less likely to judge others, who (as you are increasingly able to recognize) are all doing the best they can with what they have, not unlike any of the rest of us.

This is a significant step outside of yourself as you begin your awakening process with the ability to see beyond the veil of existence, for life is so much more than simply existing for you, from this point forward.

What is 3D to 5D Consciousness? And How to Experience It Now

You may have noticed an uptick in discussions surrounding the concept of moving from 3D to 5D consciousness. This shift is often associated with a growing quantum awareness of multiple dimensions coexisting simultaneously. While many of us currently experience life in the Third Dimension (3D), there is a prevailing belief that the Fifth Dimension (5D) represents a higher state of consciousness, offering an alternative perspective for those seeking a more fulfilling existence.

The Third Dimension: Understanding 3D Consciousness

The Third Dimension, or 3D, is the reality most commonly perceived by individuals. In this dimension, experiences are often shaped by duality, polarity, and the limitations of the physical senses. It is a realm where the ego plays a significant role, fostering separation and a sense of individuality. Materialism, competition, and fear are prevalent aspects of 3D consciousness.

The Call for Transformation: A Planetary Evolution

As humanity progresses, there is a collective shift occurring—a planetary evolution transcending the confines of 3D reality. Accessing 5D Consciousness in the Now

While the shift to 5D consciousness is considered a natural part of the evolutionary process, individuals can consciously participate in this transition in the now. Why wait for critical mass to arrive in this evolutionary process when you, just like many others, can access 5D consciousness in advance?

  4. Intention Setting and Visualization: Conscious intention setting, combined with visualization, empowers individuals to manifest positive outcomes in their lives and contribute to the collective shift towards 5D.

Visualization

When it comes to changing your life, there is no greater tool to utilize when you’re contemplating a major shift in life than visualization.

In case you’re wondering what topic(s) I will write about each day, there really is no preconceived or premeditated program. Whatever comes up that day, either in my life, the life of a client, friend, or family member determines the subject I write about. Like today, I was studying childhood PTSD, reading Julie Valenti’s Knowing How, then followed up with a client who needed some coaching in visualization. So, there you have it.

Visualization is powerful because it helps to “rewire the brain,” as Valenti says. In my practice, visualization followed training in Christian ministry and prayer, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Hypnotherapy (in that order) and ended up as a progression of these techniques culminating in guided visualization or meditation with concepts of the Law of Attraction thrown in for flavor.

If you have seen Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret, you can get the idea about how to approach the idea of visualization and how it can change life all around you, based on where you focus your attention and practice the feeling of having whatever it is you desire, and it works.

The truth is, my mother told me that I could be whatever I wanted to be, even though very early in life I was non-verbal. I didn’t talk much as a young child, but I could mimic comedy recordings word-for-word and with some degree of enthusiasm. When company would come over, my mother would call me out of my room to put on a performance for the guests. Everyone would laugh, and then I would slink back to hide in my room following my delivery.

This was me exercising visualization by mimicry and pretending, and after a while, I learned communication skills and began to interact verbally with other people. A powerful skill that would come in handy throughout my entire life’s journey, and my mother was right, I could be or do anything. Likewise, you can be or do anything you want.

All it takes is a little visualization, practice, using something we all have been programmed to disregard in adulthood: Imagination. The more powerfully you exercise your imagination muscles and engage your actions, the more powerful your results.

It’s up to you to decide to do the work of using all your powers of imagination to visualize your life, the way you want it to be, bask in the feeling of it being your reality, and act as if it’s the real deal.

The doing of anything is a key component. What you do today determines who you will be.

In the beginning, once you start this effort, it feels ridiculous. You’re thinking this is fakery, and you start to second-guess your efforts with thoughts like, “Who would do such a thing?” followed by a flood of negative self-talk, like, “I’m not good enough,” talented enough, or the other dissuading themes reinforcing your lack of education, resources, finances, abilities, standing in the community, or an endless number of “reasons” justifying your unworthiness.

To combat this onslaught of self-doubt and negativity, you kind’a have to go a little overboard in an attempt to rewire your brain. As a young man, books like Norman Vincent Peale’s Power of Positive Thinking and Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill were resources that helped to encourage my growth and expansion using my imagination to bridge the gap between here and there.

So, you might have to look in the mirror and practice positive affirmations, study the lives of others who have overcome obstacles to achieve the results you are looking for, create vision boards, and remove yourself from any negative influences during your reprogramming phase. Whatever it takes, do that, don’t let anything prevent you for going for it, and when it doesn’t feel real, allow yourself to pretend and fake it until it becomes true for you.

Thanks to my seizing every opportunity to turn every challenge into an opportunity allowed me to have the most tremendous experiences one could ever imagine in this life. In most cases, when facing insurmountable odds, all I had to do was to use my imagination and pretend that I was fully competent to survive and thrive through the adversity, and the Creator of the universe would support me in kind.

Even when it doesn’t make any sense, and it seems impossible, if you go forward in faith, putting yourself in the proper mindset and acting as if you are fully capable and trust that everything you need will appear in just the right time, your brazenness is rewarded by everything falling into place perfectly.

“Perfectly,” is not always the way you imagined it. Sometimes God knows there is something better He has in store for you, so try to be flexible enough to allow the power of love to override your expectations in your best interest.

Love Balloon Therapy

If you’re having a heavy negative emotional response to any person, memory, situation or circumstance – one that causes psychological or physiological pain or discomfort – you might consider initiating the Love Balloon Method for relief.

Used in my practice, the Love Balloon Method, is a simple guided meditation technique that relieves the stress and trauma of a challenging life event while retaining the lessons learned. The Love Balloon Method can be an effective therapeutic process in your life and/or practice.

Equipment Required

  • A Penny
  • A Balloon
  • A Pin (optional)

The only props needed for this process is a penny (or any other small object to be used as a focal point, such as a crystal or stone, etc) and an unused balloon. I use a penny due to its conductive properties and they are readily available, but you could use anything of a similar modest size. The balloon is used for its insulation quality and also as an active part of the emotional release process and the pin (or any sharp object) to pop the balloon when appropriate.

The Love Balloon Process

Relax

Relax in a comfortable position and focus on the person, memory, situation or circumstance causing your discomfort. You may find the emotional impact from this event or thing disrupting your life or day at unexpected times causing you to feel uneasy, anything from mildly uncomfortable – to – sick to your stomach or other pain in your body.

Close Your Eyes

For this moment in time, you are simply finding a peaceful place in your mind to relax prior to starting the process as you hold the penny in your left hand, palm up, between your thumb and middle finger. When you have achieved a reasonable state of calm and peace you are ready to move onto recalling the event.

Recall

Using your imagination – with your eyes closed – recall every detail about the object of your discomfort. Ramp up all the emotional impact that you can so that if on a scale of 1 – to – 10, your emotions would be as close to a ten as possible, as if you were as hurt, angry or uncomfortable as if it were happening, right now.

Watch TV

In your mind’s eye, shrink the scene down so that you see the event in its entirety as if it were on a television screen. Now step outside of the television screen, so you can clearly see all the events taking place from outside the TV. Outside the television you remain safe from the event(s) taking place. You can view the entire scene and while it may be uncomfortable to watch it play out before you, you are separated from the scene as it plays out before you.

From this vantage point, you have the remote control, and see how you can pause the scene, fast forward, rewind, , zoom in, zoom out, play in slow motion and adjust the sound of the scene. In fact, you will be surprised and/or amused at how much control you have other the entire scene. Try it now.

White Light, Love and Joy

Imagine a beam of white light beaming down from above, right down through the top of your head, passing through your head to your heart, filling your heart with the light of love and joy. Let this light flow full force and spread its glow throughout your whole body and overflow out through your feet and into the earth below.

Let the television turn and spin as it is engulfed by the heavy flow of love and joy to shrink and follow the flow to the area of your heart, where it spins in the heart’s vortex of light, love and joy.

Hand on Heart

Place your right hand on your heart, creating an overflow of light, love and joy recycled as it overflows from the heart, traveling through your right shoulder, through your arm, out your palm and in the area of your heart where the TV spins even more.

Charge the Penny

When you are ready, right hand still on your heart, send the TV and this incredible love, light, joy and energy down your left arm and see it flow into the penny. See the penny glow in white light while the TV is locked safely inside.

Open Your Eyes

Penny to Balloon

Take the balloon now with your right hand and stuff the penny with your event trapped inside into the balloon. The balloon is made of rubber which acts as an insulator. Safely tucked inside, you can feel the penny but cannot feel any of the emotion. Inside the balloon, it is just a penny.

Blow Up the Balloon

In the knowledge that the flow of light, love and joy, still flowing through the top of your head to your heart and overflowing out through your feet, breathe in and see your breath filling the area of your heart glowing with the light of love and joy. Use this love and joy infused breath to blow up the balloon.

Repeat inhaling into your heart and blowing as your exiting breath filled with light, love and joy continues to fill the love balloon.

Filled Love Balloon

Once the balloon is filled with all that light, love and joy, you can either pinch it or tie it off and sake the balloon. You can hear and feel your penny bouncing and rattling around inside. Imagine how silly and amusing your problems seem bouncing around inside the love balloon. Smile and increase your joy as it bounces around, even allow yourself to laugh at how funny this all is.

Release with Love

After you have amused yourself sufficiently and realize you are ready to finally let go of the emotional impact of the event. Honor the event by allowing your mind to be able to find the goodness, the lesson and learning from having lived through this event as you release all the emotional control this person, memory, situation or circumstance had over you in love.

If you are pinching the balloon, release it with the grand, flatulent sound of sudden deflating and laugh or even cheer as it is gone. Alternative, if you have tied the balloon, pop it and your problem explodes along with the balloon.

Celebrate Freedom

Celebrate by uttering a vocal, “Wa-hoo!” or some similar phrase that makes you feel good. Do a jig and dance around the room. You are now free from the emotional impact or abuse from this person, memory, situation or circumstance.

Wa-hoo!
