The more I worked with people through relationships, trauma, business struggles, identity crises, spiritual searching, emotional collapse, reinvention, and recovery, the more I noticed that transformation seemed to move through recognizable stages. Not as a perfectly reproducible framework but often enough that I started paying attention.

Curiously, many of these stages naturally fell under “trans” language. Which makes sense, because the word “trans” simply means: to move across, to move beyond, to move through. And maybe that’s what growth really is. Not becoming someone else. But moving through the layers that were never fully you to begin with.

1. 1. Transaction

Every change begins with some form of transaction.

Something happens.

You say something you regret.
You tolerate something you shouldn’t.
You abandon yourself to keep someone else comfortable.
You repeat a destructive habit.
You betray your values.
You overreact.
You shut down emotionally.
You give away your power for approval, attention, safety, or temporary relief.

Sometimes the transaction is obvious. Sometimes it’s subtle.

A child learning that love must be earned is a transaction.
A teenager discovering that hiding emotions prevents conflict is a transaction.
An adult realizing they built their entire personality around survival is a transaction.

Most people live inside repeated transactions for years without realizing they are repeating them.

The same emotional exchanges, wounds, or outcomes… just with different faces and different scenery. But eventually, something begins to wake up.

1. 2. Transcription

This is where honesty enters. Transcription means writing it down. Speaking it aloud. Admitting what actually happened.

Not the polished version or the version designed to protect your ego, and not the version that makes everybody else the villain. Just the truth.

This is one reason journaling can become life-changing. Not because writing itself is magical, but because clarity begins forming when experience is translated into language.

A surprising number of people never fully heal because they never honestly describe the event.

They explain around it.
Defend it.
Minimize it.
Intellectualize it.
Or bury it under spirituality, positivity, productivity, or distraction.

But once you can calmly say, “This is what happened,” something begins changing. Because truth has structure. And structure begins stabilizing chaos.

1. 3. Translation

After the event is honestly observed, the deeper question naturally follows: What does this mean?

Why did that affect me so deeply?
Why do I keep repeating this pattern?
Why do certain situations trigger reactions that feel larger than the moment itself?
What belief is hiding underneath the behavior?

This is where many people begin uncovering the deeper architecture beneath their lives.

The anger may actually be fear.
The perfectionism may be an attempt to avoid rejection.
The constant rescuing of others may be connected to a childhood need to feel valuable.
The attraction to emotionally unavailable people may reflect familiar emotional terrain from early life.

Translation is where patterns begin revealing themselves. And once patterns become visible, they become harder to unconsciously obey.

1. 4. Transgression

This stage is deeply personal. Not religious necessarily, moralistic, or performative.

It is the moment where something inside you quietly says: “I don’t want to continue this anymore.”

Not because somebody threatened you, you got caught, or society disapproved, but because the behavior itself no longer feels aligned.

You begin noticing the cost.

The emotional cost.
The relational cost.
The spiritual cost.
The physical cost.
The nervous-system cost.

And eventually you reach a point where continuing the old pattern starts feeling heavier than changing it.

This is where many people first begin separating from an identity they previously thought was permanent.

1. 5. Transformation

Now the real work begins. Transformation is not usually dramatic. Most often, it is repetitive.

This is where someone begins consciously redirecting the old pattern into something healthier.

The person who

used to explode learns to pause.
used to numb out learns to feel.
chased validation learns to self-regulate.
constantly abandoned themselves begins setting boundaries.

At first, it feels unnatural. That’s because the nervous system tends to prefer familiar suffering over unfamiliar peace.

People underestimate how physical emotional patterns become.

The body memorizes reactions.
The mind rehearses identity.
The nervous system automates survival strategies.

Which means transformation often requires repetition long before it feels natural. And honestly, this phase can feel discouraging at times. Because you may intellectually understand the change long before your body fully trusts it. But if someone continues practicing the new pattern with enough compassion and consistency, something remarkable eventually begins happening.

The new response slowly becomes the natural one.

1. 6. Transmission

This is where change stops being private.

At some point, transformed people begin affecting the emotional atmosphere around them. Not because they are trying to, not because they are preaching, and not because they became perfect. But because regulated people regulate people.

Grounded people calm rooms.
Authentic people create safety.
Honest people give others permission to become honest.

Without realizing it, people begin transmitting what they embody.

A healed parent transmits stability to children.
A centered leader transmits steadiness into a business.
A compassionate partner transmits emotional safety into a relationship.

And the opposite is true as well.

Fear transmits.
Bitterness transmits.
Chaos transmits.
Resentment transmits.

We are constantly affecting one another more than we realize. This is why personal healing matters far beyond the individual. Because eventually, who you become enters every room before you say a word.

1. 7. Transfiguration

There is a stage beyond effort. A stage where someone is no longer trying to become different because, in many ways, they already are.

The old reactions no longer fit naturally.
The old identities feel too small.
The old emotional addictions lose their grip.

This does not mean life becomes perfect. It does not mean someone becomes enlightened or superior. It simply means something fundamental has changed. The transformation became integrated.

And people who reach this stage often become softer, not harder.

Less reactive.
Less performative.
Less obsessed with proving themselves.
Less desperate for approval.

Because once someone truly changes internally, much of the external performance begins falling away on its own. They stop trying so hard to become someone. And begin feeling more comfortable simply being.

Maybe that is the deeper purpose behind all of this.

Not self-improvement for the sake of image.

But becoming increasingly honest,
increasingly conscious,
and increasingly aligned with the person underneath all the conditioning, fear, coping, performance, and survival.

Transaction.
Transcription.
Translation.
Transgression.
Transformation.
Transmission.
Transfiguration.

Seven movements of human change.

Seven ways we move through ourselves.

Agriculture introduced settled living, which contributed to hierarchical structures, creating a need for laborers and, in many cases, slaves. The expansion of farming and the division of labor meant fewer individuals were required to think critically for survival, contributing to a decline in mental sharpness across large portions of society. As governments and religions became more centralized, manipulation of these structures further restricted free-thinking, often serving the interests of those in power. In particular, systems of control emerged that limited access to education and knowledge, thus maintaining social order but suppressing individual intelligence and spiritual growth.

This era, sometimes called the “Dark Ages” or Kali Yuga in Hindu traditions, saw a decline in collective consciousness. However, with the Enlightenment of the 1700s, human intelligence began to rise again. European intellectual movements fostered advancements in science, philosophy, and the arts. The resurgence of critical thinking and a deeper quest for knowledge marked the beginning of humanity’s climb back toward higher intelligence and awareness.

In recent decades, tools like muscle testing have been introduced to bypass societal and governmental restrictions on truth and knowledge. Dr. David Hawkins popularized muscle testing as a way to access an “infinite knowledge database.” Hawkins demonstrated that the body’s physiological responses could reveal truths about everything from personal health to universal knowledge. Using this technique, his “Map of Consciousness” is a framework to measure levels of truth, consciousness, and awareness.

Although muscle testing is not telepathy as ancient humans may have practiced it, it provides a modern tool to access higher truths, bypass societal controls, and unlock deeper understanding. Muscle testing enables individuals to ask yes or no questions that their body can respond to, offering a form of lie detection and access to information beyond conventional means.

As we continue on an upward trajectory of intelligence and consciousness, tools like muscle testing serve as bridges to greater awareness. While technology has offered numerous benefits, it has also contributed to distractions and limitations in human cognition. The challenge now is to harness the power of these tools, like muscle testing, to continue the rise in intelligence and move toward a more enlightened future, individually and collectively.

Humanity’s resurgence of intelligence mirrors our journey from the dumbing down of the Kali Yuga through the Enlightenment and into a new era of potential, where tools like muscle testing help reclaim the lost wisdom of ages past. By tapping into this method, humanity can continue to grow, expanding both mental and spiritual horizons while accessing the timeless knowledge available to all.

It’s easier to find what you’re looking for than you might think.

Everything you are searching for is inside of you. Even though you may feel like it is not, or if it is within, it must be deeply hidden and inaccessible. This is the lie. The biggest conspiracy of all time.

You can see this powerful light of light within if you look for it and will allow yourself to see it within. Finding it requires a journey, not without, but within yourself. This evolutionary journey leads to the exposure of you, all that you are, could have possibly imagined, and somehow knew was there all the while.

It requires some inner work, which will turn out to be your most important, deep, and best inner work which is necessary to unite yourself, the self that you’ve known until your awakening, with the you which is the culmination of all this life has offered you thus far, your most highly evolved self, and the unlimited treasure which awaits you as you become who you were meant to be in all your fullness in this life.

What, you might ask, is this deep inner work?

There is a tool which you were born with called your “imagination.” Your imagination is not the silliness of youth as you’ve been led to believe. The truth is THIS is the most powerful tool you have within you to access all the power and love of the universe to overcome and embrace any challenge you may have in this life, as well as opening all doors to your heart’s desires to you.

To overcome the programmed separation of your selves, you will need to go within, quieting the chatter of your programmed mind, using the power of your imagination. Doing so will allow you to view, even if vaguely at first, your highest and best self and the infinite power and possibilities which are available to you.

We call this process meditation, the quieting of your mind, looking to find solace in the space between your thoughts, enveloping your self in the nothingness. In this non-restrictive state of consciousness, you are able to access the pure power and sacred divinity of all that is, and begin to see yourself in the center of it all.

From this vantage point, all things make sense. Outside of it, well, all you can see are the inconsistencies and chaos of it all. Inside is quiet, calm, exquisite synchronicity, perfect timing, peace and harmonic balance in all things.

So, you’re just minding your own business, staying true to what you know, then someone with a similar resonance crosses your path on their way to pursue the fullness of their journey, and in that moment, the two become one.

Granted, this moment will not last for long, for our individual journeys are so, well, highly individualized, but how blessed are we to share a similar vibration with someone else along the way.

Here we are, in one of the most exciting times on our little blue planet, and if you are aware, you can see, witness, and possibly play an influential part in the current evolution of humanity.

What a fascinating time to be alive two see two worlds occupying the same space at the same time, each struggling for survival in their own ways.

I don’t know if there are any of us who have completely evolved, or that any of us ever could be from this point forward. Its as if the process, once you get fully open and in allowance of it, maybe there is no evolutionary destination, per se.

I have been so blessed to witness so many things amidst this evolutionary process, things I might have thought previously were a little crazy, or even not possible at all.

Being open to this process has left my consciousness open enough to see (and have some understanding of) things which were beyond my ability to experience, as I was limited to the 3D experience.

Now, I am feeling like there is so much more, and here I am in the thick of it, watching it all happen all around me. To anyone else, this might be overwhelming or appear as utter chaos, if you could see it all at once…

And here I sit, watching it all unfold, and see the sacred harmony of this moment in time. There is nothing more incredible to behold. Rarely, does a day go by, where I am not in awe of the utter magnificence of it all.

Then, there are the people, the very special people in my life, who I love and care for deeply, who have no idea about what is happening, or the potential they have in this place and time in our world. For the process is happening, but it requires the allowance of the host (you and me) for it to activate and let it take us to the next level.

There are so many of us frightened of what becoming a higher being might look like, then there are others who will stop at nothing (that means they’re likely to do or say anything) to stop this from happening at all.

Nonetheless, this is our destiny, to evolve and expand. What lies ahead? Who knows?

But if you’re like me… you are loving this so much, and I am blessed to have shared this moment from a shared perspective with you.

Keep the faith, stay the course, and let all that is happening to unfold in whatever way it must to accomplish this most amazing feat.

And all of this, and none of this, would have been possible without you and the part that you are playing, right now.

We are not alone, we are one.

And we are here.

Each universe is full of surprises because each comes with its own set of accompanying dimensions, and variances in timeline, physical, and spiritual manifestations. There is no lack of presenting or entertaining circumstances or unlimited possibilities in any one of them.

Of all the lifeforms in the universe you are a very special creation, similar to all other living creatures and beings, but with capacities which are in the evolutionary process of blossoming and emerging from within you and your contemporaries in Human v 3.0.

With this burgeoning evolution comes the awareness of there being more to this life than you’ve been taught or allowed to believe. The evolutionary process is in its early stages and at this time your participation in it is voluntary. All you have to do is to be open and allow the evolution to take place. The time will come when human evolution reaches critical mass, and everything will change universally.

As advanced as we think we’ve become in the last hundred years, we will look back at this time we live in today as primitive and barbarian in comparison to where we are headed.

Part of this evolutionary process includes the embracing of yourself as an interdimensional being. If you are already an active participant in your evolutionary awakening process, you may have already noticed an increased ability to see things happening all around you which would seem to not be of this world.

Here, in 3D, everything seems quite simple and matter of fact, in comparison to the other dimensions which surround us, each of which is also just as real as the third dimension where we reside.

The part of you which is emerging as your interdimensional being has greater access to the other dimensions around us. While in your primitive pre-evolutionary state, you will see glimpses of other dimensions, which is a clear indicator of your interdimensional abilities, even in their infancy.

As you continue to evolve, your consciousness expands, enabling you to have greater access to the other dimensions, and universes which are happening all around us. When fully evolved and expanded, you will be able to move through these dimensions and universes, fully interacting with them at will.

Until then, your awareness of the life, which is happening all around you, yet mostly unseen by others, will continue to grow, and you may experience shifts occasionally taking place, where you move either consciously or unconsciously between dimensions and universes.

If that’s not enough to shake your otherwise sound sensibilities, think about knowing that there are other people who already fully possess these interdimensional capabilities, and freely interact with us here, unbeknownst to us (unless you are sensitive enough to easily identify them).

Furthermore, you are also a fully evolved interdimensional being right now in another timeline running concurrently with the one which you are experiencing at this place and moment in time amidst the human evolution.

There are interdimensional beings all around us, and you, yes you who were uniquely designed and built with these very same capabilities within you, are an interdimensional being, too.

You are human evolution in action, right now. You have no idea what the future holds for you, or maybe you do…

The energy necessary to transform from Human 2.0 to Human 3.0 is enormous and different phases of metamorphosis require more or less energy to complete the transformation of each phase, and your body’s energy storage capacity can be taxed heavily to get the job done. During these times, you can feel as though the bottom dropped out of your energy reserves.

Once you have embarked on your journey of evolutionary transformation, you need to settle into a new way of being, and if you’re a go-getter, like me, it can be hard to let go of some of your push-push-push-through to make things happen and pick up the gauntlet of let go and go with the flow.

Using your energy reserves for making things happen in the flesh, using only your brute strength will quickly deplete your energy reserves. So, when your evolutionary process needs to use your natural energy reserves to conduct a transformative process, it can leave little or no energy left for your daily routine maintenance.

If you’re in the process of awakening, you need to find better ways to manage your day to day life with less energy exerted, leaving your precious reserved for the sacred evolutionary transformation which you are allowing to take place.

You must move from living a life of force to living a life of love. You can do this by raising your vibration, which harkens back to the work of David R Hawkins’ Power vs. Force. I routinely refer to his work because it gave me a clear picture in my mind of what the various human energetic frequencies were and made it easier for me to manage raising my own vibration.

If you are expending your energy on anything stressful,
you’re not doing it right.

If you are expending your energy on anything stressful, you’re not doing it right. You can feel it inside you. You know something’s wrong. Find a better way to get ‘er done, or let it be.

Find new ways to live your life, to charge up your personal energy reserves, to maintain your energy, gain a better knowledge of how and when to use energy.

Don’t waste your precious energy on things which are not likely to change, no matter how much energy you put into it, and relax into the okayness of letting things remain as they are, for if it weren’t for some higher purpose, it would have changed already. Settle into the knowingness that all things are in divine order.

Finding time for quieting yourself, in nature, or in another sacred place, for reflection and meditation can be helpful but this is not a cure-all for your energetic management requirements.

Spending time in nature, with your feet on the ground, can go a long way in raising your energy and your vibrational frequency. Different people respond differently to different natural interactions. Live water has a tremendous effect on my energy. What gets you going?

Doing the deep work of clearing the energetic blockages, or stores of toxic negative energy which may be deeply hidden inside of you can go a long way to greatly increase your capacity for building massively positive energy and filling those areas with love and peace.

All this to say, there is nothing wrong with you, occasional energetic fatigue is normal in the process of transformation.

Although, if you are pushing yourself and the energies all around you in the flesh, burning the candle at both ends, and not getting adequate sleep, you may be suffering from a physiological type of fatigue which could be diagnosed and treated by your doctor. If you’re doctor says there’s nothing wrong with you, then you can rest assured that you are evolving.

Even so, there are powers and factions who will stop at nothing to prevent the evolution of the human race to version 3.0. There are certain components which need to be activated for the further evolution of humanity.

There is a system put in place to control the world population en masse and it has been effective for thousands of years. If you were to evolve into Human 3,0 these methods would become powerless to control you or your evolutionary brethren.

Those who have profited wildly from a world of less-evolved beings would lose their grip on their cash cow, and the systems that support them and their agendas would crumble and fall, for the higher evolved humans will see them for what they really are.

There are varying opinions about where we are as evolutionary beings and many believe we are actually far beyond Human 2.0 as we have had many more incarnations amidst our history on this planet, and I think as we continue to uncover mysteries far beneath sedimentary levels of current recorded knowledge, it makes you wonder how many version of us where there before.

Certainly, we were here before we thought we were.

You, your body, your mind, and your soul is struggling to grow, expand, and further evolve into Human 3.0. This is a process that has been burning inside the human body for the last hundred years. The powers and people who run this world have been aware of this and they are doing whatever they can to prevent it from happening.

In order for the evolutionary process to take place, the human condition must be primed and open to the evolution to take place. Keep humans from reaching this stage is the primary focus of those controlling and profiting from Human 2.0 and they have done an excellent job of keeping most of us in various states which prevent us from evolving.

Toxic humans are not in a state to evolve for their bodies do not have the raw materials for the evolution to take place. Instead of having the tendency to evolve, the body’s focus is merely on survival.

Humans controlled primarily by fear are in a state which prevents evolution for they are locked tight in the struggle for survival, without the wherewithal to have the faith and openness necessary for evolution to take place.

This struggle for survival is biological and psychological warfare which has been launched against us to prevent our evolutions, and it has worked superbly, until now.

Now, the strength of the struggle to evolve has surpassed the struggle for survival, and it is happening today on a growing scale. The powers that be are in a panic and are struggling to find new methods to keep us distracted and dumbed-down enough to keep us from evolving.

They have no choice but to increase human toxicity and fear to even higher levels to keep evolving humans from continuing throughout the evolutionary process.

They are tracking and monitoring us, so they know who to focus their attention on. They are aware of who we are and where we are in the evolutionary process, and they have initiated new psychological traps to ensnare us and render us hopeless and helpless to evolve.

If their efforts to do so have been effective, these words will appear to be silly, nonsensical musings of someone in need of “mental health services.” On the other hand, if you are in the process of evolution, you can hear an underlying carrier wave of truth, because you are beginning to see that things are not as they appear, and your Human 3.0 is awakening.

Even with all their efforts to increase toxicity and fear, your new human will find a way to emerge.

If you truly anticipate learning something new, opportunities to learn new things occur regularly. Granted, depending on the base-setting of your vibrational frequency, they may not all be good things, but even at higher frequencies, bad things are considered good things, for, at the highest frequencies, there are no bad things.

Those who are on the track to learn something new are generally on a path of constant and never-ending improvement (CANI) in their personal and/or professional lives. You will find them taking classes, courses, attending workshops, reading books and blogs.

If you’re on the quest for attaining greater knowledge you are more than simply an academic, you are on a path of empowering self-improvement and personal development, and there’s a good chance that if you’re continually growing and evolving, you may also be heading toward enlightenment and spiritual awakening.

It is inevitable, as you get access to new, emerging data and technologies, that the world as you know it gets turned upside down, the contents spill out, and you begin to understand things aren’t always what they seem to be. This is the evolutionary awakening of humans is taking place as you read these words right now and you are a part of it.

This enlightenment and spiritual awakening is a process of self-discovery which is unique to everyone amidst the transformative human evolution. Your mind, body, and spirit are expanding exponentially, and you are starting to think of yourself as growing away from the forest of social programming which could not be seen from the perspective of being lost in the midst of so many social trees.

Just as the sciences are finding out the things we once believed to be immutable facts and truths, were only stepping stones to a greater awareness which is unfolding before our very eyes as we develop microscopes so powerful so as to see the galaxies inside our cells and telescopes so powerful we are discovering there is more to the universe which we are a part of.

The science of science is leading us into realms which were inconceivable years ago, as we are discovering multiple universes and dimensions coexisting in tandem with the third-dimensional world which we’ve become so acclimated to.

Our sense of security we once felt as being the highest life form in the universe is being challenged by emerging quantum sciences, and for many, the very same science which denied the existence of God or a higher power is conceding the existence of a powerful intelligence which permeates all things seen and unseen.

This is crazy talk

This sounds crazy, if you try to relate this new science to the sciences you’ve been accustomed to, as well as the trying to rationalize this leading-edge information by comparing any of it to what you’ve known previously. And who could blame you? No one. For we all have been there.

We all (well, most of us) have been deeply programmed to reject such ideas as being ridiculous ideals which are only the fanciful imaginings limited and assigned to science fiction. Quantum physics, quantum mechanics, and quantum theories are making science fact out of science fiction. Things that were empirically implausible just a few years ago are the fodder of scientific breakthroughs across the board of reality.

Dare to learn something new while continuing to be open to personal development, quantum, and spiritual sciences. Be forewarned you may be surprised by what you find waiting beyond the opened door.

Allow this new information to flow over you, take in what you can, expand and get cozy with the idea that you are evolution.

This is the new you expanding and evolving into your emerging new world.

With all we know about who we are and are learning about what else might be “out there,” its hard to believe that we are the only intelligent life in the universe, and it might cause you to rationalize that our race may be quite primitive in comparison to intelligent life that may predate our species.

I admit, the existence of aliens is not my area of expertise, though I have made the acquaintance of others who specialize in this area of study, and the evidence on which they base their conclusions is quite compelling.

When you hear the word, “Alien,” your first thought could include anything from a fellow human from outside the country where you reside to alien greys, the thin figures with large heads and big black eyes.

The possibility of existence has grown in popular awareness over the last couple of hundred years due to increased signs and various methods of visiting the third rock from our sun.

Some alien experts believe that some extraterrestrial aliens look just like we do, cannot be easily identified, and walk among us. Even SpaceX CEO Elon Musk publicly claims the aliens are here (while attending at the World Government Summit in Dubai).

Then there are those who believe that there are human/alien hybrids who are living among us. Reports are coming in from researchers and those who believe they are alien hybrids.

Allegedly starting as early as a hundred years ago, pregnant women were abducted in their sleep and subjected to a procedure to overlay alien DNA over the naturally occurring human DNA.

Why would extraterrestrial races want to do such a thing?

The common consensus appears to be they’re being concerned about the long-term survivability of the human race. It’s as if these more advanced races have a benevolent desire to see humanity advance and evolve beyond our naturally-inclined barbarian ways of life on planet Earth, which is unsustainable.

There is also the likelihood that we are related to and possibly deeply-connected to these beings from other worlds, for just as God created us, they are also creations of God. The same life-force which gives us consciousness is also a part of their consciousness.

Certainly, the current evolutionary status of human metamorphosis is measurably present, even with the concerted efforts of society’s ability to clearly deny anything which is not to be believed.

Does the government know aliens are here?

Hundreds of billions of American tax dollars spent on fringe science attributed to alien technology and the covering up of data “forbidden” for release to those who finance the research and development (taxpayers) of said otherworldly knowledge, would indicate there is much more going on here than meets the average eye.

The American government’s military leaves no paranormal stone unturned in an effort to weaponize any technology, extraterrestrial or otherwise, which might give us an unfair advantage over our enemies. Plus, what if these off-world beings are far less benevolent than they appear to be? How could we defend ourselves from an advanced alien invasion?

If you are paying taxes to the United States of America or their designees, you are paying for the research, development, and the preventing of your knowledge about these alien affairs. And if you believe that there is no truth in the “aliens are here” story, then you are regarded as a good American citizen. You may not be ready to meet aliens from outer space.

If you are compelled to think there may be a degree of veracity to the alien idea, please proceed with caution. The government will spare no expense in the silencing of this growing knowledge base among those in “the know” and you wouldn’t want to expose yourself as possessing independent thought or asking questions which are unsanctioned.

You wouldn’t want to be accused of suffering from Individuality Psychosis, now, would you?

I fully support the asking of unsanctioned questions and believe the discovery of unauthorized data as our God-given right, not to be impeded by any regulation.

Whether the aliens are here or not, may or may not matter at all, or it might be very important, indeed.

You have an inherent desire to be cared for, but it doesn’t take long for you to figure out that taking care of and defending yourself is up to you and you establish patterns to see that your needs are taken care of. This establishes an energy pattern of a particular vibrational frequency which will vary as you make your way through this life, which affects all areas of your life, mental, physical, and spiritual.

The more you struggle to find your own way, the more your ability to connect with your higher spiritual self is closed off as you gain mechanical systems to survive and do the best you can to mitigate the challenges you face in life on Earth. In most, if not all, cases, your higher self is squelched altogether, but it never dies.

At various stages in life, your spiritual self will find ways to garner your attention if an effort to awaken your higher self which has been subdued.

Your higher self will try to poke through in times of stress and struggle. It’s up to you how you respond to hearing this still small voice when it speaks up. Most people just push it away as nonsense, as you continue to make your way through life on your own accord by force of will, determination, accompanied with blood, sweat, and tears.

Flesh vs. Spirit Evolving

This is man’s struggle of flesh against the spirit. Only, as we evolve the struggle of the spirit to emerge becomes more pressing.

For centuries man’s will stomps out potential emerging spirit most of the time, but there’s something happening now, today, right now, our planet is moving through a stage of metamorphosis affecting all matter, life, mankind, including you, too.

A sacred resonance exists in all of life and matter within and throughout all molecules, this energy is no less than purely divine and resonates at the vibration of pure love or above. There exists a harmonic orchestra among all life, matter, and the absence of matter.

Like a sacred carrier wave, God is in all things, everything.

Either this is true, or it is not. What you do with this rejection or realization is up to you.

Your cells are evolving with this harmonic resonance and if you are prone to reject the very thought of it, no problem, for there are forces, highly powerful forces very hard at work to prevent this evolutionary process. So, who of us could blame you, for we were raised from birth to think thusly. Even so, people, just like you and me, are at various stages of awakening the expanding life of liberty and expansion which awaits our species.

Ever notice your desire for change? It’s growing. You find yourself wanting change, finding ways to grab hold of what change you can, only to find it lackluster. You cannot substitute the natural evolution of your being with change which you have been granted or provided yourself via your physical abilities. While it may appease your desire for change in the moment, your human mind/body system is still not satisfied.

Nestled deep within your heart is the central nervous system of your higher self and your connection to the source of all life, but so much emphasis has been placed on the central nervous system of your functioning brain, and little or no attention is placed on your spiritual nature which is where your true self resides, where you hail from, and evolving toward.

Once you begin to awaken you are able to see things as they really are and not like you’ve been trained to interpret life. Life becomes less about you, and more about “us” and our interconnectedness, which is counter-intuitive based on your terrestrial training might dictate.

At some point, as you continue to grow, evolve, and expand you realize that not only are we all “one,” but you have a clearer understanding about your connectedness to all that is, seen and unseen.

If this concept is contrary to how you’re feeling in this moment, no problem. Keep doing whatever it is that is working for you now.

If you are awakened by a moment of clarity from your innermost and highest self? You decide what to do, to push it back down or listen.

There is no judgment as we’re all doing the best we can with what we have.

You are still playing an active role as we continue this evolutionary process.

You Are Evolution

As you awaken you become aware of the great lengths society and its social programmers will go through in a powerful and determined effort to control you, how you think, what you believe, what you do, and what you are afraid of. Fear is their most powerful weapon, and it’s worked superbly, until now.

Fear is losing its power to control us, for there is a far more powerful energy which dissolves any fear in any of its many forms to meaningless nothingness. The most powerful energy is love, and it is love that is disarming those who seek to control your mind (where your thoughts are easily manipulated by fear).

Contemporary society, as well as its barbarian ancestors, have thrived in a state of fear, but the evolution of an emerging awakened human being is only now beginning to see that things may not be as they appear. Once the veil has been lifted, you start to see things as they really are. You are evolution.

Due to medical advances in the world, a growing number of individuals are dying… and coming back from death. Their reported near-death experiences (NDE) are vastly contrasting the reports of our lesser-evolved ancestors. They are discovering, and science is confirming, there is far more taking place within, without, and throughout all existence.

The awakening of humanity is exposing the concept of infinite possibility which exists all around us and we are able to increase our interaction with it.

Fear among the living is fading as the energy of love continues to expand, rendering fearful energies impotent. The fearful social constructs used to manage and control us are losing their grip. The power of the organized methods created to imprison the minds of humanity are failing to force efficacy in the brainwashing of you and me, and love is breaking through the barriers of fear among our peers all over the planet.

And for those among the awakening are expanding, the understanding of infinite possibility offers growing empowerment to create new opportunities for an expansive stress-free lifestyle without the constraints of fear. Life and the living of it become your superpower.

There is an energetic consciousness all around us where anything is possible. All the limitations which have been imposed on you are little more than sleight of hand tricks to make you believe that you are not divinely empowered to have access to the unrestrained power of God and the universe, enabling you to imagine first, then do, be, or have anything your heart desires.

Unconditional love, the ability to deeply connect with others, a unique purpose, a powerful reason for being, joy, prosperity, and abundance are among the concepts which are being bestowed upon those who are awakening.

While the process of awakening is simply the raising of your vibrational frequency from fear-based to love-inspired, it is difficult to overcome a lifetime of social programming. It requires what appears on the surface to be illogical. Logic relies on evaluating data which is known while expanding in consciousness relies on being open to what is not known.

Even so, as science progresses, they are discovering new data amidst the unknown. God bless those who dare to explore these new uncharted expanses which are challenging the constraints of primitive data.

Drop Out Plug In

Increasingly there are those, just like you, who are dropping out of the primitive life system and plugging-in to the vastness of all that is, being open to all the infinite possibility, growing, expanding, and continuing to evolve.

And the powers that be are taking notice. They are ramping up their efforts to dominate us exercising their management of the educational system, media, electronic communication, data overload, crisis creation and management, mental health and legal systems, and any other methods they can utilize to garner greater control of our youth, in an effort to build up reserves for the future. They are convinced their control will quash and outlive the current evolution, but it will not.

You are dropping out of the systems organized to control you. You can no longer relate to these systems any longer because you can see the fear-based “truth” they claim is eternally powerful to have authority over you is neutralized by the power of unconditional love.

Have you noticed, as you exit these systems, that the members will exert various fear-based methods to force you to return to their conformist standards to return to the fold?

They have been deeply programmed to do the bidding of the powers that be to see your departure as something dangerous, even life-threatening, and they might do anything to see you return to the organization, exerting fear-based tactics such as intimidation, threats of consequences, excommunication, or even eternal damnation.

Plugging-in to the infinite power of unconditional love gives you the fortitude to be strong enough to walk away from the barbarian drama without judgment because you know they are only victims of a larger system, as you once were.

You can love and bless them as they make their own way in life, as you continue to find your own way.

You are no longer blinded nor controlled by “the system.”

You are among the awakening. You are courageous and powerful. Your evolutionary process will yield to you everything you need to grow, expand, and be more than you could have ever imagined.

Bless you, for having the courage to drop out and plug-in.

When you’re deeply buried in the third dimension, it’s so hard to believe that there is anything else “out there.” As much as you try to tell yourself, “this is all there is,” still you get glimpses of things which don’t make sense in the 3D reality or are unexplainable. Or are they?

You go about your regular 3D day, and you see shadows in your peripheral vision which garner your attention. When you’re feeling down, you find pennies or feathers just ahead on the path you are walking. You have nightmares and dreams, which seem to be warnings or excite you about possibilities. You may have received messages from beyond or even been visited by those from the “other side.”

And these glimpses persist in various shapes and forms, they go on and on, insisting you take notice of there being the existence of more going on all around you 24/7, yet you continue to disregard them as nonsensical.

Of course, all of this is just your imagination, and you tell yourself, “It’s not real!”

As Scientists continue to delve into the mysteries of life in this universe, one thing becomes perfectly clear. With as brilliantly intelligent as we (the human race) has become with all of its efforts to scientifically discover and document all the secrets of life, to determine what is true and what is not truth, the truth is: We cannot truly know anything to be exclusively true.

When you come down to it, you almost have to either believe that nothing is true, or that everything is. The advantage of seeing from the perspective of everything being true is that it opens the gates to infinite possibility. To any normal person, the idea of infinite possibilities is frightening, to say the least. It challenges every thought you’ve ever had, anything you’ve ever been told or believed.

While it may be easier to keep yourself safe and secure in the third dimension, the neighboring dimensions (4th and 5th dimensions) are increasingly becoming more accessible to those of us who are in the third dimension because our planet and the galaxy we reside in is expanding and amidst an evolutionary process.

All the things that could easily be explained away as science fiction or “woo woo” are becoming part of our reality and the people who are open to the idea of being limitless are harnessing the powers which are accessible from other dimensions, and the vast energy of all life.

Humanity is evolving from smart-animated-meat to something higher, a spiritual/human hybrid. Even though this evolution has been in process for thousands of years, it has been hidden from view and even hindered at any cost of those who profit from keeping humans in their underdeveloped states.

With all their efforts, the powers that be can no longer keep this evolutionary process from happening for those who are embracing this evolutionary process, they are awakening to the unlimited possibilities.

You, who are evolving, whether you like it or not, are in the process of becoming a multi-dimensional being. Who knows what excitement lays ahead in the uncharted territories of multidimensionality in a world of infinite possibilities?

Things that were not even thinkable are being thought, becoming more plausible, and proven to be within the truth continuum, making even the impossible possible.

This is the world we are moving into, and it cannot be stopped, though there are those who will use every trick in the book to keep you from this evolution. Life as we knew it is fading into our primitive, barbarian historic past.

You can feel it.

Get ready for your limitless expansion, it is happening now.

You may have a rudimentary recollection, understanding those around you, but they have no idea who you are becoming. You might look the same but you’re quite different, now. You are evolving and your level of understanding is quite different from the standard Earth’s inhabitant at present.

It occurs to you that you might like it if some of your contemporaries could join you on this evolutionary journey, but it’s not the kind of thing you can simply talk someone into because they have no frame of reference and find it extremely difficult to understand the mysteries you have discovered by unlocking them with the secret codes within your evolving DNA.

There is no feasible way to communicate your discoveries in a way the unenlightened can correctly perceive them. Understanding is just not possible unless the divine spark within them begins to energize their own evolutionary process, even then, their growth and expansion will take place in completely different ways than yours, for each awakening and the path which follows is individually unique.

As your life becomes more heart-centric, it becomes easier to see how ego-centric others are, and you can have compassion for them, because that’s how you were, too, prior to your evolutionary awakening. You understand what is happening when you sit amongst a group of people who can talk for hours about all the things wrong with other people and this life.

The ego sees itself as the center of the universe and sees everything outside of itself as being of less value and significance, putting down anything else it can find to make itself (feel) even more superior.

You can observe them asserting their superiority over everything going on around them, the people and things within their circle of influence and those with no connection to them whatsoever. You understand this as the ego, in a sense, trying to justify their lives as being separate from other beings and all things. An effective method of social engineering which has proven to be effective over time. Until awakening, the idea of everyone and everything being part of one and the same (extension of God), and seeing nothing as broken, wrong, bad, or evil in this world, is not likely possible.

Conversationally, your interaction with others will take on a different flavor. You realize that you are but a reflection to others of themselves, for if they find fault with you, are accusatory, or are disrespectful toward you, you understand it has nothing to do with you in the “real world.” They are only responding to seeing the reflection of their own shortcomings, inadequacies, and hidden secrets within themselves. Who could blame them?

They are doing the best they can with what they have, besides they are also part of God, to be loved and honored by you while also being an extension of you, so you can have compassion, empathy, and respect for we are all one.

You have grown and expanded onto the version of who you’ve become so far, and see the universe with a renewed sense of wonder. You can continue to grow, expand, and coexist on a world that may be difficult to relate to at times, without being confused or perplexed by the vast differences in the perceptions of its inhabitants.

This evolutionary process of the human being is in its early stages, and you are blessed to be a part of it. At some point, in the near future when this continued expansion reaches critical mass, the entire world will fall into sacred sync. Until then, you are part of the chosen minority, yet also part of the emerging evolutionary wave of advanced humanity.

You have the ability to compassionately carry on a conversation without judgment because you love, honor, and respect your fellow human beings, who are a pre-evolutionary part of you.

You most tightly held secret influences and is reflected upon and permeates your life, determining how you will navigate and interact with the rest of the world.

By holding onto a deeply held negative secret, your natural abilities to thrive deteriorate and your mind exerts a great deal of energy to discover and implement processes which can be deployed to help overcome the loss of your natural ability to thrive.

These schemes employ a wide variety of methods and have varying degrees of efficacy in producing the quality of life you feel you are (and you are) entitled to.

Through trickery and sleight of hand you are able to manifest things and circumstances which will provide for you the life you want, or at least a version of it which is pleasing enough to you. No one knows more than you, how much your life is built on illusion. You can become a master of illusion, in a sense, becoming the master illusionist of your own life.

Or, if you do not have a propensity to engage in the magic of illusion, you may sink into a dark despair and depression, while your mind and your body devolve into desperation, disease and death. Of course, these are two ends of the spectrum experienced by those who harbor deep and dark negative secrets inside themselves.

Keeping negatively-charged secrets, the avoidance of the, the pushing down and locking away of them can keep them

If you struggle with harboring these deep dark secrets, there is hope. You can, by accessing the multitude of endless possibilities, set yourself free of you hidden past, by embracing your true divine nature.

If you go beyond the depths of your dark past, you will discover underneath all the trauma of your past is a sacred being who is who you really are. You came to this earth holy and flawless. Since then you have accumulated a lifetime of experiences which have separated you from who you really are.

You have built a fortress of impenetrable ideals which have served to protect you from the damage incurred by your past. The pushing down and covering up of these hidden traumas has served you for a moment, in a sense giving you ways and means to isolate you from the pain, so that you can make it through life with some sense of sanity, but this is only an illusionary therapeutic approach.

These experiences have left you with festering wounds that will poison you, your soul, as you keep these things buried deep within your psyche.

The more you connect with your divinity, the more you can begin to see the things that have hurt you in the past from a higher perspective.

If you could see the darkest parts of you from God’s perspective, you can begin to see the sacredness in all things for suffering does not come without blessing. That is the divine nature of all life. The hardest turmoil leads to the most incredible blessings, if you will allow the sacred fruit to be born from your trials and tribulation.

You can do this by exploring your past by studying your past with your higher self, in a sense, looking through the eyes of God.

As you become more aware of and connected to your higher self, you can begin to take divine action influencing all areas of your life with goodness and mercy. You find ways to influence the world for good by basking in your own sacredness and spread love by being more gracious.

True love starts with gratitude for all things and leads to inspired action of doing good deeds and random acts of kindness. These inspired acts help you to imagine your unlimited potential, and the more you explore your infinite sacred self, you expand and evolve.

As you evolve your life moves from being centered around your mind (which as you now know does not really serve your highest and best potential) and your life gets more based on the central nervous system which originates and emanates from your heart.

Opening your heart and connecting it to the source of all life really does open you up to unlimited possibilities in your life for increased health, wellness, quality of life and longevity. Your body starts to rebuild, regenerate and heal itself of anything that does not serve your highest and best.

The more spiritual you become the more your divinity permeates all that you are even on a cellular level and throughout your DNA.

Your heart’s sacred connection to the source of all life imbues you with the same power that creates worlds and things that you thought were impossible before are now imaginable, and if you can imagine it, you have the ability to manifest your dreams, right here, in 3D.

When your deepest darkest secrets are illuminated by the light of true love, your life becomes a reflection of your love light which greatly affects not your world but the whole world around you.

We all do the same thing when we feel threatened by someone else’s success or happiness in our less-evolved state because the ego runs the show and has been trained to keep us small (which it thinks means “safe”) to protect us.

Your ego is threatened by anything which may result in the death of you, but let’s face it, it gets a little out of balance. For of us, the ego is just as threatened of embarrassment or failure as it is of being held at gunpoint.

If you’re in the process of awakening, the struggle between your ego and your heart becomes more apparent as your inclination to lead with your heart increases. The ego insists that the chasm between people or thought processes be as wide as possible to keep us increasingly separated from one another.

For instance, the ego looks at all religions (thought processes) as being in conflict with each other, so it focusses on all the intricacies that make them different from each other. This negative attention widens the gap, so much that participants will argue, fight, even kill each other over these differences, separating themselves even more.

Then, there is the perspective of the heart, which varies vastly from the perspective of the ego. The heart sees all religion (and even non-religion) as one and the same. We are all varied parts of the same whole which make us healthfully complete in a world otherwise gone wild.

Interestingly, this dichotomy exists also among people. The ego says, “He looks different,” focusses on the differences, is threatened by them, amplifies them, and finds ways to convince you that you are better than that person because of the way you look, plus any other supporting data which may be spun in your direction to make you feel superior (more separated).

While the heart looks at that person noticing the differences, honors and blesses them as another part of the same whole. The heart does not see anything as superior or inferior, it is not frightened or fearful. The heart knows only love. Anything which is not love, does not originate from the central nervous system inside the heart.

We see the same thing happening among the social stations in life. The wildly successful people are assumed to be a threat, dangerous, or evil. If your station in life is far enough removed from someone your attention is focused on, you might say something like, “He’s so successful he sucks!” or some variation thereof, or otherwise, demonize them.

Your ego might think you’re more deserving of those resources than he (or she) is and may even plot to find ways to cause the fall of such an evil person, imprison, or kill him or her.

The heart, on the other hand, blesses them and loves you through this noticing that someone is doing better than you are, right now. Instead of finding ways to put them down, might whisper to your conscious that if he or she could accomplish such feats, you could too, if you so desired.

This is the truth, you can do, be, and have anything your heart desires.

Led by your overactive ego you can devastate others and your environment to take what you want from others.

Or, led by your heart, you can bless those that went before, use them for inspiration, and find ways to manifest your desire from the most powerful force in the universe, pure love.

Some people are more led by the ego than others. In fact, the majority of people on the planet are more egocentric, but the heart is awakening, and this evolutionary expansion of the human race is growing and changing the world as we know it.

You are a part of that change.

On and on it goes, as you discover how to get what you want. Left to itself, this trial and error system of discovery molds you into the person that you are as you enter adulthood. Without some sort of intervention or personal exploration, you will be forever hardwired as this version of yourself.

So it is with each and every one of us, we are all a product of the lives we live. It is not unreasonable for you to expect others to respect this about you. It’s not much of a stretch from the idea that who you are is the result of a lifetime of learning how to get what you want, to respecting others as being the result of how they have learned what works for them.

If you can keep this in mind as you encounter individuals with their different personality traits, you can become more tolerant of everyone’s right to approach situations, circumstances, and relationships with others in way that can be highly varied to the way you might respond or operate.

This is the primary aspect of tolerance, accepting people for who they are, honoring each individual’s journey they have traveled, allowing them to be who they are, without judgment or expectation that they be like you. For no one can be like you. Let’s face it, you’re one of a kind. Beyond that, not only is each of us unique one from the other, we are also extremely connected, and ultimately one, individual yet all comprising the sum of all the parts.

Not unlike the human body.

Our bodies are all comprised of billions of individual components. The body is a whole, yet is the sum of many individual cells all working for the common good, to serve the body. Each cell is individual and replicates itself throughout the system.

Every once and a while, a cell gets out of control and exerts its right to dominate the other cells in the body and will thrive at the expense of all the other cells, throwing the cellular synchronization of the body out of balance as it fights for dominance. This is cancer.

Just as in the body, our society is full of individuals who seek to dominate others at any expense, without regard for others’ right to life. This is social cancer.

Unbeknownst to us, your trial and error life’s learning process may have turned you into a cancerous cell in society. If you, or someone you know, has been hardwired to be societal cancer, there is still hope.

All cancers need not be all-consuming or fatal forever.

Eradicating social cancer is an option, but we cannot just kill off all the cancerous individuals in our world. We can, however, love and support them, which could be hugely beneficial (chances are, they have little capacity for love because it was not a part of their lifetime of learning).

Love is the most powerful healing energy in the world and there is no doubt it has the ability to reverse the effects of any cancer, even to transform a malignant cancerous cell into a healthy cell, or at the very least, a benign cancer cell. But, the societal cancer cell must be willing to participate because each of us has free will, which once initiated can block any positive potential to change.

There are other societal mechanisms in place which may intervene in the hopes of reprogramming social cancers of particular types. While they are temporarily effective at relieving the negative pressure imposed by someone who is out of control, there is a very high rate of recidivism which means that following intervention, it is very likely that they will return to their cancerous lifestyle.

Though there are many kinds of interventions. In my experience, a hugely impactful religious experience can have a significant transformative effect on an otherwise cancerous individual turning them into a healthy reproductive cell benefiting the community and the whole of humanity.

This love-powered spiritual transformation has the lowest degree of recidivism known to man, statistically at present. Regardless of how you feel about structured religion, it’s effects on the metamorphosis of otherwise negatively-charged human beings is undeniable.

You may, as an individual expansion explorer, be able to have an equally impactful influence on such an individual but you must have their permission and blessing to do so, or else they would not be receptive to any efforts you may exert on their behalf in the long term.

Another transformative scenario includes the awakening of an individual who could be (or potentially be) a cancerous individual. On their own accord, without the influence of others, this person seeks out their own transformation, growth, and expansion, based on their own personal exploration.

The statistics are not in, yet, on this new area of awakening, self-growth, and expansion, but the anecdotal evidence is impressive, and it is an active process of human evolution.

So, if you’re feeling like you are the result of what works for you, you are. But your story does not end there. In fact, this is where the most exciting part of your evolutionary story begins.

Or encouraging particular believers to put forth one’s best efforts to be “in the world but not of the world.” Which basically means, you play along with those who don’t get it. The old (barbarian) approach to winning others over to your particular thought process at any cost is falling by the wayside. Plus, no one was ever saved via debate. It’s a perfect waste of otherwise positive energy, which turns negative far too much of the time.

As you’re evolving, you are growing and changing. You’re seeing things that people who are not part of the evolutionary process are unable to conceive of or see.

You are cautioned not to let your flag fly in such a way as to be insensitive, appear to be arrogant, unintentionally appear to be narcissistic, or insinuate that you are better than anyone else.

Let’s face it, you are a more powerful being in the world than ever before, yet you want to remain humble, else you face potential alienation by intimidation.

Honoring others and being tolerant of their right(s) and ability to do the best they can with what they have at any point in time, much the way that you might desire them to respect you for where you are in your life’s journey.

What you can do, is to be aware of key areas of your personality which might intimidate others, characteristics which may be pushing people away. This may not be your intention.

For instance, the “Woe is me,” attitude which is shared by the unevolved is fading from your consciousness. When you are faced with a problem, you have the skills to asses the problem and apply solutions that you may not have been inclined to do before out of fear. Also, any potential fear of failure is dissipating as you are building your confidence and competence.

People in your circle of influence cannot help but notice this change in you, and it’s intimidating to them because they have not come to this place. So, when you’re in a position to demonstrate your new skillset(s) take others into consideration.

Don’t assert that you are better than anyone else or put others down for not being able to stop whining and just get things done. Rather, consider giving them an opportunity to lend a hand in the situation. If you’ve come up with a great idea to solve a problem, why not say to your neighboring worrier, “Let’s work on this together,” instead of just doing it all yourself without saying a word?

“But then I won’t get all the credit,” says that old egoic voice from the past. As you become more a part of the new human evolution it becomes so much less about you and so much more about things getting done, edifying others, and empowering them to shine.

Other characteristics which will be showing up that may lead to alienation by intimidation include being more honest and open without being intimidated by the concerns of others. This can appear to be disrespectful and rude.

Just take a few seconds and consider how your words might be affecting your audience. You can speak your truth without being frank or rude, just temper your words with kindness. Then people will be more likely to listen to what you have to say, rather than just cut you off for being insensitive.

You are experiencing a new passion for about everything in life, the things you enjoy are more fun, your relationships are more meaningful, your perspective on life is more positive, you feel better about yourself and your place in the world. Your senses are heightened as everything to see, taste, smell, hear, and touch is more intense than before.

When you are engaged in activities which you are passionate about this may frighten onlookers. Again, try to tone it down a bit. You can let people watch you do your thing without having to share too much about what you are doing. Let those who are taking interest in your activities watch (or peek) and let those who are curious ask questions. Try to answer without going into too much detail, because that can be intimidating. Just answer their questions briefly and move on, unless they ask more questions. (smiley face)

Speaking of curiosity, now that you’re expanding, you are more curious than ever. You will find yourself talking to people and questioning them about everything because you want access to the raw data to make comparisons about who you are and what that means to the world around you.

Most people build walls around themselves and are afraid of exposing who they really are to anyone else because they’ve been hurt in the past. Of course, you can relate to that, but it’s easy to forget once you’ve moved beyond having to live in fear any longer. Now, you can be more open and honest about yourself, essentially with nothing to hide, and sometimes you just expect everyone to be on the same page as you are.

You are a visionary and it’s easy to see in your mind’s eye what you want, and you have the ability to create a map to get from where you are to where you want to be. Things are coming to you more effortlessly. You are content, happier, and moving into abundance, enabling you to live a better life.

This freaks out your neighbors as they see you becoming more prosperous. The “have nots” tend to become haters of the “haves.” Do continue to prosper, just try to retain some humility about, so as not to threaten others who have not come to realize that they, too, could be enjoying life as much as you in their own evolutionary process.

Your mind is completely wide open because you are no longer in fear of having your beliefs challenged. The thought or idea that “everything is true” or exists within the truth continuum is a scary proposition for those who live in lives of fear. Continue to be open to all the endless possibilities but keep in mind and honor the limited perspective of others as you do so.

Remember that no one is wrong, and support everyone’s right to their own point of view regardless of how limited or expansive it might be.

Your relationships have evolved along with you and this can cause people to freak out, especially those who are (or were) close to you. You’ve probably moved some people outside your inner circle for a variety of reasons.

You are no longer content to waste the hours away, laughing, joking, talking behind others’ backs, or waiting for a group mindset in meeting after meeting to come to single-mindedness (which could take forever or never happen at all) before moving ahead. You gravitate more toward people who are more decisive and proactive, the movers and shakers.

Relationships which have little value, waste time and tend to keep you from achieving your highest and best have little interest for you anymore, and you are finding yourself annoyed by people who talk, talk, talk, but never do anything, and less tolerant of those who have little or no integrity or are deceitful.

You no longer fear opening yourself up intimately with others. You no longer live in a world of fear because your life is increasingly becoming dominated by true love, unconditional love, and this includes allowing everyone to be who they are, without judgment or fear. Letting people be who they are, loving and blessing them as they find their own way.

You can continue to evolve without having a negative impact on the surrounding community, reducing potential alienation by intimidation by honoring those around you as you do so while being mindful of where they are on their life’s journey.

For, after all, we’re doing the best we can with what we have. Right?

You may panic. This is the first line of defense of your ego which has been running the show since you were born. Now your heart consciousness explodes and even if only for a moment you get a glimpse of real life and all its possibilities, it can be overwhelming.

If you’re not ready or caught off guard, you could wake up in a hospital or jail, as your ego fights with every mental, physiological, biological, and emotional tool it has access to in an effort to preserve itself and its host: You. For it knows, if the heart consciousness is to emerge in all its glory, the ego must die.

Chaos can ensue in the bloom of your awakening. The contrast between light and dark is ever apparent and up to this moment, the very fabric of your being was convinced that dark is all there ever was. It was comfortable. You exerted great effort to find ways to make it feel like home. Prior to awakening, your world was everything.

Until that moment you are blinded by the burst of brightest light imaginable in a shocking blast. Frightening, to say the least, for anyone. Not to worry,

At this point, you basically have two choices; to embrace the awakening and try to find ways to deal with your expansion and evolution, or to reject it. Shut it down. Cover it up. Pretend it didn’t happen and find ways to snuggle back into the life society and your ego built for you. A little denial and self-medication might get you from here to there.

No enlightened being would judge you for making either choice.

Those who have witnessed your struggle in this moment may judge you, especially if they are unenlightened. Those who live in the darkness would certainly criticize you and try every means possible to bring you back into the fold. They might disrespect you, call you names, punish you, diagnose you with mental disorders, and drug you back into your life in the shadows, using force, if necessary.

Maybe…

Maybe you’re not ready to evolve. Maybe you are. Maybe it’s just too much to ask anyone at this time, or any time, for that matter. Maybe you just want to be “normal.” If now is not the time for you, another time will come. Maybe you’ll be better prepared in your next moment of momentary clarity. Maybe not. This is your journey, you are writing your story.

This evolutionary process of awakening and heart-centered conscious expansion is happening every day. “Normal” is shifting as more and more people awaken. When human evolution reaches critical mass, that shift will permeate every living being.

At that point, the world we live in will be a very different place.

Today, you can choose to be a part of the evolution, or not. There is no judgment here. We celebrate you and your story however it unfolds.

Hope your first glimpse of the truth as not too shocking for you. At least you can rest assured that you’re awakening, not going crazy.

Terrestrial angels are natural born human beings who are of both human and angelic decent. These hybrid beings are coming into our world at an ever-increasing rate. They are assisting in the expansion and evolution of us into the next generation of humans who will populate our world in the future.

In this most exciting of all times of human existence, this evolutionary transformation will take place as new generations are born who are more evolved, or the metamorphosis from Human 2.0 to Human 3.0 can take place amidst any human’s lifetime.

The growing influence of terrestrial angels is more prevalent these days and we can see the changes taking place before our very eyes as we notice the vast difference between the primitive contemporary humans who dominate our world’s population, and the emerging more advanced, heart-centered individuals who naturally embrace a higher consciousness.

You can easily tell the difference between the less evolved human and a human who possesses angelic DNA (so to speak). They are fully human but are fairly awkward at trying to fit in as society exerts all its efforts to force them to conform to Human 2.0 standards.

All the efforts of our planet’s social engineers are focused on the dumbing down of naturally-born Human 3.0’s and no expense is spared in the prevention of this evolutionary process. Nonetheless, terrestrial angels, the evolution and expansion of the human race continues.

Are You One?

Terrestrial angles and those who share their genetic expanded consciousness and spiritual nature are coming into the world at a more rapid rate and we are seeing them appear as some of them are labeled as Indigo or Crystal children. They are categorically and naturally less interested in all the social programming and drama associated with it and are resistant to being controlled by intimidation and fear tactics, unlike Human 2.0.

You can easily recognize them, not only by their inability to fit in, but their natural tendency to be attracted to more spiritual ideals. They are often attracted to the arts and have natural abilities to express themselves in the arts, which is driven by the expanded love-capacity of their hearts.

Their more highly-evolved capacity for love and heart-centered intuition helps to defend themselves against being manipulated or controlled by social engineers. This expanded awareness allows them to see the inconsistencies in what others have come to accept and believe as, “The way it is.” They have an inner knowingness that what has been presented to them is not the way it is, nor is it the “way it’s supposed to be.”

They cannot be easily fooled and are likely to voice their noticing that things are not as they appear.

You will feel like you’re from another planet, because… well, you really are. Even so, you are not an alien. You are more human with a greater degree of the divine in you genetic and spiritual makeup. You are more connected with your higher self.

If you have terrestrial angelic blood running in your veins, you have an aversion to any act of violence. Due to feeling as though you just don’t fit in, even though you’re trying, you find yourself apologizing a lot to those around you.

You are likely to trust most every other human you encounter, and you will be very surprised to discover that any human could be untrustworthy, as you learn to make your own way through the maze of this earthly life.

Your increased capacity for love may have you finding yourself in awkward romantic relationships due to your ability to accept others and love unconditionally.

You are not perfect. That’s for sure. But you’re making progress as you try to maintain balance between your humanity and your divine nature. It is awkward, to say the least, but you have a conscious confidence that you know you can do this, and that your existence is necessary (even in the smallest way) for the further evolution of those who inhabit this planet.

You are highly sensitive, probably don’t like being in crowds or be the focus of attention but will often find ways to rise to the occasion if for the betterment of others.

Those who are terrestrial angels or their descendants who carry the evolutionary structure are probably heavier in weight than those who are lesser-evolved and highly influenced by society’s dictating of what should a beautiful (skinny) body should look like.

You will find them gravitating toward occupations which are nurturing and supportive in nature, such as nursing, teachers, coaches, counselors, consultants, and are often interested in natural health alternatives and healing practices. They are compelled to offer help to  others who are struggling with life’s issues.

They want to encourage others to embrace the best things in life, find peace and joy, let go of life’s entrapments and chains of the past, and live a better life in more freedom and love.

Onthe other hand, terrestrial angels often have a dark, difficult, or traumatic past, which causes them anxiety that needs to be tended to, so they do not suffer needlessly from past wounds. Left to themselves, these wounds could fester and spread disease throughout their body, causing them to degenerate, devolve into Human 2.0, or die prematurely.

To all the terrestrial angels and their descendants:

And we are grateful for your participation in the evolution of our people and this planet.

It’s hard to imagine what is on the other side of the unknown.

As much as you might like to fantasize or think you have a full understanding of love, what love is, what love is not, you will never really know until you’ve basked in the fullness of true, authentic, unconditional love in all its power and glory.

Everyone’s journey to love and beyond is individual and unique to each person who seeks to discover the fullness and veracity of love.

When I run into people along my path to love and beyond, we might share a great many things in common, are able to communicate more deeply with an understanding about love and what love is and share many experiences which have commonalities. Even so, our journeys have been so incredibly different in so many ways.

It never ceases to amaze me how we all support, encourage, and nudge each other along, and end up crossing paths along the way. We all find our way to particular places, events, and thought patterns in time but have all arrived by completely different roadmaps.

I enjoy interacting with people who have found their way to similar mindsets who can share their stories and takeaways from their journey and see how it shares commonality and individual uniqueness in comparison to mine.

I am in awe at how the universe brings people together or helps them attain a similar conclusion via completely different paths.

The power of love is the common denominator. It overcomes all geographic distance, personality differences, economic histories, and places all people, places, things, events, and circumstances on a level playing field if your heart is open, and your soul is evolving.

I can feel when I have veered off-track when I feel bad. If I am afraid, feel oppressed, disrespected, or feel as though I have been victimized. If I feel like someone has abused or manipulated me, I know I am in need of a love adjustment.

Once fully repositioned in the power of love, I am impervious, can only see the love in those around me, and can find compassion for their position, even support them, wherever they are in their own evolution, or the lack thereof.

Only love has the power to overcome anything standing between you and the desires of your heart.

Unlike other venues in life, we who are on the path of personal evolution, do not have a hierarchy of control. No one is greater than another, yet together we all are evolving into that higher version of ourselves, and we’re all doing it in ways that are highly individualized and unique.

Each of us is making our own way to love. There is no right way to do it. There is no wrong way to evolve in love. There are infinite ways to evolve in love, and the one that is right for you, even though you may share similarities with others who are also in the process of love’s evolution, is vastly different and perfectly aligned with you and your journey.

While Human v424 has served us well (and especially the “powers that be,” if you can even continue to refer to them as such) in the past, this new, more highly evolved human, whose evolution we are a part of, is less likely to submit to being controlled and manipulated, like our more primitive peers.

All of this makes this critical stage of human evolution a bit more complicated. Much of the evolutionary process is very personal and private, hidden away from those who would dissuade us from allowing or encourage anyone to participate in such a nonsensical preoccupation.

Even though we are discouraged from making our own way to love, we persist, and more and more love abounds in our society, and as this power of love continues to grow, the system, by which we were controlled and manipulated by, becomes less and less sustainable.

The day is coming when the world we live in will no longer be able to exist. The power of love will continue to grow, and we will evolve into a world where fear and separation will no longer be the status quo, and we will be free to grow and expand individually and collectively.

So, keep on keeping on, and please feel free to reach out to me, and others, as we all encourage each other to take that next step into the new world which is anxiously awaiting our arrival.

As you turn your attention toward maintaining your love vibration and protect your sacred space, circumstances, challenges, and situations crash into your otherwise upwardly mobile progress by any means possible, using the manmade distractors such as “the news,” TV, media, personal communication devices, Google, social media, books, magazines, celebrity gossip, money hardship, relationships with others, or other emotional stressors.

The crux of your growth and expansion is to focus your attention within, yet there are so many methods which society and the “powers that be” utilize to keep you so distracted that staying in the zone for any amount of time is difficult at best.

Taking time to center yourself in quiet repose can give you the pause necessary to adequately review the events of your life in the recent past (yesterday, last week, last month) to give you a good idea about which distractions have the greatest distractibility quotient over you. This recognition sheds light on the areas in your life that may need tending to.

“Everything was going along great, then all of a sudden…”

Whatever comes after that helps to identify particular weaknesses or chinks in your armor. With a little attention to these areas you can repair the damage, or eliminate altogether, any future risk of penetration.

And if that weren’t enough, there’s enough discord among the faith systems of the world to keep you utterly confused about which way to go, as you’re trying to make your own way while staying true to your own purpose, message, passion, and mission.

Everyone has their own idea of how you should approach your spiritual relationship with the ultimate power of the universe, but others are not aware enough to know that while their path may be a perfect match for where they are in their own journey, it may not be perfect for you. In fact, someone else’s path may actually be counterproductive for your continued growth and expansion; another distraction.

The perfect clue to help you identify that someone else’s faith-system is not for you and does not support your highest and best will be the degree of pressure they impose upon you to convert or conform to their point of view. If their insistence is unfailing, threatening, borderline abusive, or destructive, common sense dictates this is not the path of love’s growth and expansion.

Love’s growth and expansion includes the divinity of all forms of life in all their various styles and perspectives, all in various stages of awakening. Even though some may be stagnant, immature, against the flow, or even considered to be controlling, predatory, or evil, all are perfectly divine in their own way.

Separateness keeps us divided, does not support expansive growth, makes humanity stagnate, and is unsustainable, while allowing other people and their ideas simply “to be” while finding more ways to grow and expand one’s self, understanding that we are individuals, yet “one” in love, is the current evolutionary process of the human race.

How we interact with others reveals the nature of our emotional/spiritual condition. If your approach is to either accept like-minded people and reject those who present different approaches to life, you could do better. A fully engaged love vibration will have you seeing the sacredness in all life. The contrast actually helps to promote the evolution of humanity.

At some point, when the evolution hits critical mass, only love will be sustainable, and that which is not love will simply deteriorate and fade away. Until then, the best we can do is to love everyone and everything with all we’ve got, doing the best we can with what we have to move this expansive evolutionary process forward.

Don’t take things personally, find opportunities to accept what is, love and bless everyone and everything as you discover new methods of staying focused within yourself, tending to your own life and growth, while allowing others the same courtesy.

The distractions and interactions with others actually support your continued growth, if you increasingly approach all these things in love, and training your attention to focus on the sacred divinity of all things, while focusing on that which is good, beautiful, and loving.

These are the relationships which cause you to grow, change, and encourages you to do the deep inner work necessary for your further expansion and exploration of the unlimited possibilities which are availing themselves to you.

You will encounter the occasional Judas, Benedict, psychopath, or horde of haters who will seek to betray, attack, knock you down, or cause you to stumble or second-guess yourself. All of this is uncomfortable, potentially unbearable, and if you face it in strength and honor, you will grow.

Being attacked and opposed means you’re probably doing it right. So, continue to do it right and face opposition. Acknowledge it, but don’t let is keep you from living a better life, your best life, and making the world a better place.

You may align yourself with people whom you love, trust and support who will sneak around to do dirt behind your back, and while the trust betrayal hurts, cuts like a knife, don’t give up.

And remember this; he or she is not your enemy. If you are dealing with a psychopath (or some other predator on the Antisocial Personality Disorder Spectrum) this person may hope to be labeled as your enemy, he or she is not.

Do your best not to engage in battle with someone whose intent is to stop your work or ministry, to keep you from achieving your highest and best. Ignore them. You are better than that.

You never have to respond to someone’s rude comments or false accusations. To do so would only be a distraction. Haters are gonna hate, and you will be challenged, betrayed, or threatened along the way in an attempt to keep you from accomplishing your mission.

There will be those who will try to knock you down and others may join in the kicking you while you are down. It’s an unfortunate display of our barbarian human nature to revel in the weakened condition of someone who weild(ed) great potential otherwise. These attacks are usually accompanied with a resounding, “Not so cocky now, are you?”

Even those whom you regard as your closest friend, confidant, partner, or lover may not be as supportive as you might think. You will encounter the occasional individual who has only his or her best interests at heart, and you will find them exiting your paradigm at the worst possible time, leaving you to wonder what happened?

Some people will just be playing along to get everything that they can, just to take what they can and run off to hide it away or promote their own agenda, sometimes at your expense.

A good partner is hard to find, and you will find yourself in these challenges because the work you are doing, the life you are leading, your mission is progressively leading edge love-technology which is approaching the tipping point between where the human race is today and where it will be tomorrow.

There are a great many people, including the most powerful and influential people on this planet, who desire nothing more than to see you falter, question yourself, throw you off balance, even destroy you, if you cannot easily be distracted, angered, or otherwise compromised.

You are in the process of metamorphosis. You are expanding into the greatest version of yourself, and the “powers that be” want to quash your efforts at every opportunity. People with low self-esteem will seek to make themselves feel a little better by attacking you, while minions will attempt to profit from your efforts.

Bless those who try to stand in your way because they are only doing the best they can with what they have. Continue to progress and grow in love, in the realization that if you were that person, having lived the life that he or she has lived up to that point, you would have said or done the very same thing.

It’s not about you, it’s about them. So, don’t take it personally, no matter how personal it feels.

You are the champion of the burgeoning evolution of humanity. The day will come when all of this will change, and you are part of the change.

Keep moving forward with dignity and grace. This is your highest and best work, be your highest and best you.

Don’t let them get to you and keep doing the good work.

Well, say, “Hello,” to your little inner guidance system, or intuition. The heart is the seat of intuition. It’s just not the fodder of artists and philosophers of old anymore, as science is finding this is true, and it’s just not Jedis from Star Wars who can sense these things enabling them to announce, “I have a bad feeling about this,” seconds before something unexpected takes place.

We all have it to varying degrees. Our cognitive central nervous system which is seated in the brain, if you are aware of it, can provide you a good three-second advance notice via a feeling (like Spiderman’s spidey-sense) to brace for something, which can be highly advantageous, especially in a potentially dangerous situation.

Three seconds of advanced notice and heightened awareness can make the difference between potential-loss and prolonged suffering, or even life and death.

What if you could increase your intuition awareness from 3 seconds to 7 seconds?

It would have a massive impact on the difference it would make the next time you utter those words,

“I have a bad feeling about this”

Due to the advanced scientific research being conducted on the human heart, we are now finding the heart’s possessing a central nervous system separate from the brain, and more high functioning than the brain with far more accuracy.

While the brain emits an energetic field which can be measured a few inches from a person’s head, the energy which is broadcast from the heart projects a peripheral information-rich energetic field which transmits electronically for feet in every direction, consciously immensely further.

When an unexpected event is about to take place, the heart is the first physical organ to respond, immediately sending impulses to the brain for interpretation. The heart signals an urgent need for heightened awareness to the brain a full 7 seconds, and it takes about four seconds for the brain to process and react to the heart’s communication.

The brain is so busy thinking and it has been trained to disregard the heart’s nervous system, and until now, the most educated humans disregarded the heart’s significance on the human contribution to the human body as simply a blood pump.

Has far more significance today than it did at any time in the past.

Heart and quantum science are discovering the heart as the new frontier in scientific advancement, and it appears the heart’s energetic connection to the source of all energies of life is not just the subject of fantasy or fiction anymore.

Things like psychic connections and communications, telekinesis, and the like, which have been regarded as either science fiction or secret government researched potential weaponizations are not as ridiculous an idea as we were previously led to believe, as much of science fiction is increasingly becoming science fact.

The issue of whether there was a grand conspiracy to cover up this knowledge is moot, the fact of the matter is that we the people are becoming more aware, and as more and more of us awaken to this knowledge, honoring and connecting more with our heart’s intuitive intuition and the vast energetic source and storehouse of infinite wisdom and possibilities, the world (and mankind as we know it) looks increasingly different as it evolves every second.

There is so much going on here that far exceeds a four-second advantage.

I was born a barbarian into a barbarian world; a world full of hate, and the struggle to imprison its inhabitants in various levels of restraint in prisons without walls, as one might think of them.

Like a good barbarian, my instincts were to feel bad when I didn’t get what I wanted and desire to smash anything I didn’t agree with. I was brainwashed and trained isolate myself from others who did not think like me, to believe things that were not true, and in some cases, would fight to defend the falsehoods, even to the death, if necessary.

Then, one day I awakened from the fog and I began to look at the world from a different perspective. From this vantage point, I could see (though not clearly, yet) the prison planet and the machine that ran it. It was hard to believe, as such thoughts are only the meat of science fiction or the rantings of madmen, or so I was led to believe.

The prison planet is so vast, well-conceived and the construct executed with such a high degree of intensity and precision, that the barbarian prisoners have no idea that they are prisoners at all. Even though they are provided a clue, if only they could see that the prisons of the barbarians are microcosms of the prisons which they themselves are held captive by. Only their prison is not constructed of concrete and steel.

Our prisons are constructed externally by borders, but more importantly, the most powerful weapon of restraint used by our jailers is our own minds, which are socially-programmed from birth.

There is a way out of the barbarian prison, and its simple enough. All you have to do is to open the door and walk out, if only you had the key. You might be lucky enough to spy an open door and see it as an opportunity to escape. So, you raise enough courage to make a break for it.

On your way out the door, you are attacked by prison guards who you never noticed before. They wrestle you to the ground and restrain you, and drag you back into the barbarian prison, where they feel safe, and call it, “home.” They’ve been so acclimated to the prison life that they cannot conceive of living life any other way.

You can leave the prison, but you must have the key, and you must do it alone. Once outside the barbarian prison walls, you will find others who have made it outside as well. Kind of a ragtag bunch but growing in numbers.

Love is the Key

Barbarians in love can walk right out. Bathed in pure love, and allowed to evolve, changes the barbarian matrix altogether, you can unlock the door at will, and exit the prison, and once you do, things will never be the same. Oh, sure, you could return to the prison and turn yourself back over to the authorities. Some people even slip in and out of the prison undetected.

Then, there are those who are finding their own ways to survive and thrive outside the prison walls, and their numbers are growing.

Regardless of what you believe the state of the world is today, one day you (or future generations) will look back on this present day, knowing this was our barbaric age of human history.

When the population outside the prison reaches critical mass, there will be no more need for the barbarian prison at all, and it, and all the people, the system, and the machine will fall and crumble to the ground.

This is the new evolution of the human spirit which is breaking free from the prison and making its way to a better, love-filled world of peace, liberty, and prosperity, the likes of which cannot be imagined within the prison walls, except for the fanciful daydreamers, science fiction writers, and madmen.

Welcome to the other side.

You Are More Space Than Matter

You are less than 1% matter, the rest is space. I don’t know about you but this literally blows me away and it a glimmering testament to the magnificence of life on planet earth and our privilege of being able to participate in this amazing journey called life.

We are made up of atoms with a nucleus at its center. Quantum physicists maintain that if the nucleus were the size of a peanut, the atom would be the size of a football stadium and what’s inside? Space. Lots of space.

But what holds us (and everything we believe to be a solid, to have shape or form) together? For quantum physicists, there is a whole lot of scientific mumbo-jumbo going on, which reduced to its simplest form, represents energy.

This is not the energy that you think of when you think about putting batteries into a flashlight or plugging your toaster into the wall, this is energy which mills around in the space in and between the atoms holding them in perfect balance resulting in our ability to interact with the world around us in all its forms.

Your body, if you were to remove the space, would be the size of a dust particle.

The energetic space which accounts for the vastly greater part of you is conscious and consciously connected to all the other space in all the other dimensions, in all the other galaxies in the universe, past, present, and future.

You can start to imagine the possibilities of being connected to an infinite network of consciousness, opening a whole new area of independent and scientific study. Independent researchers who are more sensitive to the energies which surround us, are considered as outside-the-box thinkers but are making discoveries, expanding their consciousness, and are growing by leaps and bounds, even though the fields of independent study of these expansion explorers may not yet be embraced the majority.

It’s like being in the same room with the most advanced technology network which holds the answers to everything, seeing the lights blinking and feeling the surge of the energy underneath your feet, making the hairs on the back of your neck stand at attention, and not being able to figure out how to interface, or access any of this infinite information, yet there it is, and there you are in its midst.

Many believe the increase of this conscious connection and the ability to communicate with this infinite energy network is the next step in human evolution.

It Takes All Kinds

It takes all kinds of people who vary massively on the inside to make the world go around. As much as you might like everyone to think just like you do, the chances of you finding anyone anywhere who thinks like you is highly unlikely, if not impossible.

Personal Isolation

Now, you can ostracize yourself in an effort to isolate yourself, only surrounding yourself with like-minded people. The less tolerant you are of others, the fewer people you will enjoy in your social circle. You might like existing as a solitary power of one. For some, there is safety in being alone and not a part of society at all, and that’s perfectly fine because it does take all kinds.

If you do not live a solitary life and you have an open mind, it is likely you can learn extremely valuable information from someone who is extremely secluded from modern society.

Evolutionary Expansion

The practice of tolerance may not be necessary for some anti-social types of individuals, but for the rest of us, tolerance is the key to the successful future liberating all human beings to share in all the benefits offered the human race, including our eventual progressive evolution.

While society would like to separate us and keep us opposed to each other either based on what we look like, how and where we live, how many financial resources you control, or how much royal blood runs through your veins, the trend among ever expanding and evolving peoples are becoming increasingly more tolerant embracing all peoples unconditionally in peace and harmony.

Think about it, when we are intolerant and judge others as being right or wrong, what is the outcome? Dissention, disrespect, separation, wars, and rumors of wars, to say the least. Do you really want to be a promoter of separation?

Something inside you (that higher part of you) knows there’s something about disrespecting or hating your neighbor that does not sound or feel right. And the bases resonance of maintaining separation is not hate, it is the frequency of “fear” which is the polar opposite of love.

Love is the resonate frequency which evolution is moving toward; toward love and away from fear. For years, ever since humankind can emotionally recall, which is a part of our biological makeup, fear has kept us alive and prevented us from being devoured by beasts who might think of us as a nutritious meal.

At this point in our history, human beings are evolving from a fear-based life to a love-based life, and this looks very different from the way we approached living in the past, or even in the now, nonetheless this evolution is taking place and there is nothing you can do to stop it. You can choose to opt out of the evolution, but your refusal to participate will fade generationally.

Science substantiates the benefits of practicing tolerance as an extremely healthy exercise. Every minute you live in the vibratory state of unconditional love, you reap the biological benefits of boosting your immune system exponentially and adding many times to your healthful longevity. Imagine what the possibilities which may be at your fingertips if you could maintain healthful tolerant loving vibratory state. This promotes your evolutionary process, and you can feel the difference.

This further evolved human being enjoys an incredibly fascinating, happy, and healthy prolonged life, with more prosperity and abundance than their lesser-evolved peers, and everything becomes possible.

As we evolve, not only do we resist the tendency to judge others, but we are less likely to judge ourselves, and silence your negative inner voice as well as any hidden demons which may haunt us from our past. Living life on planet earth has never been so free, and if you’ve achieved this level of conscious evolution, you are truly free indeed.

There are many ways to evolve as a human in this current stage of evolution. You may elect to be a part of the evolution by simply being open and allowing the evolution to take place. If you do, you will be adding energy to the evolutionary change that is spreading among the human race, even though the powers that be would rather suppress the expansionary evolution of humans.

You may not be able to see the effects of our evolution from the outside of our bodies, it’s not like seeing the disappearance of your pinky finger. No, this evolution takes place deep within the body and its connection to the source of all life, affecting your consciousness which encompasses your personality, emotions, power of thought and how these are demonstrated via your outward expressions.

This evolution does also have a profound effect on the human body by expanding the health and natural healing capabilities, increasing the immune system, resulting in the living of longer, healthier, and more productive lives.

This evolution is taking place in the psychological and spiritual realms of existence and the results can be measured in increased quality of life and longevity.

The trend is to evolve beyond the herd or mob mentalities and toward individual growth, increased human potential, and energetic expansion.

Expanding human potential encompasses looking at challenges (any challenges, even the most incredibly intimidating and/or frightening) and approaching them with the courageous intent to overcome them in a valiant effort to emerge victorious over the challenge.

This stretches both imagination and super-human ability to ma, e, what may have been thought to be impossible, possible. Once the impossible has become possible, due to the breakthrough of one person, it is now possible for all humans. One example to consider would be the breaking of the 4-minute mile in 1954. Prior to that the common consensus was that the human body could not possibly perform with the speed and intensity necessary to break the 4-minute limit, it was impossible. Once one human being, Roger Bannister, broke through that barrier, it has raised the standard for optimal or excellent human physical performance to expect to endure running 15 miles per hour for four minutes.

Before Bannister could break through the previously set human limitations, he needed to believe it was not only possible, but that he could do it. Belief is comprised of positive energy, rejection of nay Sayers, increased empathy, compassion and a courageous all-in commitment to overcome a particular otherwise insurmountable challenge. And do it, he did. He also enjoyed the benefits of overcoming the impossible limitation (those who overcome tremendous challenges become more resilient, ‘ere the saying, “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”) and paved the way for others to follow because,

Once the impossible becomes possible, it becomes possible for anyone.

Making the World a Better Place

Compassionately evolving human beings are raising the bar for expressing gratitude and generosity in helping to make the world a better place for all creation. This benevolent attitude is an indicator of human evolution moving well beyond the survivalist mentality which predominated human culture for thousands of years.

Evolutionary Thought and Expression

Prior to this evolutionary expansion, humans were fairly predictable, as we could be categorized and defined by various personality traits and behavioral patterns. The evolution of human potential makes it possible to avoid being defined or pigeon-holed into well-defined personality types or diagnosis of a variety of psychological disorders.

Unfortunately, the system has developed a series of drug therapies and protocols, which will force you into a particular subset of personality definitions quite nicely.

Nonetheless, there are individuals who are expanding well beyond any formal definition and here’s the exciting (or “frightening” depending on your perspective) news: the evolutionary personality is constantly changing, growing and expanding. Therefore, the person that you are today can be very different from the person that you were yesterday, and tomorrow is another day, and potentially a newer version of yourself waits there for your arrival.

Brain Function

As the human being evolves, this evolutionary process affects the brain, and it is measurable by PET scans and other scientific measurements as active function moves from reptilian-based areas of the brain to more advanced and energetically intuitive areas of the brain, which leads to expanded,

Heart Function

Current science is seeing the evolving human being allowing and embracing the empowerment of the human heart to expand in consciousness. In fact, current scientific evidence is indicating that the heart’s consciousness is far more powerful than the brain, which was previously considered to be the powerhouse for consciousness. While this science is still in its infancy, we’re seeing the ideals of artists and philosophers who saw the heart as the seat of consciousness were more accurate than science had given them credit for.

You Are the Creator

You can take a proactive position in your evolutionary expansion and in essence become the creator of your own evolved self. You may be surprised to find how easy it is. What was not possible for you only moments ago is now possible for you now.

All you have to do is to think about the person you might like to be. Asking yourself, if you could have a particular attribute of any person you admire, no matter what it is, what would it be?

This is like, step one: “Who do you want to be?” What do you want to be like, feel like, look like, act like?

Then believe you can be that kind of person, use visualization techniques or affirmations, imagine yourself in situations where you can react in a fashion which is congruent with the type of person that you desire to be. See yourself as being that type of person (this is your 4-mintue mile).

Put yourself in real life situations where you can demonstrate your ability to be this kind of person, and do it. It may be uncomfortable or awkward at first, but practice will make it appear to be more natural, and sooner or later, it will be.

If you dare to chronicle your evolutionary process, start journaling every day and prepared to be amazed.

The sociological system depends on the hierarchy of power and strong division between groups, thereby making the masses easier to control as they are led to believe that they “choose” one group or another. For the system, it doesn’t matter what group you are aligned with, only that you can define yourself, and that you are either a leader or a follower of a particular set of thought constraints.

But the times they are a changing. You may have noticed your soul expanding and you’re starting to see the divisions differently. How acutely wise was it for Groucho Marx to proclaim, “I don’t care to belong to any club that will have me as a member.”

While anyone who might have the individual strength of character to think of such a thing, risking being labeled a narcissist or potentially being diagnosed with individuality psychosis, there are those who are courageously backing away from the mob and group mentality and beginning to think, feel, grow and expand on their own.

That part of you that has been denied free reign, that sacred part of you, is coming alive, and you are realizing there is more to this life than you’ve ever had the permission to imagine.

When you start to embrace your true spirituality (not the heavily controlled ritualistic following of a prescribed notion of someone else’s insistence) you start to grow, expand and see things in a different light, from a spiritual perspective.

From this perspective, you can see your place in the universe as well as the parts others and our planet plays in the cycle of all things. This allows you to experience greater love and compassion for others, and the world, as it is. You are likely to explore ways to tap into your soul-connection to the intelligent source energy that surrounds and permeates all things, life as we are able to experience it, and beyond.

You are starting to experience a sacred respect for life and the role that you are so blessed to play in it. As your connection increases, you may find yourself experimenting with meditation and prayer, as that spirit part of yourself cries out for connection and expression.

There are a divine love and peace which resides within you. It has always been there and will always be there, you need only to tap into it and embrace your soul’s journey. Love and connection to others through relationship, emotional and spiritual connection is your primary concern as the concerns of this world grow strangely dim.

You develop a reverence for the beauty and elegance of our planet, and seek a connection with it, whether in taking a stroll along a waterfront, traipsing through the wilderness, exploring the sky, or watching the sun rise or fall.

You are connecting with that deeper part of you and you connect to life all around you and find a sense of peace and calm in knowing you are a part of it all. You know it when you stop and smell the roses, and you realize you are the rose.

As you grow and expand the things in life which seemed so important, the things that distracted you from tapping into your soul, the energetic powerhouse that laid dormant within you, and kept you from achieving your highest and best, those distractions lose their hold over you. Day by day, you are less and less, affected by those invisible chains that used to bind you and still enslave others.

It’s easier said than done because we’ve been programmed against such liberty and true freedom to evolve individually. It’s hard to just let go and let it happen, but one day, there you are, your rose bursts open in all its glory, and you are beautiful, thriving and free.

If you are wise, you will find ways to keep your growing expansion somewhat a guarded secret from those who might have no possibility of fathoming what life might be like if they were uncontrolled and allowed to evolve. These people have been programmed to respond to any such idea of evolving beyond structured thought patterns as folly, a serious mental condition, or potentially criminal behavior.

Do not waste your time trying to explain yourself to someone who cannot possibly hear or understand what you are trying to say. They will not be able to conceive of it until that sacred part of them starts to awaken, but many will not.

This is not about them. You are not here to rescue anyone, except yourself, and all you need to do is let go and allow…

Until that day, when the awakening populace achieves critical mass and the entire human race evolves. Then, the world will indeed be a different place.

The answer is a little tricky because it’s different for everyone, but there are similarities that are shared among many who are allowing the evolution to take place in the life you are living in real time.

1. Evolution Is Calling

The first thing is to wrap our head around the idea that you – every part of you, from your mind to your body, right down to the DNA – is yearning to evolve, right now. There is an advanced being longing to experience all the best things this life has to offer, and beyond. And you don’t have to do much, except for to allow the evolution to take place, by preventing you from getting in the way of the impending expansion.

2. Avoid and/or Limit Impeding Distractions

There is an underlying conspiracy in our society that does not want you to evolve. There is a great deal of non-stop activity and programming that is designed to keep you distracted and resistant to the idea that this evolution is longing to release and allowing the new you to emerge. No need to try to explain or rationalize why this is happening, you can do this on your own. All you need to know, really, is that distractions abound to prevent your evolution and expansion. If you are aware of this, you can side-step the distractions and allow your evolution to take place.

What are the distractions to be on the lookout for?

Your life experience is hindered by many things designed to keep the frequency level of your life low enough that evolution and expansion is hardly possible what with the barrage of drudgery involved with everyday life, with our countless routines, and pressure from looming bills, our efforts to try to get ahead, our jobs, maintaining our abodes, dealing with the many levels of relationships that we manage on a daily basis, raising the kids, taking care of our pets, trying to fit in time for others, and on top of all this a constant overflowing of information via media and the Internet designed to keep you hovering at a low vibration. It’s no wonder so few of us are able to break-free enough to allow any expansion to take place. But if it is your time, you will be able to let this pressure subside as you make room to embrace your evolutionary process.

3. Be Prepared to See Things Differently

Expect to start seeing things differently. As your evolution starts to take place, you begin seeing things in a different light. You may start to realize that everything you’ve been told, everything that you feel is true and have sincerely believed in, may not be as you previously thought. When this juxtaposition begins to take place, over-analyzing the contrast between what you previously thought was one way and understanding that what you previously believed was true, you could find yourself bailing out of the evolutionary process. Why? For some, the idea of seeing things as differently is too much to imagine, and if so, that’s okay. It might not be your time to evolve at this time.

4. Find Your Own Way

What do I do next? This is entirely up to you. Your evolution will take place using any number of methods, just be open to what seem right and true in the moment that you are willing to let go of the distractions (of course, you may not be able to unplug completely, but just to give less importance to the pressure and more importance to your evolution is enough).

So, what will it look like? Whatever resonates with your willingness to be open and available to what is reaching out to you. Just have an open mind and allow your inner self to find the path that is perfect for you at this time. Some will lean toward prayer, religion or spirituality, while others may find submerging themselves in nature or meditative states or disciplines. You might be drawn to losing yourself in the arts or artistic expression, or find yourself in deep analytical study or contemplation. Whatever it is that you are drawn to, you will know that it is right at this time because it feels good. This is where your evolution begins to take place. Just be open for the method to change and shift over time as you evolve.

5. Allow Expansion

Allow expansion. As your evolution begins, you may find a comfortable place within a particular method of expanded presence. It is acceptable to enjoy this new vibrational state of awareness for a period of time, for the remainder of your life, if you so choose. This is your evolutionary journey, just know that for every plateau of awareness to which you arrive and enjoy, there is another one waiting to be discovered. If you allow it, the next level will begin to appear on the horizon. The choice to investigate or explore the even greater expansion is entirely up to you. Just know there is so much more out there waiting for you, and excited about your arrival.

6. Individual Tolerance

Don’t worry about anyone else’s journey. Just as your evolutionary journey is your own, anyone else’s is their own journey. It’s natural to get excited about your evolution, as it takes place, and want to share your expansion with others. Be aware that your path is not for everyone, in fact it is only for one: You. Allow anyone and everyone to find their own way. You might find some following the same path, or crossing your path along the way, allow the interaction to take place, and know that people will come and go as the new you continues to emerge along the way. Do not judge anyone, love everyone and wish them the best this life has in store for them.

Congratulations, for embracing the change.

If you were bestowed this evolving genetic material by either one or both of your parents (even though they might not have known they were a carrier, because social programming would dictate their denial of it at all in an attempt to blend in with society) it already exists in your DNA. If you weren’t born with it, and you are activating it, you will pass it on to your offspring.

If this were true, you could examine data available by observing the offspring of those who follow this path of enlightenment.

You might think, that’s a strange preamble of a father declaring his massive love and pride of his children – how they’ve grown into the most amazing adults – clearly carrying the gene.

In their youth, these kids were not taught to have particular belief patterns nor trained to follow in either parent’s footsteps; each one of them clearly a unique individual and independent making his or her own way through life.

I would be just as proud if any of them turned out to not possess this genetic predisposition and would not love that one any less, but how amazing it is that each one possesses this incredible material enabling them to blend in, while continuing to evolve.

One thing in common with all of us who are on this evolutionary path, is that people do tend to notice us, even though we may be making concerted efforts to blend in. They say things like,

How do you do it?
It’s not possible for you to do this
How come you’re not more like us?
You’re not normal

Along with a host of more complimentary – and derogatory – statements and queries, we all have in common.

This genetic pattern was first observed by – and presented to me – by my eldest son. He recognized being endowed with almost super-human abilities, as were his siblings. He identified me, based on the life that I had lived, as the carrier of the gene (long before I even understood the concept, myself). Now he is raising his own family and his children also have this evolutionary genetic information hard-wired in their DNA.

Nonetheless, the evolution continues to spread. Either the genes are awakened from scratch, or they are inherited and continue to evolve and will be increasingly apparent in future generations as it grows and spreads, which give me the most optimistic outlook for the future of our planet.

Call this science fiction, junk science, or the fanciful ramblings of a proud father who loves his children more than anything on this planet. No matter what you call it (because for most of you, this is – for the most mart – unbelievable) the fact remains, in a few more generations we will be faced with a world that will have regarded our current generation as barbarian.

Now, there are those who desire to suppress the evolution of our DNA, with propaganda, social moire and medical interventions, and I believe that the best efforts of these opposing forces hell-bent on preventing human evolution will be for not.

For when our race reaches critical mass, we will better be able to see and more fully experience a world very different that it has been, where anything is possible, as humans begin to think for themselves and embrace their innate super-powers.
