I didn’t set out to become a teacher, a guide, or a voice for transformation. I set out to survive, and then to understand why survival alone was never enough. Over the course of my life, I’ve worn many labels: entrepreneur, coach, author, minister, educator, survivor, builder, restorer. But none of those titles quite capture what I actually do.
What I do is help people remember who they are beneath the noise, beneath the roles, beneath the damage, and then help them build a life that is congruent with that truth.
Much of what is taught today comes from theory. Much of what is sold comes from borrowed authority. My work comes from lived experience.
I was born into circumstances that required early adaptation. I learned how to observe deeply, think independently, and rebuild myself repeatedly, not because it was fashionable, but because it was necessary.
Over the years, I’ve navigated profound personal challenges, systemic disruption, loss, illness, reinvention, and spiritual recalibration. I’ve built businesses. I’ve lost businesses. I’ve guided individuals one-on-one, and later felt the call to move from one-to-one service to one-to-many contribution.
Each chapter refined the same question:

What I Believe (And What I Don’t)
I don’t believe in rigid formulas for life, love, healing, purpose, or success.
I do believe in patterns — and in the wisdom that emerges when we pay attention to them.
I believe:

- Purpose is discovered through alignment, not pressure
- Truth matures as we do
- Love evolves through distinct phases, not ideals
- Healing is multidimensional — physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual
- Wisdom deepens when urgency falls away
I don’t traffic in fear, guilt, or false certainty. I don’t ask people to follow me — only to listen more clearly to themselves.
The Work Today
Today, my work spans writing, teaching, mentoring, and building educational ecosystems that support:

- conscious relationships and evolving definitions of love
- post-trauma integration and meaning-making
- ethical entrepreneurship and expert identity
- spiritual maturity without dogma
Much of this work lives here — in articles, reflections, courses, and long-form projects — and within St. Paul’s Free University, a modern revival of an old idea: learning that is accessible, humane, and rooted in lived truth.

An Invitation
You don’t need fixing.
You don’t need saving.
You don’t need another identity layered on top of who you already are.
You may simply need space — and language — to recognize what has been forming inside you all along.
