Expanded Consciousness

Understanding and embracing quantum principles expand our consciousness beyond traditional limitations. We recognize the interconnectedness of all things, perceive ourselves as multi-dimensional beings, and tap into the vast potential within us.

In the realm of entanglement, where the boundaries of reality blur and the fabric of the universe dances with infinite possibilities, we find ourselves invited to explore the expansiveness of our own consciousness. It is here that we transcend the limitations of traditional thinking and embark on a journey of personal transformation.

Expanded consciousness is a state of awareness that extends beyond the confines of our everyday perception. It is a shift in perspective that allows us to recognize the interconnectedness of all things, to perceive ourselves as multi-dimensional beings, and to tap into the vast potential that lies within us.

When we expand our consciousness, we begin to dissolve the rigid boundaries that confine us. We no longer see ourselves as separate individuals but as integral parts of a grand cosmic tapestry. We understand that every action, every thought, and every intention has a ripple effect that reverberates throughout the interconnected web of existence.

To embark on this path of expanded consciousness, we must first cultivate a sense of curiosity and openness. We must be willing to question our preconceived notions, challenge societal conditioning, and explore the realms beyond what is readily visible. It is through this sense of wonder and exploration that we begin to peel away the layers of limitation and embrace the vastness of our true nature.

Meditation and contemplative practices become powerful tools on this transformative journey. By quieting the noise of the external world and turning our gaze inward, we create a sacred space for self-reflection and introspection. In this stillness, we can access deeper levels of consciousness, tap into our intuition, and expand our awareness beyond the constraints of time and space.

As we delve into the realms of expanded consciousness, we also become more attuned to subtle energies and the interconnectedness of all beings. We develop a heightened sense of empathy and compassion, recognizing that the well-being of others is intimately linked to our own. We embrace unity consciousness, understanding that we are not separate entities but threads woven into the intricate tapestry of life.

In this expanded state of consciousness, we tap into the vast potential within us. We unlock latent abilities, intuitive insights, and creative inspirations that were once hidden from our awareness. We realize that we are not limited to the roles society has assigned us or the beliefs we have inherited. We have the power to shape our own reality and co-create a world aligned with our highest aspirations.

However, expanded consciousness is not a destination but an ongoing journey. It requires dedication, self-reflection, and a commitment to personal growth. We must be willing to embrace the unknown, surrender to the mysteries of the universe, and continuously expand our understanding of what is possible.

So, let us embark on this transformative path of expanded consciousness. Let us embrace the interconnectedness of all things and tap into the infinite potential within us. As we expand our awareness, we become catalysts for personal and collective transformation, weaving a tapestry of love, harmony, and limitless possibilities. May our journey inspire others to awaken to their own expansive nature and create a world of beauty and unity for generations to come.

Break the Chains that Bind You

What can you expect when you’re working to increase your personal excellence?

You could come to the point where you want to exercise your independence of thought by taking the steps to purposefully change your mind and start thinking for yourself.

Break the chains that bind you

A Journey Toward Personal Freedom

What does it mean to truly embrace personal excellence? For many, it begins with a desire to think independently—to challenge the beliefs and assumptions that have quietly dictated their lives. It’s about making a conscious choice to change your mind, start thinking for yourself, and break the chains that bind you.

What Are the Chains That Bind You?

The chains that hold us back are different for everyone, but at their core, they represent external influences and restrictions imposed on us—often without our conscious consent. These chains are formed by the beliefs, expectations, and programming we’ve absorbed throughout our lives, starting from our earliest years.

From childhood, we’re shaped by the influences of:

    • Parents and caregivers who model behaviors and beliefs.
    • Teachers and authority figures who define right and wrong.
    • Media and culture that set standards for success, beauty, and morality.
    • Religious and societal systems that instill values and impose rules.
    • Peers and relationships that encourage conformity.

Each influence adds another layer of restriction, shaping how we view ourselves and the world. If you could step outside yourself and see these restraints visually, you might not even recognize yourself beneath the weight of the chains.

Seeing the Chains for What They Are

For most of us, these chains are invisible. We navigate life unaware of how much they control us. But occasionally, a moment of clarity breaks through the fog.

In these moments, you might recognize one of these restraints for what it truly is: a limitation placed upon you by external forces, designed to hold you back from your highest potential.

The awakening process is different for everyone. Sometimes, it’s a gradual realization. Other times, it’s a shocking moment of truth.

The Shock of Realization

One of the easiest ways to start breaking these chains is to confront a belief you once held as absolute truth—only to discover it was a lie. These moments can be jarring, but they also carry immense transformative power.

Take the example of Santa Claus. As a child, you may have believed in a magical man who rewarded good behavior with gifts. But at some point, the veil was lifted. You realized it was all a fabrication—a tool of manipulation to encourage certain behaviors during the holiday season.

When a belief like this shatters, it’s easy to break the chain because the lie is so obvious. But even in these moments, there’s often emotional fallout.

Judgment and Separation

When you realize you’ve been misled, your initial reaction may be anger or betrayal. You might judge those who perpetuated the lie, assuming malicious intent. “You lied to me!” becomes the rallying cry as you distance yourself from the people who, in your eyes, participated in the deception.

This reaction is understandable, especially when we’re young and learning to navigate the complexities of life. But as we mature, it’s worth considering a more nuanced perspective.

Compassion Over Condemnation

As you grow and evolve, you might find it more empowering to approach these revelations with empathy and understanding. Instead of harshly judging those who influenced you, consider their intentions.

    • Were they acting out of love or fear?
    • Were they simply passing down the beliefs they were taught?
    • Were they, like you, navigating life the best they could?

Applying compassion, forgiveness, and love to these moments can help you heal and move forward without unnecessary bitterness or resentment.

The Deep Work of Breaking Chains

If you’re ready to truly free yourself from the chains that bind you, understand that this is not light or easy work. It requires deep introspection and a willingness to confront uncomfortable truths.

While some chains can be identified and broken on your own, others are more deeply ingrained and may require the guidance of a therapist, coach, or trusted third party. These individuals can help you:

    1. Identify the chains that hold you back.
    2. Understand their origins and how they’ve shaped your life.
    3. Release the emotional weight attached to these restraints.

This process can be shocking and painful at times, but it’s also profoundly liberating.

Freedom Is a Journey, Not a Destination

While it’s possible to free yourself from many of the chains that bind you, it’s unlikely that anyone can completely escape all external influences. Life is an ongoing process of growth and self-discovery. Each chain you break brings you closer to true freedom, but there will always be more layers to uncover.

The journey itself is the reward. With every step, you gain more clarity, authenticity, and alignment with your true self.

Breaking Free

To break the chains that bind you is to reclaim your power. It’s a declaration that you will no longer be defined or limited by the expectations and programming of others.

Yes, it’s uncomfortable. Yes, it’s challenging. But it’s also the most liberating work you will ever do.

So, take the first step. Start with one chain. Examine it, understand it, and release it. With each chain you break, you’ll feel lighter, freer, and more aligned with your highest potential.

This is the path to personal excellence.

Break the chains. Live your truth. Be free.

Spiritual Sex Predators

Be forewarned, the topic of spiritual sex predators is a difficult one to approach, as there are high emotional and egotistical influences on each end of the spectrum which would include sexually exploitative spiritual leaders. You might be surprised to discover how many of us are suffering from religious trauma and abuse.

The first thing that comes to mind, when you approach the idea of spiritual sex predators is to point fingers at the Catholic Church. In recent years there has been a lot of publicity around the church and sexual predators.

Our world is changing and victims of those who would take advantage and exploit people who you have influence over are being held accountable.

Statute of limitations

And those religious sexual predators protested saying, “But what about the statute of limitations?” Noted, there is a 7-year statute of limitation, but the clock does not start until the keyword ”Discovery” is initiated.

Now that these victims are speaking up, that’s when the seven years starts, and that’s when others need to start speaking up, not unlike the “me too” movement.

Throw the baby out with the bathwater

And it’s so easy to attack an organization such as the Catholic Church, to judge them and say that the church is “evil” which is a common contemporary reference and generalize with damning statements, like, “All priests are child molesters,” or some other defamatory phrase of choice.

You might like to consider for every story you hear about an active sexual predator preying on children or other parishioners, there are hundreds (if not thousands) of other sex crimes that you will never hear about.

And to stretch your thought process even more, the same kind of sex crimes are taking place in all religions further contributing to religious trauma and spiritual abuse. Sexual predators are not attracted only to the Catholic religion, they are attracted to all religions where there is an opportunity for religious psychopaths in a spiritual leadership position to have the power to wield their custodial or mentoring position to exploit members.

No religion is exempt from sexual predators

Maybe this truth will be revealed at some point in time, maybe not. But for those of us that work in the support of those suffering from religious trauma and abuse, we know what’s really happening behind the scenes, and we have an idea to what extent such an organization may go through to prevent this data from coming out, and discourage members from reporting such acts.

And if you’re not completely shocked yet, those who have sought safety from religious exploitation by moving into a more spiritual vein of growth and expansion without being “managed” by any strict religious order. For them, they find more peace of mind in the “higher consciousness,” or, “spiritual” communities which operate outside the denominational structure of churches.

Higher Consciousness Sex Predators

Even in these spiritual communities, sexual abuse victims are discovering that they may feel as though they have jumped from the pan into the fire. They are left feeling as though no place is safe.

Even so, there is hope for religious or spiritual abuse recovery.

Therapist Sex Predators

All types of therapy modalities have been infiltrated by sexual predators as well. It’s as if the term therapist should be reconfigured to read, “The Rapist,” as a warning to anyone who might be a potential client and/or victim of a sex crime within the wall of a therapist’s office.

Management Sex Predators

To be fair, any business or organization with more than twenty “Managers” or management positions are more than likely to have sexual predators waiting for someone who might like to move up the corporate ladder.

Peer Sex Predators

Any employer with more than 350 employees, which also extends over into any organization membership or group of volunteers, your peers within this group will have been infiltrated by sexual predators as well. You will find peer sex predators in most any group for which you might volunteer, fraternal organization, club, or any gathering of people, and if any group or organization has more than 350 participants, it will be a sex predator magnet.

What can you do?

Our society is making progress, but the system is progressing very slowly. So, unfortunately, the ownness is on you to take responsibility to protect yourself.

It is becoming easier to report a sexual predator, but be forewarned that there are also

Law Enforcement Sex Predators

There is almost no system that wields authority, whether legally, spiritually, or socially imbued, which is immune from the effects of the subversive sexually exploitative criminals lurking amidst its hierarchy.

Thankfully, in this day and age, you have the right to say, “No.”

This can be more difficult in a spiritual, custodial, coaching, mentoring, or counseling relationship, but don’t let that stop you.

If I have a client who has a significant fear of spiders, you can bet that at some point in their work with me, they are going to be playing with a giant hairy tarantula in my office.

That is, unless the client says, “I don’t think I am ready for that part of this process right now.”

If I were to force the client to have the experience, against the will of my client, I could be completely liable, and may rightfully be exposing myself to the legal ramifications which may come from doing so.

The client, any client, always has the right to opt-out of any process at any time, and if I do not honor that I am putting my reputation and practice at risk.

You can see where I am going with this:

You can at any time use this same statement,

I don’t think I am ready for that part of this process right now.

This is an inoffensive, yet firm, “No,” which is recognized by the court.

Initiating this tactic will avail you the time and space to reassess your relationship with this person and decide how to best approach the issue. Curtailing the relationship is probably the first order of business if you’re feeling awkward, pressured, or threatened.

Unfortunately, you will not have found this information until after you’ve been victimized by a sexual predator (who are mostly men, but there are also female sexual predators in leadership positions as well).

If I could advise anyone who is thinking about entering into a coaching, mentoring, or spiritual relationship, prior to joining any group of any kind, I would tell them to

Read the group’s or practitioner’s Code of Ethics, first.

If they have them printed on their letterhead and you can have a copy of it, this is a legal contract. Even if they claim, “separation of church and state,” and they have a policy prohibiting the exploitation of their members or clients, this is perceived by the court as a legal contract, and you are protected.

You never have to be a victim of a spiritual sex predator ever again.

And when you feel uncomfortable in any process, by all means, opt-out by saying,

I don’t think I am ready for that part of this process right now.

Embracing Higher States of Consciousness

Through dedicated spiritual practices and inner exploration, we can access higher states of consciousness. These elevated states, such as transcendence, expanded awareness, and unity consciousness, offer profound insights and transformative experiences. By integrating these experiences into our daily lives, we open ourselves to continuous personal growth and transformation.

On the path to personal transformation, there is a realm of consciousness waiting to be discovered—one that transcends our everyday experience and offers us a profound opportunity for growth and transformation. It is the realm of higher states of consciousness, where we can tap into transcendence, expanded awareness, and unity consciousness.

Higher states of consciousness are elevated states of awareness that extend beyond our ordinary perceptions and limitations. They are states where we transcend the boundaries of our individual self and connect with something greater, something expansive and interconnected. In these states, we tap into a deep well of wisdom, insights, and transformative experiences.

Transcendence is one aspect of higher consciousness. It is the experience of going beyond our usual egoic identity and merging with a larger whole. In moments of transcendence, we let go of the confines of our personal stories, fears, and limitations, and open ourselves to a vast, interconnected reality. We experience a sense of oneness with the universe, where our individual boundaries dissolve, and we recognize our interconnectedness with all of existence.

Expanded awareness is another facet of higher states of consciousness. It is the capacity to perceive and comprehend more than what meets the eye. In expanded states, our senses become heightened, and we gain access to insights, knowledge, and understanding that are beyond our ordinary perception. We see the world with fresh eyes, free from the filters of conditioned beliefs and limitations. We open ourselves to new possibilities and perspectives, allowing for transformative shifts in our perception of self and reality.

Unity consciousness is a profound state of awareness where we recognize and embody the interconnectedness of all things. It is the realization that we are not separate from the world around us but intricately woven into the fabric of existence. In unity consciousness, we move beyond the illusion of separation and experience a deep sense of compassion, empathy, and love for all beings. We understand that our thoughts, actions, and choices ripple through the interconnected web of life, and we become conscious participants in co-creating a harmonious and interconnected world.

To embrace higher states of consciousness on our path to personal transformation, we can engage in various practices and approaches. Meditation is a powerful tool that allows us to quiet the mind, transcend the ego, and enter into states of expanded awareness. Through regular meditation practice, we create a space for transcendence and unity consciousness to emerge, opening ourselves to profound insights and transformative experiences.

Contemplation and self-inquiry are also valuable practices for exploring higher states of consciousness. By questioning our beliefs, investigating our conditioned patterns, and reflecting on the nature of reality, we expand our awareness and deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world. Journaling, introspection, and dialogues with like-minded individuals can further support this process of self-exploration and the discovery of higher realms of consciousness.

Engaging with spiritual teachings and wisdom traditions can provide guidance and inspiration on the path to embracing higher states of consciousness. These teachings offer maps, practices, and insights that have been passed down through generations, pointing us towards the realms of transcendence, expanded awareness, and unity consciousness. Exploring various spiritual practices such as breathwork, energy healing, sacred rituals, and conscious movement can also facilitate the expansion of consciousness and the embodiment of higher states.

As we embrace higher states of consciousness, we unlock the door to profound personal transformation. We tap into a wellspring of wisdom, insights, and transformative experiences that can shape our lives in profound ways. We come to recognize the interconnectedness of all beings and the vast potential that resides within us. We embody our true nature as expansive, conscious beings, capable of co-creating a more harmonious and interconnected world.

So, I invite you to embark on this journey of embracing higher states of consciousness. Open yourself to the possibility of transcendence, expanded awareness, and unity consciousness. Explore the practices, teachings, and experiences that resonate with your soul. Trust in the transformative power of these elevated states of consciousness, and let them guide you on the path to personal transformation. Embrace the fullness of your being and the infinite possibilities that await you in the realm of higher consciousness.

This Is Your Journey

You have this one life to live and you can choose to live your life, full-on, as your own, or you can live your life as defined by someone or something else, like a good little human. (I humbly apologize for the sarcastic overtones.)

You came here as an independent spirit in human form to experience a wide variety of life. Along with you, you brought certain talents, gifts, and special abilities, all to support your purpose and to enable you to best sing your song. Not that your song might be a melody to be sung with your voice, but more like your unique message to be shared by you will have an extraordinary perspective, look and feel, unique to you.

When you were young, you fully acknowledged, “I believe in the person I want to become,” to live this life in all its fullness. Since then, you may have forgotten this is your journey as you were swooped up and enveloped in someone else’s vision, and there’s a good chance most of (if not everything) you believe in is a lie.

There are forces that abound on this planet which would like to eliminate the inkling of a thought which you might entertain about having anything of significance to contribute to the world. So, they start programming you via social engineering to stamp out any hope of remembering your life’s purpose.

This programming is so effective, that your parents, caretakers, teachers, coworkers, family, and friends, are all under the spell of the powers that want to control you, and they are all trying to prevent your authentic, inspired self from emerging and making an impact. Of course, all this effort is heart-felt concern, as if to be looking out for your best interests.

You can’t really fault or blame people for exerting their beliefs in an effort to “save you from yourself” because they love you, and they so sincerely believe their efforts to prevent you from being who you really are will save you from pain, suffering, and utter disaster.

Live Your Life

The real you, the you that you were sent to this planet to be, is aching to be acknowledged and released. You hear that still small inner voice, that resides in the deepest part of you praying that you will be able to hear it among all the noise. It is sometimes so very hard to hear because it is buried so far beneath the loud inner voice of ego, which is easy to be manipulated and programmed by the powers and their social engineering.

And if that weren’t enough, your conscious mind is under constant attack of a barrage of distracting details, data, media, drama, and trauma, that you couldn’t find a gap in the space quiet enough to hear the voice of your true inner self.

Yet, you know it is there. You can feel it.

Even with all the efforts, supported by all the money and power in the world to suppress the real you, you know there is more to this life than what you’ve been allowed to think of or believe in. And apart of you longs to

Live Your Life

If you want to believe in a better life, you must be willing to assert, “I want to believe in myself,” and don’t believe everything you’ve been told. Take back your life. This is your journey and you’re in charge of you.

To live your life authentically and be true to yourself, consider creating some sacred space for you to tune in to who you really are. Getting in touch with you, “the you” you were meant to be, will take separation from the things in life which have been placed there to distract you and keep you in a state of trance, or panic.

Your feelings easily distract you, so find ways to reduce or eliminate (at least momentarily) any of the things in life that make you feel bad. Anything that makes you feel angry or sad, find ways to get these things out of your life, at least in the beginning. Later, once you are able to identify and connect with your true inner self, then you can find ways to disempower anything that might try to distract you from your purpose, message, passion, and/or mission (pmpm).

Don’t settle for mediocrity. Make a concerted effort to disassociate yourself from the mediocre life you’ve been programmed to accept for yourself. Take a look at all the programming which you have subjected yourself to which may not be supporting your authentic self. Things like bad habits which may not serve you, but are so effective at distracting you from the authentic frequency and vibration of the real you, that you may have physiological connections or dependency on these substances and/or activities keeping you even more separated from who you really are.

Now is the time to make some clean and pure psychological and physiological space for you to enable you to authentically connect to the real you, allowing you to truly live your life in a genuinely empowered and effective life, free from the social engineering and powers which desire your blind subservience.

As you learn more about what you really want in life, know this is your birthright. All the things you desire (when free from the programming, and some which you were drawn to while under the influence of the programming) are yours to be enjoyed in this lifetime. These desires would not have been placed in your heart of hearts, endearing you to them, if you were not called to enjoy them in their fullness.

All these things are waiting for you to have them and frolic fully in the joy of possessing them and/or living in the energy of them. It is on you to close the gap between where you ware and where you want to be, between what you have now and what you want to have.

Since all you want, and have ever wanted, has already been provided for you, all you have to do to close the gap is to align yourself with what you want and to remove anything which is blocking you from seeing it or having it. When nothing stands between you and what you want, and you are in the vibration of whatever it is, you find yourself in the fullness of it.

Doing a little something-something every day moves you closer and closer to what you want, enabling you to live your life authentically and abundantly.

Ask yourself, “Who am I?” Who can I be? Who have I been called to be and what is my message?

Only you can discover the answers to these questions for yourself.

Be open and prepared for evolutionary changes within yourself, which will affect not only you but the world around you.

This is your life. Start living your own life today.

Join Us ~ Share Your Message
and Shout it from the Rooftops

For years I’ve been shouting, “Achieve your highest and best,” and, “Live a better life,” and lately, I’ve been adding, “And make the world a better place,” because those of us who are doing the work, can’t do it alone. If these things resonate with you, then I encourage you to contact me and let’s find a way to light the path, so that you, too, can help carry the torch for others who are lost in the darkness.

If you’ve recently experienced an awakening, and you’re seeing this life for what it is, unveiled and exposed to your consciousness for the first time, it’s easy to get over-enthusiastic about spreading the word to others who cannot see it clearly, as you are beginning to do.

If you already haven’t figured it out, I would caution against this. As you may have already figured out, by experience, society has built into it a self-policing subconscious trigger, and when you suggest that things may not be as they seem, this trigger is tripped, and any socially-programmed individual will try to fervently correct you, and place you safely back in the fold. It is a knee-jerk reaction to a lifetime of programming, and this is so ingrained, that they feel obligated to do so as if their very life depended on it.

In many cases, someone gets a glimpse of what’s behind the veil, they share it with someone they know and trust, and BAM! They get attacked, ridiculed, called a fool, threatened with mental illness diagnosis, exile, or imprisonment. It’s no surprise when they slip back into the life they were programmed to live since birth. This is the only way to feel supported by one’s family and peers, there’s a sense of safety and security there. This social structure is very effective and every bit as real as any prison, only better; because it’s invisible and only exists in the mind.

But if you are somewhat stealthy, you can exist among your family and peers, while becoming more aware, expanding and evolving without much trouble. Still, there remains an urge inside you to share what you are learning, which is what we all want to do but be careful.

Early believers have had this problem when getting excited about sharing their faith with others, and there are many religious passages warning believers that non-believers will not be able to hear them, nor understand them. It’s as if the non-believers speak a different language and are unable to understand what you are trying to say. So, believers are instructed not to waste your efforts on those who are incapable of hearing what you are saying.

But, then the texts go on to refer to those who are not only willing to listen to you but an open, yearning and looking for the truth of the words that you long to share. These people represent the fertile soil waiting for your nurturing and will be part of the garden you will cultivate, which is part of your mission.

The urge to share what you’re learning and to be able to grow among others who are like-minded is very natural and may very well be a part of your calling (and it probably is, or else you wouldn’t feel so compelled).

Likewise, those of us who are doing the work, making the sacrifices, taking the risks and sharing our message; we, too are looking for individuals who would like to join us in spreading the word.

So, if that is you, and you are feeling this enthusiasm about joining the unveiling brigade of truth, then, by all means, find someone you resonate with and join the team. Don’t be embarrassed about not feeling good enough, worthy enough, talented enough, or any of those other programs running in the background designed to keep your ideals hidden away and never shared.

Don’t let your voice be silenced. God gave you a voice and a mission. You came to this planet with a divine assignment, and it’s up to you to take hold of it, embrace it and share it.

Find someone you resonate with (it doesn’t have to be me) and reach out to him or her. Send an email, a text, a letter by snail mail, or smoke signals… reach out and let them know you have a message. We are always looking for others who are willing to stand up and share the message of growing awareness, expansion, and evolution.

And if your first attempt appears to not be as good a fit as you thought, then find someone else you resonate with and offer to team up with that person. Keep doing this until you find someone, and if your message is so unique, that it’s difficult to find someone to team up with; no problem. Go it alone, and look for others who will be attracted to you and your message.

Do not be silent.

The world’s best symphonies are buried six feet under, never to be heard, because they did not exercise their gift and deliver their message to the world.

This is your time to share your mission with your voice.

Tell your story.

Who Are You Really?

As you traverse your life’s journey, who do you think you are? You start asking questions about your identity, “Who am I?” Who are you? “Am I just an animated biological form helplessly trying to make my way through the rat’s maze of life?” If you are, “What’s the point of my being here at all?” So, you look for meaning in life, and I ask you,

“Who do you think you are?”

I present to you an exercise that might help you find clarity about who you are. You might be surprised that you are far more than you’ve ever given yourself credit for because most people think you are who you are, when nothing could be further from the truth.

When you come to this life, you are given a body and a name. This is who you think you are because that is how the whole world outside of you refers to you, so it’s no surprise that this is who you think you are.

You look in the mirror and you see the reflection of the person you think you are. You can see your body which is recognizable by the name you’ve been given. But this is not who you are.

This is your body which has been given a name that is associated with your body.

You can look at your hand and think that this is your hand, but it is not your hand, it’s your body’s hand. If you cut your hand and see blood dripping from it, you might express something, like “I am bleeding.” Only you are not bleeding. Your body’s hand is bleeding.

If you could take your hand off and put it on the opposite side of the room, and look at it, you can see that you are not your hand. You are still here. You can see your hand over there, yet you are still complete, so you are not the hand.

Continuing this exercise with all the parts of the body will help you to realize that you are not this body which has been labeled with the name which has been assigned to you.

You are something more.

Then you think, “Oh, I am thinking, therefore I am my mind.”

Yet, if you would dare to do it, you could consider continuing the exercise by removing everything that you think you are, all your experiences, thoughts, and beliefs, every thought, and you are still there.

You are something more.

When you’ve completed this phase of the exercise, you realize that you are not the mind. What you are is the conscious source of all life. You can put any label on this which suits your personal paradigm. For me, I refer to this as God because that resonates with me.

If this conscious source of all life were removed from the body with your name associated with it, your lifeless body would collapse to the floor.

Once you understand this, you can see that you are this divine consciousness which is present in all life on this planet, our galaxy, all the galaxies in the universe, and whatever is beyond.

In this manner, you realize that you are one with everything, but you are experiencing this life as a journey witnessed from the vantage point of your identity in your body, so enjoy this life’s journey for what it is.

You might not be able to identify with this exercise and that is perfectly fine. There is no judgment here, and you are perfectly correct in whatever you think about who you are.

What do you want to be known for?

Isn’t it time that you started thinking about how you would like to be known or remembered for? What would you like people to say about you after you’re gone?

Now is the time to start establishing yourself as the person you’d like to be known as.

You’re a wise world walker and as such, you have the ability to see and perceive things unencumbered by the social restrictions that confine other earthlings with limiting beliefs.

The first step in establishing the person that you would like to become is to take stock of where you are currently. Evaluate how you see yourself, how others think about you, and if possible, try to get honest third-party perceptions about the kind of person you are.

Having an objective opinion about one’s self is the first step of wisdom.

I’m a list person, so I would suggest getting a piece of paper and start jotting down what other people’s opinions of you are as well as how you think others might perceive you objectively.

We tend to see ourselves from within and consider the person who we are to be the most intimate and trusted person we know. We know our thoughts, motivations and inner feelings. So, we know how deeply we feel about certain people, circumstances and topics but no one outside ourselves knows how we feel.

Decide which inner feelings you’d like to have recognized for by your family, peers, coworkers, community and possibly the world at large.

So, here’s the next list: Who I Want to be known as?

Go ahead; go crazy. This is your life. The impression you leave on others is all that remains of your life’s journey.

It might help to relax and imagine what you might like to hear people saying about you at your funeral (avoiding the morbidity of the idea). You need not go as far as writing your own eulogy, though some people like doing this as part of the process.

This is not a one-time affair. The wise world walker is constantly evaluating his or her life, being aware of where they are in their journey and intentionally putting their sights on other destinations to engage with.

As a matter of fact, as I write these words, I too, am reflecting deeply… and have just uncovered something that brought me to tears. Though too intimate to share publicly, the basis of it is simply:

I have sincere, deep feelings about something.

The public (exterior) sense of others might have no idea about how passionately I feel about this thing.

If I ask myself, “Would I like to be remembered for how I feel?” or, “Would I like the world to know how I feel?” and the answer is, “Yes.” Then I have a great deal of work to do.

It is not always comfortable work – and in most cases it is not – but thank God you have the wherewithal to realize the separation that exists between

where the perception of you lies

and

what you would like to have known about you.

Your challenge – if you decide to accept it – is to think of ways that your true, authentic self can be seen by others and start taking action.

Who are you?

Let people know who you are.

I want to know you for everything that you would like to be remembered for.

Don’t just tell me; show me.

Sometimes you feel like your life means nothing, and that couldn’t be further from the truth. The exact opposite is true: Your life means everything. You came to this planet with a divine mission, to share your sacred gift.

You’ve felt the tug on your heartstrings. Inside you know you were meant for something more in this life, but you feel unworthy. Any time you even think about having a grander mission, message, or purpose for living, you hear all those negative inner voices telling you all the reasons you are not qualified.

The fact of the matter is that there is no one who is more qualified for you to share your message than you. The most effective method for God to disseminate your message is via someone exactly like you, who have had the experience, witnessed and experienced all the life you have endured.

Perhaps, to you, you think this life has been unfair or cruel and nothing good comes from this life, or any life which has smelled, seen, tasted, heard, or felt the things you know first-hand.

I can tell you this for certain, there are particular people who are in desperate need of receiving your sacred gift, and they would not receive it from anyone else but you. Someone else could use the same words that you might use, but those words would fall on deaf ears because they did not come from your lips, your pen, your keystrokes.

You have felt the same way, haven’t you? Someone tried to tell you something with a kind heart, sensitive and caring, but their words did not resonate with you because you knew they could not possibly know what you were going through. They just had no real frame of reference.

You might find effective methods of distracting yourself from answering the call by spending time online, out with friends, playing video games, shopping, or other ways to make yourself comfortably numb, in an effort to avoid your inner nudge to step out in faith to make an important contribution to your people, the local community, and the world who desperately need your sacred gift.

You must let go of the things that are holding you back, your negative self-talk, insecurities, and anything else that is preventing you from reaching out in faith. You do not need to be 100% confident in your abilities to fully express your sacred gifts, only courageous enough to step into the void, confident enough to know that God and all his angels will be there to support you and catch you if you fall.

It is more important to do a thing in faith than to have everything set up to be perfect. You and your gift are perfections. It may be awkward at first, but you will find it becoming easier and easier as you answer your divine calling, exercising your gifts and honing your skills along the way.

I was never an exceptional singer or songwriter but that didn’t keep me from using this as a method to communicate at a time when I knew of no other way to reach out to my prospective audience waiting to hear my words. For me, this was a stepping stone that would lead me down a different path, finding new ways to connect with others through writing, counseling, public speaking, teaching, and training.

If I’d let my lack of self-confidence keep me down, I would have never been able to help those I’ve assisted in achieving their highest and best, in only ways that I could have. This is my divine calling.

We do not have to be perfect, only brave enough to trust that something bigger and wiser than we could ever be is at work behind the scenes, and has selected you, and only uniquely you, to accomplish this task.

What if you never answer the call? No problem. You have free will to do, or not to do, things and to live your life in any way you decide. God will use someone else to do the best they can to pick up the slack, but you were God’s first choice.

One of my dearest friends, whom I loved dearly, committed suicide, leaving a note with only these words,

“My life means nothing.”

This was after spending years of fulfilling purpose in the assistance of others with the empowered sharing of sacred gifts, then something happened. I don’t really know the details of what darkness befell my dearest friend, but clearly, it had been too much to bear for another moment, when the following day would have been an altogether new day.

Many people do not cut their life short in such a dramatic way but do spend a great deal of time and effort, sometimes spanning the whole of their lives avoiding their sacred calling.

Will you answer the call today?

Reach out to me, and I and my people will help you get from where you are to where you will be able to honor your sacred fit, and in a sense, sing your song, as only you can sing it.

Your calling is calling you.

Call me.

Cultivating Conscious Awareness

Personal transformation begins with cultivating conscious awareness. By developing mindfulness and presence, we become attuned to the workings of our own consciousness. Through practices such as meditation, journaling, and self-reflection, we deepen our connection to the present moment, heighten our awareness of thoughts and emotions, and initiate the process of self-discovery and transformation.

In the fast-paced world we inhabit, it is easy to get caught up in the whirlwind of external distractions and lose touch with our innermost selves. However, within each of us lies a wellspring of wisdom and clarity—an inherent consciousness that, when cultivated, can become a guiding light on our path to personal transformation.

Conscious awareness is the practice of developing mindfulness and presence in our daily lives. It is a state of being fully attuned to the present moment, where we engage with our thoughts, emotions, and experiences with non-judgmental awareness. By cultivating conscious awareness, we gain insight into the workings of our own consciousness, creating a foundation for personal growth and transformation.

One of the most powerful tools for cultivating conscious awareness is meditation. Through the practice of meditation, we create a sacred space for stillness and inner reflection. By simply sitting in silence and observing our breath or focusing on a chosen object of attention, we train our minds to become more present and attuned to the present moment. With regular practice, meditation deepens our connection to ourselves, allowing us to access a state of inner peace and clarity.

Journaling is another valuable practice for cultivating conscious awareness. By putting pen to paper, we externalize our inner thoughts and emotions, gaining insights into the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape our lives. Journaling allows us to witness our own thoughts and feelings, creating a space for self-reflection and self-discovery. Through the act of writing, we give voice to our inner world, fostering a deeper understanding of ourselves and our journey.

Self-reflection is a fundamental aspect of cultivating conscious awareness. Taking moments of introspection and contemplation, we inquire into our beliefs, motivations, and behaviors. We explore the stories we tell ourselves, challenging limiting beliefs and embracing empowering perspectives. Self-reflection encourages us to become conscious observers of our own lives, inviting us to make intentional choices aligned with our values and aspirations.

Mindful living is a holistic approach to cultivating conscious awareness in our everyday experiences. It involves bringing our full presence to each moment, whether it’s savoring a meal, engaging in conversation, or simply being in nature. By slowing down and immersing ourselves in the richness of the present moment, we develop a profound connection to life’s unfolding beauty. Mindful living invites us to let go of autopilot mode and engage with life from a place of intention and authenticity.

Cultivating conscious awareness is a lifelong journey—a continuous practice that requires patience, commitment, and self-compassion. It is not about achieving a state of perfection or eliminating all distractions, but rather about developing a deep sense of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

So, I invite you to embark on the path of cultivating conscious awareness. Set aside moments each day for meditation, create a journaling practice that allows you to explore your inner landscape, and infuse mindfulness into your everyday experiences. Embrace the power of self-reflection and curiosity, knowing that each moment of conscious awareness is an opportunity for growth and transformation.

As you deepen your connection to the present moment and cultivate conscious awareness, you will witness the subtle shifts within yourself. You will develop a greater understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, empowering you to make conscious choices that align with your truest self.

May you embrace this journey of conscious awareness with an open heart and a willingness to explore the depths of your own consciousness. As you do, you will unlock the transformative power that lies within, illuminating the path to personal growth, fulfillment, and a life lived with intention and authenticity.

Consciousness as the Catalyst

The observer effect emphasizes the profound role of consciousness in shaping reality. According to this principle, the act of observation influences the behavior and properties of quantum particles. Applied to the self, the observer effect suggests that our conscious awareness and attention play a crucial role in shaping our experiences and personal transformation.

In the fascinating realm of quantum physics, there exists a phenomenon known as entanglement and a principle called the Observer Effect. These concepts invite us to explore the profound connection between our consciousness and the behavior of subatomic particles. They reveal that the act of observation is not a passive act, but rather a dynamic interaction that influences the very fabric of reality.

Imagine for a moment that the world around us is not separate from our conscious awareness. Instead, it is intricately woven into the tapestry of our thoughts, perceptions, and intentions. In the quantum realm, experiments have shown that the behavior and properties of particles are directly influenced by the act of observation. This suggests that consciousness is not merely an observer of the world, but an active participant, a catalyst for the unfolding of reality itself.

Just as the act of observation impacts the behavior of quantum particles, our conscious awareness has the power to shape our experiences and the world we inhabit. We are not passive bystanders in this grand cosmic dance; we are co-creators, intimately entangled with the fabric of the universe.

But how can we harness this extraordinary power of consciousness in our own lives? How can we become active participants in the unfolding of our reality?

It begins with developing a deep sense of mindfulness and presence. By cultivating an awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs, we become attuned to the workings of our own consciousness. Through practices such as meditation, journaling, and self-reflection, we deepen our connection to the present moment and expand our capacity to observe without judgment or attachment.

In this state of heightened awareness, we gain the ability to consciously direct our attention and intention. We can choose to focus on empowering perspectives, positive thoughts, and loving intentions. By aligning our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs with our intentions, we harness the creative power within us to shape our reality.

However, it’s essential to recognize that consciousness goes beyond our individual selves. It extends to the collective consciousness, the interconnected web of all beings. As we embrace this interconnectedness, we realize that our thoughts, actions, and intentions have ripple effects that extend far beyond our immediate sphere of influence. We become aware of the profound responsibility we hold in co-creating a harmonious and compassionate world.

To truly embody consciousness as the catalyst, we must cultivate qualities such as empathy, compassion, and love. By extending kindness and understanding to others, we contribute to the collective upliftment of consciousness. We recognize that our actions have the power to shape not only our own lives but the lives of those around us and the world at large.

So, let us embrace the role of consciousness as the catalyst for personal and collective transformation. Let us become active observers, consciously shaping our reality through mindful awareness and intentional choices. As we tap into the infinite potential within us, we unlock the power to create a world that reflects our deepest values and aspirations. May our conscious presence be a force for love, harmony, and positive change, rippling outwards to inspire and uplift all of humanity.

By becoming aware of our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, we actively participate in the creation of our reality. Our observations and intentions serve as catalysts for transformation, influencing the quantum field and allowing us to manifest desired outcomes. This principle empowers us to take an active role in our personal growth, encouraging mindfulness, and deliberate intention in shaping our lives.
