Magnesium Potassium Heart Attack

So, there we are, my granddaughter and my friend having dinner at the Mexican restaurant, and Bam! My friend falls to the floor and he tells me to call 911. He’s had two heart attacks prior to this, and this makes the third.

The ambulance comes to take him to the hospital and my granddaughter and I am not too far behind. I’ve never had a heart attack, so it was quite educational to be supportive and, in a sense, “be there” for my friend as he was going through this adventure.
Then, after preliminary tests were made, (now brace yourself for this one), the doctor comes in and says,

“It’s no surprise you had a heart attack. You had no magnesium or potassium in your system.”

I was shocked to hear this statement, and I said, “Whoa, whoa, whoa, what do you mean? What does magnesium and potassium have to do with my friend’s heart attack?”

The doctor said that magnesium and potassium are necessary key ingredients which enable your heart to fire and operate correctly.

My friend asked about his other two heart attacks (which they had full records of at this same hospital)? The doctor confirmed that he had very low levels of both magnesium and potassium at the time of his previous heart attacks as well, and this one, was more severe and life-threatening than the other ones.

The doctor left to take care of some other patients, and my friend and I started to talk about this recent revelation about levels of magnesium and potassium. He told me that while he had been seen and treated twice prior to this, no one ever said two words (specifically these two words) to him about his being low on magnesium and/or potassium… and he could have died.

I think of myself as fairly health conscious and I do my fair share of supplementation, but guess what two ingredients are not in my supplemental regimen? Magnesium or potassium were absent. Well, not totally absent because there was some of each in my multivitamin.

Until this moment in time, I had no idea how important it was to have these two ingredients in your system. How embarrassing would it be for someone as healthy as me to show up in the hospital with a heart attack because I didn’t know about the importance of these two ingredients?

On the way home from the hospital, I stopped and picked up some magnesium and potassium to add to my daily regimen. My friend is also taking magnesium and potassium supplements. Who wouldn’t?

What a travesty to let my friend be treated for two heart attacks and never be made aware of the importance of magnesium and potassium? It’s as if he may not have had any of these heart attacks if he had higher levels of magnesium and potassium in his body.

To me, this seems like an important disclosure. I don’t know why none of the other doctors mentioned the lack of magnesium and potassium to my friend before, but for whatever reason, here it is.

If it’s a highly guarded secret, the cat’s out of the bag, now.

So, now you know, too.

Pass it on.

Interdimensional Being

You are an interdimensional being. You were created that way. We live in a universe among seven universes all running simultaneously. You primarily occupy one of these universes, the one most attuned to your physical vibrational frequency. For the most part, this is the world as you know it.

Each universe is full of surprises because each comes with its own set of accompanying dimensions, and variances in timeline, physical, and spiritual manifestations. There is no lack of presenting or entertaining circumstances or unlimited possibilities in any one of them.

Of all the lifeforms in the universe you are a very special creation, similar to all other living creatures and beings, but with capacities which are in the evolutionary process of blossoming and emerging from within you and your contemporaries in Human v 3.0.

With this burgeoning evolution comes the awareness of there being more to this life than you’ve been taught or allowed to believe. The evolutionary process is in its early stages and at this time your participation in it is voluntary. All you have to do is to be open and allow the evolution to take place. The time will come when human evolution reaches critical mass, and everything will change universally.

As advanced as we think we’ve become in the last hundred years, we will look back at this time we live in today as primitive and barbarian in comparison to where we are headed.

Part of this evolutionary process includes the embracing of yourself as an interdimensional being. If you are already an active participant in your evolutionary awakening process, you may have already noticed an increased ability to see things happening all around you which would seem to not be of this world.

Here, in 3D, everything seems quite simple and matter of fact, in comparison to the other dimensions which surround us, each of which is also just as real as the third dimension where we reside.

The part of you which is emerging as your interdimensional being has greater access to the other dimensions around us. While in your primitive pre-evolutionary state, you will see glimpses of other dimensions, which is a clear indicator of your interdimensional abilities, even in their infancy.

As you continue to evolve, your consciousness expands, enabling you to have greater access to the other dimensions, and universes which are happening all around us. When fully evolved and expanded, you will be able to move through these dimensions and universes, fully interacting with them at will.

Until then, your awareness of the life, which is happening all around you, yet mostly unseen by others, will continue to grow, and you may experience shifts occasionally taking place, where you move either consciously or unconsciously between dimensions and universes.

If that’s not enough to shake your otherwise sound sensibilities, think about knowing that there are other people who already fully possess these interdimensional capabilities, and freely interact with us here, unbeknownst to us (unless you are sensitive enough to easily identify them).

Furthermore, you are also a fully evolved interdimensional being right now in another timeline running concurrently with the one which you are experiencing at this place and moment in time amidst the human evolution.

There are interdimensional beings all around us, and you, yes you who were uniquely designed and built with these very same capabilities within you, are an interdimensional being, too.

You are human evolution in action, right now. You have no idea what the future holds for you, or maybe you do…

Challenges Choices and Consequences

If you take a look around you, at the life you’re living, this is of your making. You have perfectly designed the life you live every day, as it is the result of your challenges, choices, and consequences.

If you are not liking your life so much, then all you have to do is change it. You. I know, you can find 100 other people, circumstances, or things to blame, but the truth is, you’ve allowed all those things to be present and have power over you.

Nothing can have power over you unless you allow it because you are a mighty child of God, with all the rights of sacred royalty bestowed upon you, all yours for the asking, but you continue to play small. You think of yourself as a victim of life, when all the while you are the child of the Creator. What if you create your world?

As a child of the Creator, you have all the power to create anything you want. Your world, the world you step into every day is of your design. You have chosen the geographic location of your life. You have orchestrated all the players, invited them to play in your world, and have settled into the character you play.

In this role that you have set up for yourself, you face certain challenges and make decisions based on your character’s profile. You enjoy the results of the choices your character makes, or suffer the consequences, and this is all the result of you, and the part you chose to play in your terrestrial play. Your life is the result of the choices you make.

As the playwright of your life, you can choose a new life, rewrite your part completely, if you so choose. You can change the set, the geographic location, and all the players to better suit the life you’d like to live.

Will it be perfect? It depends on what your definition of perfect is. To me, the perfect life is not too safe or stagnant. It comes with plenty of opportunities for growth and expansion (challenges), for myself, and the other players in my world. I want to experience the full spectrum of what this life has to offer.

What’s in your movie?

Every now and then, you need to make adjustments to your story and the cast. Some cast members which you had faith in to play out their roles provided lackluster performances. Just like in any long-lasting teleplay, sometimes you have to change the cast up a bit to breathe new life into the property.

Ask yourself, is it time to sit back and review a vulnerable and honest director’s cut of your project?

You will know when it’s time to change it up, and if you’re not paying attention, your viewers and sponsors will let you know. They will either start complaining or start pulling away taking their resources with them.

“Fine,” you might say, “Who needs them,” because you’re committed to your project the way it is. Another challenge, followed by your choice, which may come with consequences.

Sometimes, you’re so focused on the details of your life, the interaction with the cast and crew, all the necessary details, lighting, locations, props, and shots, that you forget to take a look at your project from the lot, or better yet, an aerial view.

Getting a different perspective of your project from another point of view, reviewing the stats, reading the reviews, getting input from outside sources about your project, maybe even considering new sources of funding, could set your project on an award-winning trajectory.

It’s amazing what little adjustments can be made which can change everything drastically. A one or two percent change in straight-line trajectory from Seattle’s airport will result in landing in either New York or Orlando. That’s a huge change from a small adjustment.

When you make adjustments, some will be small and less significant, while others may include a total re-write and all new characters. And the time may come when you walk away from a project altogether because it does not serve you. This may be the case if you’ve allowed yourself to play small in someone else’s project.

I know what it feels like to have your character overwhelmed with thoughts, like, “My life has been so awful,” when you think, “Things couldn’t get worse,” then they do. When you’ve lost all hope and nothing seems to go right.

You know what if feels like to face insurmountable odds, to feel like you just can’t take one more

No one is more keenly qualified to step into your role as the sacred director of your own life. Make yours the best story ever.

If stepping directly into the director’s seat is too much to ask, then maybe just reviewing your life as a 2-hour YouTube video might be a good start. You might discover that you are the reluctant hero in your story.

If you need a hand, we are here for you.

Challenges, choices, and consequences? Your life is the result of the choices, challenges, and changes that you make.

Start making changes.

You got this.

No More War

War has been an enduring aspect of human history, characterized by destruction, loss, and suffering. However, there are individuals who firmly reject the notion of war and believe in the sanctity of life. Let’s explore various reasons for this standpoint.

Some might argue that the sacrifice of human lives, driven by the profit motives of those who benefit from war, is ethically unjustifiable. Wars are often, if not always, fueled by propaganda rather than factual justifications.

One might wonder about high-ranking officials, even U.S. presidents who have ushered us into war, who are owners of the very military equipment manufacturers who supply both sides of conflicts, this sheds light on the hypocrisy of those individuals, their families, and those whom they associate with. The kind of people who might suggest in a down economy, “What we need is a good war,” to set things right and to increase profits.

There is an Inherent Value of Life

A. Life as Precious

The fundamental belief that life is sacred underpins my opposition to war. Every human life holds inherent value, and the act of sacrificing the lives of young men and women for the benefit of those who profit from war is morally unacceptable.

B. Ethical Considerations

From an ethical perspective against war, one questions the justification of causing immense harm and suffering to individuals, families, and entire communities. The devastating consequences of war extend far beyond the battlefield, impacting civilians, children, and future generations.

Wars Fueled by Propaganda

A. Manipulation of Public Opinion

War propaganda often distorts facts, inflates threats, and manufactures consent for military interventions. Public opinion, shaped by biased narratives, can be manipulated into supporting wars that lack genuine justifications, undermining the principles of informed decision-making.

B. Hidden Agendas

Behind the veil of national security or protecting democratic values, hidden agendas such as resource exploitation, geopolitical influence, or economic interests can drive conflicts. Fueled by hidden motives, war perpetuates a cycle of violence that benefits a select few while disregarding the genuine well-being of nations and their people.

Profiteering and Hypocrisy

A. Military Equipment Manufacturers

The profit-driven nature of war becomes evident in the actions of military equipment manufacturers. By supplying weapons and military gear to both sides of conflicts, these manufacturers prioritize financial gain over ethical considerations, perpetuating the cycle of violence and suffering. The glaring hypocrisy of this practice raises serious moral concerns.

B. Connections to Politicians and U.S. Presidents

The ownership ties between some military equipment manufacturers and U.S. presidents underscore the troubling conflict of interest. The involvement of influential individuals with a vested interest in war profiteering raises questions about the integrity and objectivity of decisions regarding armed conflicts.

Other reasons to avoid war at all costs include.

    1. Loss of Human Lives: War inevitably leads to the loss of countless human lives, including soldiers and civilians, causing immeasurable suffering and grief. Advocates against war argue that preserving human life should always be a priority.
    2. Destruction and Displacement: Armed conflicts result in widespread destruction of infrastructure, homes, and communities. Additionally, wars often force people to flee their homes, leading to large-scale displacement, refugee crises, and further human suffering.
    3. Escalation of Violence: Engaging in war can perpetuate a cycle of violence, where retaliation and counterattacks become the norm. This escalation only serves to deepen animosity, prolong conflicts, and hinder opportunities for peaceful resolutions.
    4. Economic Consequences: War drains significant financial resources that could otherwise be utilized for social welfare, education, healthcare, and infrastructure development. The enormous cost of warfare can burden economies for years, impacting societal well-being and hindering progress.
    5. Environmental Destruction: Wars have severe environmental consequences, including deforestation, pollution, and the release of hazardous materials. These ecological damages can have long-term implications for the health of ecosystems and future generations.
    6. Trauma and Mental Health Impact: The psychological impact of war extends beyond physical casualties. Survivors, including soldiers and civilians, often suffer from trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and other mental health issues. The long-lasting effects on individuals and societies cannot be ignored.
    7. Divisiveness and Polarization: War often deepens divisions within societies, fostering hatred, mistrust, and animosity between different groups. The social fabric of nations can be torn apart, resulting in lasting scars that hinder reconciliation and unity.
    8. Humanitarian Crises: Armed conflicts exacerbate humanitarian crises, as access to food, clean water, healthcare, and essential services is severely limited or disrupted. The most vulnerable populations, including children, women, and the elderly, suffer disproportionately.
    9. Diplomatic and Negotiation Failure: Advocates against war argue that peaceful negotiations and diplomatic efforts should always be exhausted before resorting to armed conflict. War can be seen as a failure of diplomacy, emphasizing the importance of alternative methods to resolve disputes.
    10. Uncertainty and Unpredictability: Once engaged in war, outcomes become uncertain, and the consequences may far exceed initial expectations. The unpredictable nature of armed conflict introduces risks that can spiral out of control, causing unintended consequences and further destabilizing regions.
    11. Cultural Heritage and Artistic Loss: Wars often result in the destruction of cultural heritage sites, artifacts, and artistic treasures that hold immense historical and cultural value. The loss of such irreplaceable assets diminishes the collective human heritage.
    12. Opportunities for Peaceful Solutions: Advocates against war emphasize that peaceful resolutions, mediation, and non-violent conflict resolution methods exist and should be explored fully before resorting to armed aggression. Promoting dialogue and understanding can lead to long-term stability and reconciliation.
    13. Long-Term Repercussions: The consequences of war can persist for generations. Post-war reconstruction, healing fractured societies, and addressing the deep scars left by conflicts require significant time, resources, and effort.
    14. Ethical Considerations: Many argue that war fundamentally violates ethical principles, including respect for human life, justice, and the pursuit of the common good. Avoiding war aligns with a moral framework that prioritizes compassion, empathy, and the dignity of all individuals.
    15. Global Interconnectedness: In an increasingly interconnected world, the ripple effects of wars extend beyond borders. Conflicts in one region can have far-reaching consequences, such as refugee flows, economic disruptions, and geopolitical tensions, impacting stability and peace globally.

These are just a few of the many reasons why individuals who oppose war believe that it should be avoided at all costs.

The opposition to war stems from a deep reverence for life and an understanding that sacrificing human lives for the benefit of those who profit from war is ethically unjustifiable. The prevalence of wars fueled by propaganda rather than factual justifications further underscores the urgent need to question the motives and consequences of armed conflicts.

Additionally, the hypocrisy exhibited by military equipment manufacturers who supply weapons to both sides of conflicts, including those with connections to U.S. presidents, demands a critical examination of the profit-driven nature of warfare.

By embracing peace as a core principle, we can strive for a world that prioritizes dialogue, diplomacy, and collective well-being over violence and destruction. This is an opportunity to make the world a better place.

Deception by Omission

Everyone lies, it’s a basic mechanism we use to get through life with some sense of decorum. Then there are those who are involved in deception with malicious intent or ill-gotten gains. The craftiest of these swindlers engage in deception by omission, then deny any wrongdoing because they didn’t actually engage in lying, they just failed to include some of the pertinent details.

It’s no accident that these details went undisclosed, it was meant to purposefully deceive you, and to prevent you from having access to the truth, then deny all responsibility of deceit by claiming that no deceit has taken place because no one lied. You just did not have all the information. No crime. No foul.

In terms of trust and betrayal, you cannot trust someone who engages in deception by omission. It is a cunning misdirection and intentional withholding is no accident.

Even with the best of intentions, we leave out certain details out of fear. The fear of being caught, punished, made to feel guilty, or because we let someone down and cause someone’s feelings to be hurt. Even so, if you’re leaving out details that would have otherwise been more honest, you are lying.

For those with malicious intent, they lie by omission to manipulate, defraud, do harm, protect themselves, avoid accountability, or to appeal to your more sensitive capabilities causing you to let down your guard. No matter what they call it, or how they try to justify it, they are being dishonest and lying to you by omission.

Practicing deception of any kind, either by outright lying or practicing deception by omission, actually does more harm to the deceiver than you might expect. If you are otherwise a good person attempting to live a good life, the act of deceiving others in any fashion will cost you in your overall health score.

Unless you are a psychopath or pathological liar, these little indiscretions cause stress in the body which builds in magnitude and severely compromises your immune system. It takes a great deal of energy to manage deception and lies. This is a waste of energy which would be better used to sustain life, not to cause its deterioration.

Lying also creates an underlying frequency of paranoia for those who are trying to cover their tracks, often wondering if their true colors will ever be been shown or will they one day be held responsible for their deception.

The act of deceiving others lowers your emotional frequency and keeps your mind in the lower vibrational environments which breed fewer positive thoughts and responses overall. This will tend to attract less positive life circumstances to appear more frequently in your life.

Deception by omission promotes a lack of trust in your inner circle. Even of those who aren’t actually a party to your deception by omission. They will always wonder when and if you might be practicing deception by omission on them, even if you never do.

Once a betrayal of trust has taken place, there is little that can be done to repair the damage, except to be totally honest and trustworthy for long enough a period of time that the offending party can start to trust you once again. The amount of time necessary to regain someone’s trust depends on the person who has been deceived.

Transformational Energy Drain

You’re growing, expanding, evolving, and you can feel every cell of your body alive for the first time, feeling as though you may be invincible and live forever. The last thing on your mind is a potential transformational energy drain. You’re on top of the world, then all of a sudden, without notice, BLAM! Every ounce of energy you had is gone. You feel as though the vital energy you felt just yesterday has been totally drained and you are overwhelmingly fatigued.

The energy necessary to transform from Human 2.0 to Human 3.0 is enormous and different phases of metamorphosis require more or less energy to complete the transformation of each phase, and your body’s energy storage capacity can be taxed heavily to get the job done. During these times, you can feel as though the bottom dropped out of your energy reserves.

Once you have embarked on your journey of evolutionary transformation, you need to settle into a new way of being, and if you’re a go-getter, like me, it can be hard to let go of some of your push-push-push-through to make things happen and pick up the gauntlet of let go and go with the flow.

Using your energy reserves for making things happen in the flesh, using only your brute strength will quickly deplete your energy reserves. So, when your evolutionary process needs to use your natural energy reserves to conduct a transformative process, it can leave little or no energy left for your daily routine maintenance.

If you’re in the process of awakening, you need to find better ways to manage your day to day life with less energy exerted, leaving your precious reserved for the sacred evolutionary transformation which you are allowing to take place.

You must move from living a life of force to living a life of love. You can do this by raising your vibration, which harkens back to the work of David R Hawkins’ Power vs. Force. I routinely refer to his work because it gave me a clear picture in my mind of what the various human energetic frequencies were and made it easier for me to manage raising my own vibration.

If you are expending your energy on anything stressful,
you’re not doing it right.

If you are expending your energy on anything stressful, you’re not doing it right. You can feel it inside you. You know something’s wrong. Find a better way to get ‘er done, or let it be.

Find new ways to live your life, to charge up your personal energy reserves, to maintain your energy, gain a better knowledge of how and when to use energy.

Don’t waste your precious energy on things which are not likely to change, no matter how much energy you put into it, and relax into the okayness of letting things remain as they are, for if it weren’t for some higher purpose, it would have changed already. Settle into the knowingness that all things are in divine order.

Finding time for quieting yourself, in nature, or in another sacred place, for reflection and meditation can be helpful but this is not a cure-all for your energetic management requirements.

Spending time in nature, with your feet on the ground, can go a long way in raising your energy and your vibrational frequency. Different people respond differently to different natural interactions. Live water has a tremendous effect on my energy. What gets you going?

Doing the deep work of clearing the energetic blockages, or stores of toxic negative energy which may be deeply hidden inside of you can go a long way to greatly increase your capacity for building massively positive energy and filling those areas with love and peace.

All this to say, there is nothing wrong with you, occasional energetic fatigue is normal in the process of transformation.

Although, if you are pushing yourself and the energies all around you in the flesh, burning the candle at both ends, and not getting adequate sleep, you may be suffering from a physiological type of fatigue which could be diagnosed and treated by your doctor. If you’re doctor says there’s nothing wrong with you, then you can rest assured that you are evolving.

Too Much to Ask

While the idea of making a change might sound like a pleasant invitation, awakening to your evolutionary and higher selves is clearly going to be a shock to your senses as if turns your world upside down. Its almost too much to ask a someone, “What if everything you knew was a lie?”

To watch all your tightly held beliefs fade away into the simple parlor tricks on the mind that they are, all with the purpose of controlling you and keeping you associated (or disassociated) in such a way so as to be easily identified, tracked, managed, and manipulated.

The awakening process is a time of discovery and connection to your divine self, the you whom you should have been, who you were born to be, but the living of life as we’ve been forced to live it snuffed this sacred part of you out.

I have heard many stories of those who have endured this evolutionary process of awakening and the results were nothing short of shocking, it’s as if everything you believed in or trusted in becomes massively chaotic.

At this stage, you have to ask yourself,

Am I ready to walk away from everything I believe in?

Risk losing everything I’ve worked for?

That’s a lot to ask anyone, and for some, it is far too much to ask.

Who in their “right” mind would want to walk away from their retirement, spouse, home, safety, and security? And for what? Something vague, which cannot be seen or touched, and something you’ve been told, or programmed to believe, was either the devil himself or a fairy tale?

The easier life is in the flesh, the harder it is to let go of it enough to allow the evolutionary process to take place.

And if that weren’t enough, it’s like stepping into the black abyss, without a safety harness. You start with one step, then you take another… Then for others, they dive in as if off a diving board. Either way, from this new vantage point you have the ability to look back and see,

Things are not what they appeared to be at all.

And you may be surprised to find that you are far more than you were ever allowed to believe.

New love, new life, and the noticing (probably for the first time, except for brief glimpses) that there is so much more to this life than you’d been led to believe. You notice life if fuller and richer, beaming with love and life in everything, and you are intrinsically connected to it all.

But to ask someone to take the step out of what is “known” into what is unknown is too much to ask anyone to do.

It’s something that only you can decide to do when it is the right time for you to do it. It has to be something you want more than anything when you are willing to risk leaving the life you’ve become so accustomed to behind.

It is too much to ask.

Human 3.0 Evolution

Humanity is evolving. Among scientists is generally accepted that we are currently Human 2.0 versions of ourselves and we have somehow evolved from Human 1.0 but now we are race is pushing through barriers in a struggle to evolve into Human 3.0. You are a part of this evolution.

Even so, there are powers and factions who will stop at nothing to prevent the evolution of the human race to version 3.0. There are certain components which need to be activated for the further evolution of humanity.

There is a system put in place to control the world population en masse and it has been effective for thousands of years. If you were to evolve into Human 3,0 these methods would become powerless to control you or your evolutionary brethren.

Those who have profited wildly from a world of less-evolved beings would lose their grip on their cash cow, and the systems that support them and their agendas would crumble and fall, for the higher evolved humans will see them for what they really are.

There are varying opinions about where we are as evolutionary beings and many believe we are actually far beyond Human 2.0 as we have had many more incarnations amidst our history on this planet, and I think as we continue to uncover mysteries far beneath sedimentary levels of current recorded knowledge, it makes you wonder how many version of us where there before.

Certainly, we were here before we thought we were.

You, your body, your mind, and your soul is struggling to grow, expand, and further evolve into Human 3.0. This is a process that has been burning inside the human body for the last hundred years. The powers and people who run this world have been aware of this and they are doing whatever they can to prevent it from happening.

In order for the evolutionary process to take place, the human condition must be primed and open to the evolution to take place. Keep humans from reaching this stage is the primary focus of those controlling and profiting from Human 2.0 and they have done an excellent job of keeping most of us in various states which prevent us from evolving.

Toxic humans are not in a state to evolve for their bodies do not have the raw materials for the evolution to take place. Instead of having the tendency to evolve, the body’s focus is merely on survival.

Humans controlled primarily by fear are in a state which prevents evolution for they are locked tight in the struggle for survival, without the wherewithal to have the faith and openness necessary for evolution to take place.

This struggle for survival is biological and psychological warfare which has been launched against us to prevent our evolutions, and it has worked superbly, until now.

Now, the strength of the struggle to evolve has surpassed the struggle for survival, and it is happening today on a growing scale. The powers that be are in a panic and are struggling to find new methods to keep us distracted and dumbed-down enough to keep us from evolving.

They have no choice but to increase human toxicity and fear to even higher levels to keep evolving humans from continuing throughout the evolutionary process.

They are tracking and monitoring us, so they know who to focus their attention on. They are aware of who we are and where we are in the evolutionary process, and they have initiated new psychological traps to ensnare us and render us hopeless and helpless to evolve.

If their efforts to do so have been effective, these words will appear to be silly, nonsensical musings of someone in need of “mental health services.” On the other hand, if you are in the process of evolution, you can hear an underlying carrier wave of truth, because you are beginning to see that things are not as they appear, and your Human 3.0 is awakening.

Even with all their efforts to increase toxicity and fear, your new human will find a way to emerge.

Pent Up Emotions

Big boys don’t cry. Man up. Don’t be a cry baby. Don’t wear your heart on your sleeve. Never let them see you sweat. Don’t let them get to you. Just do it and let the cards fall where they may. We push down our emotions and push forward but those pent up emotions can kill you.

Pent up emotions are the leading cause of mental and physiological decline and lead to loss of quality of life, if not certain death.

You are endlessly coached by family and peers to bottle up those negative emotions and bury them somewhere deep inside because that’s what we all do. To the best of your ability, you comply and do the best you can to ignore the emotions while they simmer and cook, tearing at the very fabric of your soul, and suppressed emotions kill you.

Check out the stats for yourself, if you have suppressed anger, anxiety, or hidden depression, you probably already know you’re prone to heart disease and cancer. It’s solid science, all those pent up emotions erode who you are, what you are, what you cam here for until there’s nothing left to live for or with.

Your immune system fades away, and you’re prone to catch or develop whatever disease may come your way.

If you have no method of letting these pent up emotions out, working through your emotional wreckage, and letting go of emotional bondage, the pressure builds in the dangerous powder keg inside you. If you keep cramming and pushing down these emotions, she’s gonna blow, and if you don’t let it out it will take you out. You must figure out how to release pent up emotions.

Even the pervasive Positive Thinking community which suggests always putting on a happy face no matter what, can have negative side effects, if “positive thinkers” are developing toxic levels of stress in order to present themselves as continuously optimistic.

In an effort to “be in the flow” worthy of the good things in life via the Law of Attraction, or the desire to maintain a high vibrational state of consciousness, well-meaning people may be doing more harm than good, if they’re not paying attention to suppressed anger, resentment, fear, or other toxic negative emotional baggage you think is carefully hidden away.

It’s the attention to the accumulated stressors which we’ve denied in an effort to “get by” without making a scene or drawing attention to ourselves, which is part of the deep inner work which is being done in conscious circles of awakening.

The main point is to find some way to work through the issues which have haunted you that have been piling up since you were born (if not before). If you don’t, they will be the death of you.

Anger and sadness are key components in your health, growth, and evolutionary metamorphosis. These are powerful indicators of adjustment, changes, and adaptations which need to be progressed through so that you can continue to grow and evolve.

Want to add even more years to your life?

Start expressing positive emotions more. Find reasons to be happy and celebrate life. This actually builds up your immune system and adds years to your life.

You are an emotionally equipped amazing person with all the power of the universe at your fingertips but you cannot deny who or what you are and fully enjoy the unlimited possibilities which lay ahead, waiting for your arrival.

That greater part of you is waiting to emerge if only given the chance.

You are amazing!

When You’re Too Nice People Take Advantage of You

Ever feel like when you’re too nice people take advantage of you? You want to help others and you’re willing to put the needs of others above your own needs but then you discover that your intentions to do good are overridden by ungrateful recipients who then expect you to give even more.

At some point, when you’re feeling like you’re at the end of your rope and you have nothing left to give, you can regret trying to help anyone at all, like you’ve done it wrong, or didn’t do it right.

You know something’s wrong because you don’t feel good anymore. You used to feel good when you could reach out and help someone in need, but now, you feel bad, that when you’re too nice people take advantage of you.

As nice as you’re trying to be in your helping others, there will be times when people will try to exploit your good intentions by taking advantage of your willingness to help others and put their needs ahead of your own.

As soon as you start to notice this, you need to step back and evaluate the situation. Ask yourself,

Am I being too nice?

Is my kindness actually counterproductive?

Is my helping someone doing more harm than good?

If you’re feeling like when you’re too nice, people take advantage of you, you might be making things worse than better. Some people will intentionally take advantage or your willingness to help as a way to further their own needs with little or no respect for your self-sacrifice when your resources are low.

Helping others is a two-way street.

When you help others, there is a proper response: To show gratitude and to take action. To help others or to offer something in return. A healthy relationship is to graciously receive and to give something back in return.

To just take and take is selfish and considered toxic. This is when you start to feel bad about being such a good person. You may find yourself enabling someone’s poor behavior by being too helpful.

Why are you helping others? Because you’re trying to help people to help themselves. When they refuse to help themselves, the equation is out of balance. This is when your assistance is doing more harm than good.

It’s time to communicate your concerns to those who are taking advantage of you and your generous nature. Chances are, you are not an unlimited supply of help to others. You must receive something in return, or you will begin to deteriorate.

Now is the time to set clear boundaries about what help you are willing to offer in exchange for seeing some fruit from your willingness to help someone in need. Setting clear expectations and requiring others to in a sense, so their part, is healthy helping.

You can tell others how it is without being judgmental or mean. You can still be respectful of others without being mean or disrespectful. Life is not always easy, and the best things in life come from stretching one’s self to accept the challenge of self-care.

Taking care of yourself is just as important as those who you are helping other to learn how to better care for themselves, also.

Don’t apologize for over-extending yourself or for placing the people you are helping in a difficult situation, for you know things are far better than they would have been without the assistance you’ve provided up ‘til this point.

If you are empathetic, you can feel what it’s like to be in need, and may even be able to think,

What if it was me in need?

How would I feel?

More importantly, you need to think,

How would I react if someone else was helping me?

Would you take advantage, and not offer something in return? Probably not, because you know that someone’s sacrificing for your benefit should some with gratitude or some kind of reward. Maybe the best you could do was to show the person that helped you that their assistance enabled you to get back on your own feet, and gave you the nudge necessary to take charge of your own life and help others in need.

Saying, “No,” to someone you care about can be difficult, but you know it’s necessary to preserve your own cache of resources. What good would you be if all your resources were depleted by someone’s taking advantage of your good nature?

If this relationship has become toxic, then the time has come to put an end to it. To let it continue would be nothing less than abusive. Abusive to yourself as well as the people who you are trying to help if they are not stepping up to the plate.

Only you can take care of yourself, and this is critical to maintaining self-care if you are going to be able to help others. Also, others need to learn to face life head-on and to see them tending to their own needs.

Help them, yes. But not so much as to make them dependent on you, or to have the expectation that you will help them without expecting them to carry their own weight. You will be doing them a favor by having them step up their game or letting them go it alone.

Thank you for being one of the “good ones.” It inspires us all to be better people and to do good unto others.

There is much love for you here.

Continue to be true to you.
