Being in the Now

The idea of being in the now is gaining in universal consciousness thanks to expansion explorers like Eckhart Tolle (see: Power of Now), and others. There is a growing awareness that being in the now brings human beings to a powerful emotional state no longer haunted by the past or fearful of the future.

Being in the now welcomes infinite possibilities.

You don’t just wake up one day and discover you are being in the now (well, really you do), usually you have done some work in preparation of your awakening to your being in the now.

You have been subjected to a great deal of social programming which prevents you from embracing the idea of being in the now. The goal of social engineers is to keep you in a weakened and fearful state of mind so that you can be manipulated and controlled more easily. Not knowing any better, we and our parents who went before us and their parents, all fell for the same brainwashing techniques, though their methods have become more advanced in present days.

In this “normal” state of being you walk a pre-programmed path (designed for you by social engineering) which leads to performing your assigned tasks as a cog in the machine of life, after which you are awarded the end of life. No more struggling to get by or fit in, just the welcomed release of it all.

In preparation of embracing the nowness of life, you will most likely find yourself in a process of tending to the deep work of inner healing from emotional wounds, recognizing and disarming the minefield (mind-field) of social programming which does not serve you, and discovering ways to let go of the shadows from your past which haunt you.

Without having to fight the demons of your past in a weakened state of suffering from emotional wounds and social engineering, you are free to be.

Being in the Now

Armed with being in a state of mind which is free from the past and fearful expectations of your future, you are able to be open to the infinite possibilities which are available to you as you are open to new ideas and potentialities.

Every breath is a new moment, a new life, with unlimited possibility in the now. Anything could happen, and you are at peace with “what is.” This is living in the now.

Nothing can really prepare you for this moment, because once you’ve made it to now, you are in new, unfamiliar, territory. It’s like waking up in a town in a distant country with no idea where you are and unable to speak the language. There is no need to panic, just acclimate the best you can, try to blend in, and find your own way.

In this new state of being in the now you can continue to grow, expand, and evolve into the higher version of yourself and everything around you, the whole world and the universe, changes and evolves with you. Prepare yourself nor only for a new, awakened state of being, but be also prepared to see everything differently.

In the now, you become your own teacher accompanied by your guides and higher self to embark on a journey that is highly unlike the path to death which you may have walked prior to awakening to the now.

Now, you are free to live a life unencumbered by social programming and each breath you take in the now represents a new life of infinite possibility.

As you do so, you can rely more on your intuition, your inner guidance system, check with your higher self, and let your feelings guide you to new life and the evolving into empowered human potential.

Now that you are being in the now, you are awakened and aware, able to see things as they are with more clarity than ever before.

You can settle into your divine purpose, your original calling, and everything looks, feels, and is better, even amazing as you take each breath and step in this new life of love, peace, and harmony.

In this moment, you are you. The “you” you were destined to be.

Celebrate this new you, empowered to go forth into the world, with your newfound awareness and divinity intact.

Change Your Life Right Now

Would you like your life to be different than it is, right now? Did you know that you can start living a different life, right now? You can change your life right now.

Life can be a constant succession of the same ol’ same ol’, day after day, until one day the days finally stop coming and you can rest (in a hole in the ground). Is that what you want out of this life, or are you ready for change in your life?

If you can think of your life as consecutive opportunities to enjoy the now, instead of one long continuous life, you can change your life moment to moment by making a new decision to do something different now.

Stick your finger in your ear, then remove it. Make yourself burp, or make the sound of flatulence with your mouth. (You thought I said that in jest?) Do it. Do it now.

By taking the action to do something different in the now (which is now in the past) you have started a chain reaction which will ripple across the timeline of your life and throughout your home, your community, and the world.

By doing something different you changed your life and the world, in a few heartbeats.

This is referred to as the butterfly effect which presumes that the seemingly innocuous flapping of the wings of a single butterfly can result in creating a massive tornado. One single flap of a butterfly’s wing in Brazil can create a succession of events resulting in a tornado in Texas weeks later.

In the same way, any seemingly insignificant change you make in your day, your routine, the things that you regularly do every day, changes not only in the moment of the now, when you do something different, but creates a ripple effect throughout your life and the world.

The changes don’t have to be big, they just have to be different. Let’s say you normally would visit the supermarket looking for people’s eyes, and when they meet yours, you smile and say, “Hi.” The next time you walk through the store, do something different, like look at the shoes of all the people in the store and imagine what story those shoes might tell, if they could talk? If you see a particularly nice pair, compliment the person wearing them, or do something else different.

It’s not enough to think, to affect change, you must take action or do something.

Likewise, if your shopping excursion is rather blasé, then spice it up by looking for the eyes of other shoppers, smiling and saying, “Hi.”

If you normally stop to get a cup of coffee at the same ol’ place on your way to work, try a different one, get a tea, or a sparkling water. Leave ten minutes early. Take an alternate route, whatever. Just do something different.

By changing any detail of your life’s routine, you change your life. And the more you do it, the more your life (and the world) changes.

Now, you have already changed your life. You’ve read these words and now you know your life is changing as you read each word.

Want to live a better life? Do something better.

Want to live your best life? Take time to exercise your special abilities (we all have them. If you don’t know what yours are, then figure it out and start using your unique skills and abilities, in even the smallest ways), and doing so will usher in, not only a better life, but vastly moving you closer and closer to living your best life, ever.

Want to make the world a better place? You just did, just now. Want to have a bigger impact on the planet, do something different, something intentionally good, and it will ripple throughout your life, blessing you and others.

Your good deed (even if it seems insignificant in the now) changes the energetic vibration throughout your family, your community, and the community at large, changing the world, making it a better place, just from one small act of kindness.

What impact could you have on the world if you took the opportunity to change your life right now? You just did.

What about the next opportunity to change your life right now?

The time has come for you to

Change Your Life Right Now

What Is Accepting What Is?

The idea of, “Accepting what is,” was introduced to our consciousness by contemporary spiritual leaders and thought leaders as a method of enhancing a higher vibration of life to be experienced by human beings who embrace the idea of accepting what is, rather than succumb to the feelings of sadness, worry, frustration, self-righteousness, disgust, anger, and hate associated with not accepting what is.

What is accepting what is?

Accepting what is, is the practice of filtering everything that is presented to your consciousness with a moment of conscious review, then to think, feel, and act accordingly in the present moment in a responsible manner; fully aware and as in control of your state of being as possible with as little negative impact as possible and responding with reasonable reaction to appropriately affect change, achieve resolution, or avoidance of further negative impact.

In its most basic form, accepting what is, means,

Accepting What Is and Let It Go

If you are not in danger, and this thing (person, place, situation, or circumstance) is not affecting you in real time, in this moment, take note of it, but do not let it upset you. If there is something you can do about it, take appropriate action, without losing your mind. If there is nothing you can do about it, let it go, and do not let it hold you back from loving, giving, and living your life in a more positive, higher vibration.

Accepting What Is and Take Action

If you are in danger, respond appropriately, without giving in to panic or over-reacting. Fight or flight are still appropriate measures if they are an effective way to respond. You should never willingly avail yourself to abuse or dangerous circumstances. Take the appropriate actions to maintain a reasonable degree of safety and security, but stay present in the moment, and do not allow your fear to overtake your ability to manage life day-to-day.

If you have faced an issue in your life, have taken action, and achieved no desirable results, this is a clear indication that Accepting What Is and Let It Go is a more appropriate course of action. Take the steps to back away, create a safe environment for yourself and focus your efforts in a more effective direction for promoting love, a better life, your best life, and make the world a better place.

Not Accepting What Is = Death

As harsh as it sounds, equating not accepting what is with death, seems like an exaggeration at first blush. Nonetheless, resistance to acceptance promotes emotional incongruence, which overrides your ability to reason, causes people to overreact, and respond inappropriately, i.e. “overkill” (killing a housefly with a hand grenade).

In essence, you get so upset, you want to smash anything or anyone that you disagree with or doesn’t make you feel good. While this may eliminate the source of your disdain, it does not result in making you feel much better.

Plus, the negative impact of the feelings of sadness, worry, frustration, self-righteousness, disgust, anger, and hate take an incredible toll on the psychological and physiological state of the human body, depleting energy reserves, causing rapid decline of the immune system, leading to advanced aging, propensity to contract disease, and increasing the chances of experiencing premature death.

Where is the life in that?

There is no life in not accepting what is. In fact, not accepting what is keeps us, all peoples, separated from each other, fearful, and intolerant. This is not a sustainable way of life for long. Left to itself, not accepting what is, will eventually lead to extinction of humanity.

Accepting What Is

In contrast, accepting what is, allowing what it is to be (if we are unable to change it), without judgment or criticism is approaching life with the power of love.

In fact, you can only accomplish the feat of accepting what is, and allowing who or what it is to just be, with the power of love. It takes the most powerful force in the universe to accomplish such an act.

That is quite a high expectation to have for the world. The world changes to a more loving state moment by moment every time one of its people embraces accepting what is and allowing it to be and maintains a higher vibrational state of being.

Doing so, affects your life, permeating the energy field around you from three to five feet in every direction and creates a positive, loving energetic ripple effect throughout your community and the world.

One person can make a difference and have a huge impact on creating a better world for our planet and all its creatures.

Will you be a part of the change?
