Should Believers be Bullying?

Question

a) How does it make you feel when someone tries to bully you or push their ideals or beliefs on you?

b) If someone strongly opposed something that you believed in, how likely would a disrespectful presentation sway your belief?

(Don’t answer in comments)

Question How does it make you feel when someone tries to bully you
Think about it… Do you like to be bullied?

What about that person that is passionate about something that he/she believes in? He/she doesn’t know you and shares his/her perspective on an idea or concept that you don’t agree with. You listen, at first because you’re being kind and considerate.

Then when they get the idea that you do not agree with them… Here it comes: the onslaught of data, facts and figures to convince you that their beliefs are the only truth. Still you maintain the idea that you disagree with their point of view.

Now the passionate person escalates even more, resorts to name-calling and may even include veiled threats that your life – or the lives of your family and friends – might be at stake because you choose not to listen to his/her truth.

And that is an example of a passive response. What if you had decided to defend your point of view?

Now, it turns into a full on debate, which in some cases has escalated to fisticuffs and/or death; over what, differing opinions?

Debate has never converted anyone. All it does is to help build walls that turn into elaborate fortresses of information, data and hate in a desperate attempt to protect something that is believed in. Where does that get you?

People have shared ideas with me that – at the time – infuriated me because I felt as though they had just approached me with the most ridiculous idea; it went against everything that I knew and believed in. But I let them tell me their story out of my respect for their right to believe whatever they want.

Sometimes, in cases like this, we both walk away from the conversation the same way we came into it (maybe even thinking that they other person was a crack-pot)… then, something happens… days, weeks, months – maybe years – go by, and something that person said begins to make more sense to me than what I previously believed.

And that little seed that someone planted begins to sprout and grow… (Maybe not the way the person who originally shared the idea with me in the first place had intended) and I start to grow.

I’ll tell you what I like.

I like giving anyone enough space to express themselves respectfully. If I see them getting too excited (unless I’m enjoying their over-the-top expression) I might warn them that their delivery is getting in the way of their message; so if they calm down, I will be able to take in more of what they are trying to say.

Sometimes it’s hard not defend yourself when someone is sharing an idea that you don’t agree with.

If you’ve ever been able to participate in a heated boardroom meeting, you know what I mean. Here’s a group of upstanding, relatively calm businessmen, each with their own opinion about how a thing should be done… passionately; as if their lives and the lives of their children hung in the balance.

People, who argue and fight, generally prevent themselves from a great deal of happiness in their lives and are more prone to health decline and most of them are unable to achieve much in terms of expanded life-span.

Heres the thing When someone does somethiing that you dont like thats okayHere’s the thing: When someone does something that you don’t like; that’s okay.

It is their right to do their thing, just as it is for you to do yours.

It only becomes your issue, if someone interrupts your rights directly. Then, and only then, is action justified.

Bless everyone’s right to find their own way. To dishonor someone else’s right to individuality only drags us backward in our evolution.

Never be moved to hate or disrespect; instead boldly carry the torch of tolerance for others to see the light of love and freedom.

How these statements make you feel, reflects in your own mirror.

No judgment here; just something to think about.

~ I love you

Anything is Possible… Everything Is

I’ve spent most of my life in the personal and professional growth industry, surrounding myself with clients and mentors who are striving to be on the leading edge or have a burning desire to help make the world a better place. I have been blessed to work with some of the best minds in the mind sciences.

Anything is possible youre almost there Everything isOne common theme that runs throughout the waves of thought that permeate the sea of higher consciousness, is the belief that, “anything is possible.”

Under normal circumstances, people are programmed to doubt their own sense of value – even though they came to this planet with a unique set of skills, abilities and unique message to share with the local community or the world – feeling as though they were not qualified to be a worthy messenger.

Usually, when I begin working with someone they are already on the path of achieving their highest and best or at the very least they have knowingness that their life is beckoning them to a higher calling and sense of fulfilled purpose.

Personal performance coaches start with the tenant of getting the client to a baseline understanding that there is ample well-documented, verifiable proof of things once thought to be impossible became possible starting with the thought that anything is possible.

This is not a new concept, as even New Testament’s Jesus proclaims that all things are possible for he who believes (Mark 9:23) and many have gone on since to spread these words with different themes attached to it for clarity in certain situations, such as:

“If you believe in yourself anything is possible” or “Impossible only means that you haven’t found the solution yet.” A scientist-and-engineer friend of mine (referring to a quote by Henry Ford) says, “Anything is possible, with enough time and money.”

Celebrities have chimed in with their varied view about anything being possible:

“With self-discipline, most anything is possible.” ~ Theodore Roosevelt
“The best scientist is open to experience and begins with romance – the idea that anything is possible.” ~ Ray Bradbury
“Nothing is impossible. The word itself says ‘I’m possible’.” ~ Audrey Hepburn
“If you lead with passion anything is possible.” ~ Paula Abdul
“Once you chose hope, anything is possible.” ~ Christopher Reeve
“Anything is possible, if you’ve got enough nerve.” ~ J.K. Rowling
“When doubt is banished, abundance flourishes and anything is possible.” ~ Wayne Dyer

Even when Alice in Wonderland says, “This is impossible.” The Mad Hatter counters with, “Only if you believe it is.”

All this to say, anything that has ever been conceived, discovered or achieved was birthed in the thought that anything (currently believed to be impossible) is indeed possible – and someone believed it with enough fortitude – and had undertaken the task of making it so.

Napoleon Hill said, “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”

We believe that anyone – yes, even you – have everything that you need to bring this thing to pass; and for some of us, it is our mission in life to support the efforts of an inspired individual to achieve the impossible.

But wait! There’s more!

Believing that anything is possible is only the beginning. Yes, it can get you from here to there and beyond.

There is a superior concept that lies ahead in the horizon, that once it is truly grasped, changes everything and the belief that all things are possible begins to fade as one begins to understand:

Everything Is

I’ll let you ponder that one…

Anything is Possible (you’re almost there)… Everything Is

Can’t We All Just Get Along?

In our societal structure there appears to be a prevalence of superiority that requires maintenance in order to secure our separateness while keeping us – as a collective whole – somewhat manageable. In an attempt to manage ourselves (whether we are influenced from other sources to do so is up for debate) we create societal expectations, rules, punishable and enforceable laws.

Can’t we all just get along?

Cant we all just get alongRemember when we were kids? It seemed like there were so many expectations and rules; “Really? I just want to have fun!” It’s not like we were going to hurt someone or rob a bank…

I recall thinking that if I ever lived long enough to have kids I would just let them be. I would be the parent that I wanted to have when I was growing up. Then, not long after, I found myself raising a family and having to manage a house full of individuals all trying to make their own way, separately but still under the same roof.

One-by-one, rules were established to help keep the peace; don’t touch your sibling when he or she is safety-belted in the car. Don’t disassemble a sibling’s gift to find out how it works (or looks inside). Don’t call your siblings names. Don’t blame your sibling for something you did. Don’t hit inanimate objects, don’t hit animate objects; don’t hit anything.

Don’t set up your sibling to get in trouble to prove your level of parental manipulation prowess. Eat your vegetables, no sugar after six p.m. and don’t play your music so loud; just to name a few.

It doesn’t take long and you say to yourself, “Oh, my god, I turned into my parents!”
Your children despise your house of rules, yet you maintain your restraint level(s) to maintain safety and security, for the sake of the family and in the hopes that your children will grow into responsible adults. Then, something amazing happens:

One day, when you go over to their house to visit them and your grandchildren, they apologize for resenting all the rules (my daughter-in-law has 749 rules to manage the peace in their home), while I (now the grandparent) get to frolic, play and help my grandchildren find loopholes in the rules. Ha!

only 2 lawsI can’t help but think, if I knew then what I know now, would I have done things differently? Without a doubt: Absolutely.

Then, I think about how this model mimics society as a whole. We are just as reactive when we create laws to govern individuals within our community. We start as a Utopia with no restrictions, until someone engages in an activity that we would not like to see repeated, so we make a law regarding it.

So many laws; so many restrictions, and we rarely if ever review the old ones, while we pile new ones on top of them. Will it ever end?

When all we really need is two laws:
1. Do whatever you want
2. Don’t interfere with anyone else’s right to do what they want

That means you can do whatever you want – even if we have been programmed to believe that an activity is bad or socially unacceptable – do it; but don’t let your activity impinge on another’s right to enjoy their life.

The next step in human evolution is tolerance love nth degreeMaybe it’s impossible to change our legal system or the world for that matter; but I can change me.

I can love my fellow human beings more. I can learn to allow them to find their own way and do their own thing (as long as it doesn’t interfere with someone else’s right to do likewise).

I believe that tolerance is the next step in human evolution.

When you think about it; it removes all resistance as you simply allow what is to be.

Tolerance is love expressed to the Nth degree.

Maybe it’s time to consider letting go – just a little bit – and try it on for size. Tolerance could have a huge impact in the peaceful enjoyment experienced in your life.

Or not.

Sing Your Song

I grew up around music and was constantly singing to the radio or vinyl recordings as a youngster. From 1974 to 1994 I was chronicling my life’s journey in song. I started playing professionally in nightclubs at a very early age. Overhearing instructions by the nightclub owners, “You can only play songs that are BMI licensed,” and seeing musicians being sued over music rights in the news put the fear of the music industry in me.

Dave Michael Valentine with acoustic guitarSo, I thought the only way not to get sued for playing music, was to write my own songs (originally fear-based songwriting). As I embraced the process, these songs became my musical scrapbook, the soundtrack for the stories spanning twenty years of my life.

I always knew – even as a young child – that I had a message and a mission, and though it has taken many forms along the way, I have stayed active and true to my life’s calling; and sometimes my message is sung. I never claimed to be a proficient singer or songwriter, only a man with a message burning inside, aching to get out in any way possible and I didn’t let my ability (or lack of ability) keep me from singing my song.

You came to this planet with a song So singYou came to this planet with a song to sing. What is your message, your song? Your message/song is unique to you. No one can tell you what song you should sing because it is your song, and your song alone.

Managerial structures that govern the publicly accepted views revered by our earth’s inhabitants would like you to think it is okay to sing a song, as long as it isn’t too radical or upsets the status quo. Plus, just like anything else, only individuals “qualified” should participate in such activities.

This underlying philosophy will keep most of the individual song-singers in check and when you’re trying to find or sing your song, you may start to interrupt yourself due to doubt propagated by the idea that

  • I’m not good enough
  • I’m not educated enough
  • I’m not strong enough
  • I’m not qualified enough
  • I’m not a good singer
  • I’m not from a musical family
  • I’m afraid to sing in front of people

And any other barrage of self-doubt and excuses to keep you from singing your song. If you don’t sing, they win; your message is stifled, your candle light is snuffed out and the community at large suffers.

Believe me, there is someone who needs to hear your song. I have countless stories of people who were moved by particular songs that I’ve written and/or performed… some have truly amazed me. Because even though I wrote a song with a specific subject matter or purpose, the listener was moved in an impactful manner; and when they explain to me how the song spoke to them, I can’t even imagine how they could have interpreted the subject in such a way.

Obedient sharing will bless others in ways you could never expect

It’s like being obedient to sharing your message, will bless others in ways you could never expect.

If someone is drawn to you, they may need to hear your song… If you are singing, the universe will bring people to you to hear your song. It may be only one person, a small group of folks or thousands of people; it doesn’t matter.

What matters is that you sing your song. So sing.

I Am What’s Wrong With the World

I am whats wrong with the worldThe world is in disrepair, the United States is in shambles… If you don’t believe me, turn on the TV and it won’t be long, you will see that our nation and the world are sliding down a slippery slope.

How did we get into this desperate cycle of degradation? I mean, here we are on the epicenter of technological advancement; it wasn’t long ago (only several generations) that there were no toothbrushes, electricity, cars, toasters, telephones, radios, televisions, let alone computers or the Internet.

It wasn’t until the 1600’s that the printing press allowed information to be controlled, doled out to the general population and used as a means to persuade collective groups of people to embrace particular types of thought. Following the 200 years of the printing press’s dominion, the propaganda strings became stronger and swifter with the introduction of better methods of communication, like the telephone, radio and television; let alone more recent technologies including the personal computer and the Internet, leading to present-day communication technologies.

And still, with all this technology that we currently hold in our hands, the world remains in a state of decline?

Things will go on as they are as long as the majority of our populace is made up of puppets manipulated by puppeteers; the one’s that consume and those who control the media.

Oh, sure, we hear rumors of people willing to “make a stand.” Only to find their efforts are fruitless, as they are silenced. The boisterous rebels willing to publicly draw a line in the sand and attempt to influence the masses, whose messages fade away as they disappear, are murdered or die of natural causes.

The only way to change the world is one person at a time, from the inside out, and it starts, here and now with me. I am the problem. I am what stands between the world as it is today and the brighter future for tomorrow.

What can I do to change who I am?

I can turn off the TV. I can reject fear and find ways to love more deeply and passionately, embrace my personal power and a more intimate connection to the source of all that is and ever will be. I can conduct my affairs with integrity, have compassion for all peoples of all nations; including those within the boundaries of the nation where I reside who see things differently than me.

My power of influence will be focused on myself and who I am; not in an effort to convert or persuade anyone to accept my unique and individual point of view on these or any other matters. I will gently and humbly share my ideas, only when prompted; and when questioned I will respect the perspective of my audience, only disseminating that which the hearer may hear in a manner that will have the best likelihood of being understood.

I will allow everyone to go it alone, to find their own way at their own pace and celebrate their right to do so because, after all, aren’t we all just doing the best we can with what we have? I know I am.

And as I focus on me and who I am, there is the possibility that someone, somewhere else is turning their attention inward in a similar manner. I believe that as the number of these empowered individuals becomes more enlightened, as their consciousness is raised, it will clear the airspace for other individuals to begin to think for themselves.

This continued individual growth of consciousness grows exponentially as the number of enlightened increases forming a collective consciousness. Once national consciousness is raised to critical mass, then we will see change; not until then.

One man cannot conduct a battle against the world, but I can fight the battle for who I am. This I can do, for this is who I am.

Consider opening your heart to who you are to be a part of this change.

The Truth and Nothing But the Truth

you cant handle the truthLet’s talk about truth…

What is truth? What does that mean to you?

How can you know whether something is true, or not?

When someone asserts an absolute, its easy to question the credibility of the messenger as well as the veracity of the message.

For anything to be true, it must be based on fact(s) and/or based in reality; though a truth could also be based on collective beliefs based on much less fact and/or reality as it is known. Truth can also be either subjective or objective.

The measure of truth highly depends on the information that is available for evaluating the prospective truth based on the perspective of the investigator.

In my own life, I have asserted many things as absolute truths based on my valuation of the material that was available at the time. Interestingly, I have lived long enough to discover that many of the things that I believed to be true, based on information that was available (or that I was fed) at the time, required reevaluation as new information came to light.

Truth in its highest form would be absolute, but who are we to assert that we could be the authority on anything? One truth about truth is, “seek and you will find.” As long as there is a quest for the truth with a desire to come to a particular outcome, some searcher, somewhere, sometime will derive the conclusion sought.

Yet, we are responsible to seek and maintain our own truths as we travel along this life’s journey; it is a sacred gift, not bestowed on other life forms on this planet. The key is to be open to the idea that truth is a moving target, ever evolving, as we observe, grow and gather information along our individual paths.

The truth, then, is as varied as we are; each of us determining our own truths from moment to moment.

What if someone does not ascribe to our idea of what is true about a particular idea or concept?

This is where one should practice the wisdom of decorum. If you maintain the belief that an idea that is true, yet it is clearly not accepted by the masses, you must proceed with caution and good judgment out of respect for your potential audience.

You are absolutely right What you believe is true Keep sharing your light with those who can hear youPeople are not able to hear any message or see anything without a proper sense of congruency to have an intellectual connection with your idea (cognitive dissonance).

Anytime someone shares an idea that I experience cognitive dissonance with, I say:

“Thank you for sharing. You are absolutely right. What you believe is true. Keep sharing your light with those who can hear you.”

If you cant think of anything positive to say repeat these words I see what you mean

If I can decipher enough congruency to get a grip on what they are trying to say form their perspective, and I am unable to find an appropriate positive or uplifting response, I simply say:

“I see what you mean.”

This allows my mind to consider understanding what the person is saying from their point of view at some time in the future.

It always amazes me, when I hear a concept – that upon the initial discovery of the idea – I find hard to believe; but, if I do not violently reject it and allow new information to be gathered and evaluated over time, the concept may begin to appear more credible. The new idea starts to become visible and possibly more credible than other ideas that I held closely previously. This concept may create a challenge for comprehension based on its conflict with old ideas in light of new information or discoveries, ergo anything is possible.

I find solace in the precept that all truth resides within the truth continuum, and that all of it, whether previously thought to be true or presently, even if only held to be true by a single individual, resides within the truth continuum. Therefore, anything and everything thought to be true, just is.

Keep an open mind. Don’t judge others for where they are in the truth continuum and do not overtly assert your ideas. Share openly but humbly, allowing your audience the opportunity to let your idea(s) sink in as they begin to collect more information, possibly challenging things that they once revered as absolute.

Debate is folly and overwhelm causes others to discard any value that your message might have.

Share compassionately, and don’t waste your efforts on those who cannot possibly comprehend what you are trying to say, but never stop… Those with the ears to hear will hear you.

I’m listening… Are you?

Be or Do Anything You Want

I’ve been in the business of helping others achieve their highest and best most of my life, it’s my life’s mission and it permeates everything that I do or say; it is who I am. I am so thankful that I was raised in an environment at a time when everything was questioned and I was given carte blanche for personal freedom and expression… and I reveled in it.

Momma always told me I could be or do anything I want (as long as I didn’t terrorize my younger brother or burn the house down).

Early on, I knew that I was a more sensitive, loving and caring person and I preferred the company of others who shared and contrasted my personal views, keeping an open mind, maintaining a certain set of beliefs while allowing others to share their views without ridicule and encouraging them to continue to share their ideas with all who can hear them. (Even at an early age, I knew that it would be a waste of time to share ideas with someone who could not understand what you were trying to say.)

you can be or do anything you wantLater in life, people referred to me as a “manifestor” for my ability to make any idea or passion come to life. People think that I am a fearless and masterful creator, when in reality, I am just like anyone else – maybe more inhibited, self-conscious and/or frightened – but refuse to let anything get in between me and my desires. So, I find the wherewithal to man-up and do what I have to do to make a thought (or dream) a reality.

People are drawn to me in search of their “reason for being” on this planet, like I would know the answer. Truth is, if you’re like me (and you are), you are accomplishing your life’s mission every day, though you may not realize it. All you have to do is to look back at your life and review (amongst other things):

• What kinds of people are attracted to me?
• What kinds of assistance do I offer others?
• What activities have brought me the greatest sense of pleasure?
• What do I love to dream or fantasize about?

This will give you an idea about what your purpose is (you can’t help but do it, even if suppressed).

In this moment it is occurring to you that you are not completely in-tune with your specific calling, certainly you could do better, and you can. You have all the skills necessary to perform at a higher level of effectiveness as you were born with the ability to be your highest and best.

You may be feeling the social twinge related to the idea, “but I have bills to pay…” Not a problem; nobody’s asking you to quit the life that you’ve built for yourself ‘til now. This is not the time for reckless abandon. But it is the time to start performing your divine function (I refer to it as my ministry) at a higher level, moonlighting part-time, and you will notice something amazing to begin to take place.

The things that you thought were only far away, distant dreams, without the possibility of being realized for you, will begin to appear, first as possibilities, then as you continue to do your work… will become more and more attracted to your current circumstance.

Then before you know it, your dream (the first of many) has come true as you realize the you can be or do anything you want. This is true self-empowerment, becoming the creator you were meant to be. After a while people will begin to call you a manifestor, and you can help others to do likewise.

Becoming your highest and best… Making all your dreams come true… Will prove to others that they can do the same… even better. That’s a gift only you can give.

Help others to believe that anything is possible.

When Lightning Strikes, Will You Be Ready?

Lightning strikes the earth 100 times every second. In the same way, potential moments of mass impact strike our lives; like lightning, we never know when or where it will strike.

Will you be ready when lightning strikes?

When lightning strikes will yu be readyI have been coaching about lightning preparedness since (edited) for a long time. Not the electrical discharges from above so much as the sudden impact of life-changing opportunity that we as planetary participants are infrequently but abruptly struck by without notice.

These lightning strikes come, generally, in two varieties; tragedy and potential good fortune. My life has been struck by both, and I’ll bet yours has, too. And chances are we will be struck again. Will we be ready?

Andy Warhol was not far off by asserting that everyone would have their 15 minutes of fame, exactly what happens when one is struck by the media lightning strike.

In terms of good fortune, if your desire is to use the lightning strike to your advantage, you must be prepared to jump and bounce the exposure to a higher level, thereby increasing the sudden impact. This enables you to convert the strike into a wave that can be ridden for a longer duration.

If you have your ducks in a row (or stacked correctly) when lightning strikes… you will have your duck feathers everywhere!

(Oh, that was bad, Masters: Bad Masters!)

Whatever your ducks represent, they are different for every person.

I work with a lot of authors, so let’s use them as an example. At the very least, an author – or potential author – must have a written book proposal for their latest book idea(s). It is not enough to have it all in your head; you must have your book proposal in written (printed and electronic) form and have the ability to access it within minutes (if not seconds).

So, when lightning strikes…

BREAKING NEWS

“I’m Rikki Number with KNOW News, live on the scene where the Space Needle was struck by lightning and has collapsed into its footprint…”

The reporter, with book proposal in hand continues, “Author, Jane Dough, whose upcoming book ‘My Last Romance in Seattle’ is soon to be released, witnessed the tragedy. Miss Dough, please tell us what you saw…”

“Well, I was on my way to meet with the artist who is working on the cover art for my latest book and I saw this bright flash of light that lit up the whole sky, and the earth shook, like a bomb went off…”

No one can know when or where lightning will strike, but if you are always in a state of preparedness, you can bounce the impact of the briefest moment to your benefit.

Without, the book proposal in hand, Jane Dough would have just been another generic passerby. Being an author increases her credibility in front of the news cameras, and because she was my client, she already had her-name-dot-com (Masters’ Branding 101) heated up and ready for the impact (potentially crashing the server from all the instantaneous heavy traffic).

This little piece of prose fiction is just to inspire your imagination. You know, beyond the shadow of doubt, that it happens every day – especially if you watch the news with any regularity – and this is just one idea.

You can probably think of examples (likely not as exaggerated as my example) that have happened to you, or someone you know.

These kinds of lightning strikes happen far more often than the electrical discharges from our atmosphere.

Ask yourself: Am I Ready?

If not, you best begin preparation today. Isn’t NOW the best time to get ‘er done? Do it now.

What Do You Do When Facing Difficulty?

Granted, most of the time, we do our best to go with the flow but invariably while on our journey (any journey; whether of love, life, or other pursuits) we find ourselves in a bit of a quandary. Drama, some unforeseen circumstance, tragedy or challenge has reared its ugly head; and there we are in the eye of the storm.

What are you going to do?

Based on time and circumstance, you options vary but in most cases – when reviewing my options – I will consider taking a more difficult approach to managing a dilemma, only IF… I can anticipate a better outcome or achieve growth through the more challenging solution for dealing with a problem.

When facing a desperate situation rise to the challenge change growthSometimes, I will take a more ambitious path to resolution, if I foresee more potential positive results and/or significant improvement in the quality of life for others.

Fortunately, I have had the opportunity (as have many of my contemporaries) to face difficult challenges – head on – and successfully survived the ordeal with enough integrity to grow personally and professionally; and having survived the ordeal has resulted in continued blessing and support for others and the community at large.

When facing a desperate situation, rise to the challenge and embrace the change that leads to growth.

Many of my clients and friends have found themselves face-to-face with the most challenging of circumstance. It is no accident, when they encounter potentially disastrous peril that they have a small team of core individuals whom they can consult prior to engaging in battle.

Based on your base personality type, you will either have a natural inclination to lean toward an aggressive approach or a passive approach to problem-solving. The wise world walker consults with his mastermind team to evaluate possible outcomes before engaging in battle to determine what would be the best tactics to use to achieve the greatest results.

Just like real-life combat, one cannot prognosticate the exact outcome(s) of a particular strategy, but you can – especially with the third-party perspectives of trusted individuals – formulate an effective game plan supporting your goals and values.

My personality leans toward the passive (while some of my contemporaries are always locked and loaded running into any situation with guns blazing), but when confronting a desperate situation, I will man-up and self-sacrificially suit-up in full regalia to protect my family, loved-ones and in some cases, the world at large.

To some, they are truly surprised when they witness the focusing of my attention and resources on a particular battlefront, though they (witnesses, or my opponent) did not realize that I possess, “a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career*,” that can be extremely effective on the battlefield. On the other hand, others may only have known me for my skills in battle.

My personal armory – and my friends’ armories – is not known by all; yours also should be kept private, acquiring and utilizing each weapon judiciously as it is needed either for challenges that you face, or on the behalf of others that may need your assistance in the future.

And each desperate situation that you face, gives you more confidence in the face of fear, the more you engage in courageous confrontations with strength and honor.
