To My Beloved Who Could Never Be

This is me, bearing all, without polish, softening, without wrapping it in spiritual language. Just the truth. My truth. The truth of a man whose heart has seen enough life to know exactly what it’s feeling.

The moment I met you, something in me shifted. Not a spark. Not a flutter. A recognition, deep, grounded, ancient.

My heart, this solid, loyal, battle-tested heart of mine, looked at you and said, “There you are.” My soul stepped forward like it had been waiting for you longer than I’ve been alive.

It didn’t make sense then. It doesn’t make sense now. It won’t ever make sense to the outside world. But to me, in that moment, everything came into focus in a way that nothing else ever has.

I fell for you; fully, immediately, without hesitation. Something in the axis of my life shifted around you. Every quiet ache, every unanswered longing, every part of me that wondered if a connection like this even existed, all of it moved toward you and found its answer.

When I’m with you I feel alive in a way that’s rare. The laughter, the ease, the way time feels different, lighter, electric, it’s real. And I know you feel that part of it, too. I see it in the way you relax, the way you smile, the way you let the world fall away for a moment.

But here’s the truth I’ve had to face:

The depth I feel does not return to me in the same way. Not in your eyes. Not in your heart. Not in the current of your soul.

You care. You enjoy the moments we share. You appreciate the unlimited potential in what the future might hold.

But you don’t meet me at the depth where I stand. And that isn’t your fault. It’s not a flaw. It’s simply the truth.

Still, I love you. Not in a desperate way, not in a way that begs or clings, but in a way that is steady, rooted, and undeniable.

So what does a man do when he feels something this strong for someone who cannot meet him in the same place?

He stands in the truth of it without demanding anything in return.

I love you quietly. I love you privately. I love you without expectation. And I pull back, deliberately, consistently, even when it costs me something to do it. Not because I want distance. Not because my feelings fade, but because letting myself fall any further toward someone who cannot catch me would break something essential in me. And I don’t allow myself to break, not like that. So I do what strength requires.

I hold myself back. I ground myself in reality. I act composed when inside I’m managing pressure no one else can see.

Each day I choose a quieter form of love, one that doesn’t disrupt your life, one that doesn’t burden your heart, one that honors both of us.

Some days that choice feels light. Other days it carries weight, but I carry it all the same, because that’s what a centered man does. He honors the truth without trying to bend it into something else.

And yes, there’s a part of me that wishes we could be a forever “us.” A real, balanced, chosen us. A love built on reciprocity, alignment, and equal depth. But wanting something doesn’t make it possible. And forcing something that isn’t mutual only destroys what was beautiful in the first place.

So I accept the reality: A “never us” protects the very thing in me you awakened. A “never us” keeps my heart intact. A “never us” is the most honest path forward.

Still, in the quiet moments, before the day begins, after the world goes dark, I think of you. Not with ache, but with truth. With gratitude. With a kind of stillness I don’t feel for many people.

I imagine other lifetimes, other timelines, other versions of us where the gap between our hearts didn’t exist. Not because I’m longing for fantasy, but because the soul has its own way of remembering possibilities. But here, in this life, in this moment, I love you from the distance that keeps us whole.

I love you from a place of choice, not need. I love you with a loyalty I didn’t ask for, but one I’m grounded enough to carry.

You may never know how deeply you’ve shifted the landscape of my inner world. You may never understand the way you’ve awakened parts of me I thought were long settled, but I know, and that is enough.

Even if we never become “us,” you will always live in the part of me that loves without condition, without demand, without regret.

Always thinking of you. Always accepting what is. Always loving you, from a distance that honors us both.

Understanding 1 Missed Paycheck Away Reframe Your Perception

When you see someone struggling on the side of the road, sleeping in their car, or standing at an intersection with a cardboard sign, it’s easy to turn your head and think, “That would never happen to me.” But the truth is, for most people in today’s world, it would take only one missed paycheck, one illness, or one accident to unravel everything.

Behind every statistic is a story. Behind every struggle is a soul doing their very best in a system that seems stacked against them.

And when we pause to see them, not as “those people,” but as us, just in different circumstances, we begin to awaken to one of the most profound human truths:

There is no “them.” There is only us.

Imagine working full-time, doing everything right, and still falling short.
You budget carefully, you stretch your dollars, you hold your breath when you swipe your debit card.

You’re not lazy. You’re not irresponsible. You’re tired.

Then life happens. Your child gets sick. Your car breaks down. Your hours get cut. And suddenly, the delicate balance holding your world together crumbles.

It doesn’t take addiction or apathy. It just takes life.

That’s the razor’s edge so many are walking, one that our culture often refuses to see.

Step 1: Reframe the Story

The first step in shifting your perception is to reframe the story you tell yourself about those who are struggling.

Instead of labeling someone as “homeless,” “jobless,” or “unstable,” try seeing them as a person in transition.

They are not defined by where they are. They are defined by where they are going, and by the same human spirit that resides in you.

Every person you meet is fighting a battle you can’t see. When you understand that, judgment gives way to empathy, and empathy opens the door to compassion.

Step 2: Cultivate Compassionate Awareness

The next step is awareness.

Compassion isn’t about guilt; it’s about presence.

When you see someone struggling, resist the urge to avert your gaze. Look at them. Even if you have nothing to give, your acknowledgment restores dignity.

Every human being has a deep need to be seen and valued. When you make eye contact and silently say, “I see you,” you are affirming their humanity, and activating the divine spark that connects us all.

That spark is what heals the world, one person at a time.

Step 3: Do What You Can, Where You Are

You don’t have to solve systemic poverty on your own.
You just have to show up with love in whatever way you can.

Here are a few simple ways to make a real difference:

    1. Carry compassion kits. Keep a few snack bags, water bottles, or hygiene items in your car to hand out when you see someone in need.
    2. Offer connection. Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t money, it’s conversation, kindness, or helping someone navigate resources.
    3. Support local shelters and programs. Many organizations are doing powerful work to bridge the gap between survival and recovery.
    4. Use your voice. Advocate for policies that support affordable housing, fair wages, and healthcare access.
    5. Stay humble. Remember that privilege isn’t permanent, and gratitude is the seed of generosity.

When you act from compassion, you’re not just helping others, you’re healing the collective.

Step 4: Shift from Judgment to Gratitude

It’s easy to see someone in crisis and feel fear, what if that happens to me? But that fear can become fuel for gratitude.

Instead of judging someone’s hardship, say, “Thank You, God, for reminding me how precious stability is.”

Let their struggle soften you, not harden you. Let it remind you to be grateful for the small things, the roof over your head, the food on your table, the safety of your loved ones.

That gratitude becomes a magnet for miracles, drawing more goodness into your life.

Step 5: Become a Bridge

When you open your heart to the truth that we are all connected, you stop walking past people, you start walking with them.

You become a bridge between hopelessness and hope, despair and possibility, fear and faith.

Every act of compassion raises the vibration of humanity. When you choose empathy over judgment, you are literally changing the frequency of the planet.

You may not fix every problem, but you become part of the solution.

It Starts with Me

We are all travelers on the same road. Some of us just hit a few more potholes along the way. So stay humble. Stay kind. And when you see someone who’s fallen, reach down, not with pity, but with love, understanding, and respect.

Because in another version of your story, that could be you.
And in lifting them, you lift yourself, and the world around you.

Be the one who sees. Be the one who cares. Be the one who loves.

That’s how we heal humanity, one heart, one choice, one act of kindness at a time.

Beyond the Hive Mind: Leading with Purpose in an Age of Confusion

You’ve probably noticed it. the world feels noisier than ever. Everyone’s fighting to be heard. Everyone’s got a truth to defend, a system to dismantle, or a narrative to push. The more you look around, the more you realize: it’s not just politics, religion, or media anymore. It’s something deeper. Humanity itself is splintering into what I call hive-mind factions, each group convinced it alone holds the key to reality.

And somewhere in all of that confusion, the real leaders, the heart-centered visionaries, the healers, the builders, are waking up to a greater truth: You don’t have to join the fight to make a difference. You only need to stay focused on your Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission, and lead from there.

Think of our species as one great nervous system, billions of synapses firing at once. The digital world connected us, but it also made every impulse visible, the fear, the love, the outrage, the hope.

Now the collective mind is fracturing into tribes of influence:

    • Mainstream Media tells us what’s safe to believe.
    • Subversive Media insists everything is a lie.
    • The Spiritual Hive calls for awakening and ascension.
    • The Religious Hive clings to tradition and righteousness.
    • The Parasitic Hive thrives on our attention, fear, and division.
    • And the Algorithmic Hive, the unseen one, keeps us scrolling, amplifying whatever emotion keeps us engaged the longest.

Each side points to the others as the problem. But the real issue isn’t who’s right or wrong. It’s that we’ve forgotten how to hold still in the storm.

Your attention is the most valuable resource on Earth. Every headline, hashtag, and heated debate is a fishing line, cast into your consciousness, hoping you’ll bite.

The more divided your attention, the more control the system gains. The more outraged you become, the easier you are to predict.

So, what’s the solution? It’s not to unplug from life, it’s to reclaim your focus and direct it toward the reason you’re here.

That reason is your Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission. That’s your compass. It doesn’t move when the world shakes.

Real leaders in this new age aren’t defined by how loud they are, but by how clear they are. They’ve stopped trying to solve every global crisis or decode every conspiracy. They know that’s not their mission. They’re not tuning out, they’re tuning up.

They’ve learned to say:

“That’s important work, but it’s not my lane.”
“I respect those who are called to that, but my calling is elsewhere.”

That’s not ignorance, that’s wisdom. You’re not here to fix everything. You’re here to become fully yourself, to express the gift that only you carry.

The world’s systems are designed to pull you in, to make you think you must have an opinion about everything. But purpose-driven leaders see through that. They recognize that every person has a divine assignment.

Some are called to investigate.
Some are called to heal.
Some are called to build bridges.
Some are called to shine light into the darkest corners.

And you? You’re called to do your part.

When you focus on your mission, you naturally empower those who focus on theirs. That’s how a global awakening actually works, not by fighting over whose truth is truer, but by each person living their own truth with integrity.

The Five Characteristics of the Purpose-Centered Leader

    1. Clarity: You know why you’re here, and you don’t let noise rewrite that purpose.
    2. Discernment: You can listen without absorbing. You extract wisdom, not confusion.
    3. Compassion: You honor others’ paths without judgment or superiority.
    4. Focus: You protect your attention as sacred fuel.
    5. Trust: You move with divine timing, not panic or pressure.

This is not retreat; it’s mastery. When you operate from this place, you become a stabilizing force, a calm center others can lean on.

There comes a point when you realize you don’t have to join every battle to win the war for your own soul. You step back, breathe, and remember:

“This is not my storm. My mission is the light.”

That’s when you move from reaction to creation. You stop feeding the hive and start feeding humanity.

Each time you choose peace over panic, truth over fear, love over division, you help recalibrate the whole collective mind. This is leadership in its purest form: quiet, consistent alignment with your higher purpose.

When the world demands that you take a side, shout louder, or pick a fight, return to this:

I am here on purpose.
I walk the path that was written for me.
I honor others on theirs.
My focus is sacred.
My peace is my protest.
My purpose is my power.

The time has come for a new kind of leader, one who’s not hypnotized by the hive but harmonized with the higher plan. We are not here to argue over whose truth is greater, but to become truth, embodied, compassionate, and creative.

Let the reformers reform.
Let the researchers research.
Let the broadcasters broadcast.

And let you be the living example of purpose in action. That’s how we change the world, not by out-shouting it, but by out-shining it.

So, stay on mission. Guard your focus. Keep your light steady.

You’re not escaping the world, you’re elevating it. And when enough of us do that, the hive mind won’t fracture anymore… It will finally wake up.

How to Find Your Life Purpose

You were not born by accident. There’s something deep within you, something that won’t be satisfied until you unlock it, live it, and share it with the world. That something is your Life Purpose.

Most people spend their entire lives feeling like something’s missing. They work jobs they don’t love, chase dreams that aren’t really theirs, and numb the pain with distractions, addictions, and busyness. But deep inside, their heart keeps whispering, “There’s something more.”

That whisper is the call to purpose. And answering that call will change your life.

What Is Life Purpose?

Your Life Purpose is the reason you’re here. It’s the sacred why behind everything that resonates with your soul. It’s more than a job or a role, it’s a divine assignment that only you can fulfill.

You may not know what it is yet, and that’s okay. Finding your Life Purpose isn’t about waking up one day and suddenly knowing everything. It’s a process. A journey. One that unfolds as you step into alignment with who you really are.

Signs You Haven’t Found Your Purpose Yet

You may feel:

    • Disconnected from your work or relationships
    • Like you’re drifting or lacking direction
    • Frustrated by a sense of unfulfillment
    • Caught in survival mode but hungry for meaning
    • Like you’re wasting your potential

If any of that rings true, take a breath.
You’re exactly where you need to be to begin.

The Journey Begins with Listening

To find your Life Purpose, you have to tune in to your inner voice, the one that’s been drowned out by years of noise, conditioning, and expectations.

Start by asking:

    • What did I love doing as a child before the world told me who to be?
    • When do I feel most alive, most “me”?
    • What do people naturally come to me for?
    • What breaks my heart or stirs me to take action?
    • What would I do for free, just because it brings me joy?

These questions aren’t tests with right or wrong answers. They’re mirrors, reflecting what your soul already knows.

The Purpose Activation Process (A Brief Overview)

Here’s a simplified version of what I teach in my book. This process will help you begin to uncover your Life Purpose:

    1. Unearth Your Truth

Set aside time to be quiet and reflect. Journal. Meditate. Pray. Ask your higher self for guidance. Clues are buried beneath the noise of everyday life. You’ll start to see themes and patterns emerge.

    1. Explore Your Story

Your life experiences, especially the hard ones, are not random. They’ve shaped you, taught you, and prepared you to help others who are going through similar things.

    1. Connect to Service

Your Life Purpose always involves serving others in some way. Not because you have to, but because it fills you with joy to do so.

    1. Align and Act

Once you have a sense of what your purpose might be, take action, even if it’s small. Purpose becomes clearer as you walk it out. You don’t need a five-year plan. You just need the next right step.

Your Life Will Never Be the Same

When you start living on purpose, everything changes.

You wake up with fire in your soul.
You attract opportunities that resonate with your core truth.
You experience more peace, more clarity, and a sense of rightness that no paycheck or applause could ever bring.

And the people around you? They’ll feel it. They’ll be drawn to your light. Your purpose will ripple out, changing lives you may never even know about.

Take Your Dot-Com Investment Seriously No Abandonment Issues

So, you’ve just attended a seminar, got inspired by the idea of creating your own website, and rushed out to grab your first dot-com. You set up a few pages, maybe a “Coming Soon” banner, and feel a wave of pride wash over you. “I did it! I’m online!” But then… nothing. Days turn into weeks. Weeks into months. You tell yourself you’ll get around to it someday. You have other things to do. Life happens.

What you don’t realize is that owning a domain, your own digital real estate, is like buying that abandoned apartment building downtown for $5,000. It’s a bargain only if you do something with it.

The Parable of the Forgotten Building

Imagine walking past a city noticeboard where they’re auctioning off old properties. You see a four-story apartment building listed for $5,000. Just for fun, you scribble your name on the form and forget about it.

The next day, you get a call: You’re the proud owner of the building.

At first, you’re excited. You check it out, it’s been sitting empty for years. The paint is peeling, a few windows are broken, but the lawn is neatly mowed. You think, “I can fix this up. Maybe turn it into something beautiful.”

You even have a plan: fix up one apartment as an office, move in a manager friend for free rent, renovate one unit at a time, rent them out, build income, and eventually restore the whole place.

But your heart’s not in it. Other priorities call. You get busy.

Months later, the city calls: the lawn’s overgrown. Your manager’s gone. The windows are broken again. Then comes the tax bill, $11,000. You pay it once, then give up the next year. The city repossesses the property.

A smart investor swoops in, pays $110,000 for it, and within a year, sells it for $2.7 million. You see the listing. And your stomach drops. That could have been you.

Your Dot-Com Is Digital Real Estate

Your website is the same. That little domain you bought for ten bucks a year might seem like nothing, but it’s a piece of digital land.

And just like real property, its value grows with what you build on it.

    • Add structure (your content, products, and message).
    • Add curb appeal (your branding and design).
    • Add management (your email list, followers, and consistency).
    • And you’ve created something that can build income, attract opportunity, and serve your mission.

But neglect it, and it falls into disrepair.

Others will notice. Someone will see the potential you didn’t, and when your registration lapses or your domain expires, they’ll snatch it up. Maybe they’ll even build your dream on the land you abandoned.

What Happens When You Let It Go

I’ve seen it happen too many times. Coaches, authors, healers, and entrepreneurs start strong, get distracted, and let their domains expire.

Months or years later, they decide to relaunch their brand, only to find their name now redirects to a gambling site, a crypto scam, or worse… a competitor.

They call me, devastated. “David, that was my name. My brand. My story.”

It doesn’t matter. Someone else owns it now.

And like that apartment building, the price to get it back can be staggering, sometimes in the thousands, sometimes in the millions.

Build, Maintain, and Protect Your Digital Legacy

Here’s the truth: Owning your own dot-com isn’t optional anymore, it’s essential.

Social media platforms come and go. Algorithms change. But your website, your domain, is the one place online that you truly own.

It’s your headquarters. Your publishing house. Your legacy.

If you let it sit idle, it won’t just stagnate, it’ll cost you in ways you can’t imagine yet.

So, treat your domain like that apartment building. Keep the lawn trimmed. Keep the lights on. Move tenants in. Make it shine. Because someday, you’ll look back and either say, “I’m glad I built that,” or “I wish I hadn’t let it go.”

Your dot-com is more than a website. It’s your name, your message, your purpose, all in one place. Don’t let neglect turn your digital opportunity into someone else’s windfall.

Start now. Build something real. You’ll thank yourself later.

How to Create Your Digital Product Masterpiece

Start Building Your Legacy Today

If you don’t already have your own dot-com, get one today. If you do, open it up, dust it off, and breathe life into it. Add your message, your mission, your voice.

Your website isn’t just a marketing tool, it’s the cornerstone of your divine purpose in the digital age. It’s where your story lives, your clients find you, and your legacy begins.

You don’t have to build it all at once. Just start. One page. One post. One idea. Plant the seed, nurture it, and watch it grow into something that represents you. Because one day, you’ll realize your dot-com wasn’t just a domain name, it was your destiny waiting to be claimed.

Quaternity of Purpose: Purpose, Message, Passion and Mission

Everyone comes to this planet with a divine assignment, a sacred thread woven into the very fabric of their being. It’s not just one thing. It’s a symphony of four powerful elements: your Life Purpose, your Message, your Passion, and your Mission. Together, these form what I call the Quaternity of Purpose.

When aligned, this quaternity becomes an unstoppable force, igniting your inner fire and amplifying your ability to make a meaningful difference in the world. This is your call to higher service, to live your best life, and to light the way for others.

Let’s walk through each part of the Quaternity and how you can begin to discover and activate each one.

  1. Life Purpose: Why You Are Here

Your Life Purpose is the reason you were born. It’s the core truth about who you are and what you’re meant to bring into the world. It’s not a job title or a task, it’s your sacred “why.”

How to Discover It:

    • Reflect on moments in your life when you felt truly alive and aligned.
    • Ask: “If I could fix just one thing in the world, what would it be?”
    • Pay attention to what others naturally seek you out for.
    • Use your pain as a clue, often, our greatest purpose is hidden inside our deepest wounds.

Activation Prompt:

“I was born to…” (fill in the blank)

Want to go deeper? The book How to Find Your Life Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission offers powerful journaling and reflection exercises that will unearth your true reason for being.

  1. Message: What You’re Here to Say

Your Message is the truth you carry inside, the core idea, insight, or lesson that your life represents. It’s the lighthouse of your soul that shines for others who are lost in the dark.

How to Discover It:

    • Ask yourself, “If I had 2 minutes to speak to the world, what would I say?”
    • Reflect on what values or truths keep coming up in your conversations or writing.
    • What do you deeply believe that others often forget or overlook?

Activation Prompt:

“My message to the world is…” (complete this sentence)

Your message becomes a calling card for your soul. It will shine through your words, your work, and your presence. And in the book, you’ll find tools to refine and elevate your message so it connects deeply with others.

  1. Passion: What Lights You Up

Your Passion is the fuel. It’s what makes you come alive. It’s the energy that propels you into action and keeps you moving, even in the face of resistance.

How to Discover It:

    • What makes you lose track of time?
    • What could you do all day long, even if no one paid you?
    • What topics, causes, or experiences make your heart beat faster?
    • Look to your childhood dreams, what did you love before the world told you who to be?

Activation Prompt:

“I feel most passionate when I’m…” (what are you doing and how does it feel?)

Passion is not optional, it’s essential. Without it, purpose becomes a chore. The book includes exercises to reignite your passion if it’s gone dim.

  1. Mission: How You Deliver It to the World

Your Mission is the vehicle. It’s how you take your Purpose, Message, and Passion, and translate it into something that helps others. It’s what you do.

How to Discover It:

    • Ask: “Who am I called to serve?”
    • What needs exist in the world that your gifts can help solve?
    • What type of work, service, or expression feels like a natural extension of who you are?
    • What legacy would you like to leave behind?

Activation Prompt:

“My mission is to…” (do what, for whom, and why?)

Mission gives your life movement and structure. In the book, you’ll find frameworks for building your mission into a project, brand, business, ministry, or movement.

Align With Your Quaternity

This is your sacred alignment, your Quaternity of Purpose.

Run everything you’re planning through this 4-part alignment test:

Element Ask Yourself…
Purpose Does this serve my higher “why”?
Message Is my truth being clearly shared?
Passion Am I energized and excited about doing this work?
Mission Is this helping the people I’m called to serve?

If the answer is “yes” across the board, you’re on the right track.

Accused of Love, Growth, and Toxic Positivity

As an Olympian Life Coach, I’ve been called a lot of things; some kind, some not so much. I’ve been labeled “The Love Guru,” accused of spreading “toxic positivity,” and even scolded by well-meaning Christians who say I’ve gone off the rails because I devote my life and abilities to anyone, people from every walk of life, from every belief system, every background. “You’re co-mingling with the lost,” they say. Honestly? That kind of cracks me up. Because if I’m being attacked from every possible angle, it tells me I’m doing something right, I’m not choosing sides, I’m choosing love.

When I scroll through social media, I see brave souls who dare to lead with their hearts, to be open, vulnerable, and authentic, and they’re attacked for it. Trolls and wounded people come out swinging, desperate to find some sense of control or purpose. For a fleeting moment, tearing someone else down gives them a spark of significance.

And as strange as it sounds, I say, good for them.

If criticizing someone is the only way they can feel a little better about themselves today, I hope it helps. Because there’s so much despair in the world, and sometimes even the smallest relief from pain is the best a person can find.

Unless you walk in my world, the world of coaching, healing, transformation, you might never see how close to the edge some people live every single day. For some, just waking up is a victory. Just breathing is a miracle. To attack someone who’s hanging on by a thread? That’s more than unkind, it’s inhuman.

Inhumanity isn’t about cruelty on a battlefield or evil in a headline, it’s the quiet, everyday lack of compassion. It’s the refusal to let another person have their dignity, their struggle, their own process of becoming.

And this modern state of extreme polarity, “If you don’t think like me, I hate you,” only feeds that inhumanity. I see it every day.

When I work with someone breaking free from a toxic relationship, I know what’s coming; I’ll be attacked. Not by the one who’s healing, but by the abuser who feels their control slipping away. People on the antisocial spectrum, narcissists, sociopaths, and psychopaths, are masters of manipulation. They rally others to shame, ridicule, or destroy anyone who threatens their grip on another soul. They’re skilled at turning healing into heresy.

People often see my clients in a moment of transformation, not the beginning, not the end, but a single snapshot of their becoming. They might look overly enthusiastic, radiant, hopeful, even too positive. And someone will whisper, “That’s toxic positivity.”

What they don’t realize is that they’re witnessing the messy middle, the moment where the light first breaks through the storm clouds. Granted, they have not progressed to a state of balance, and who could blame them for being a little over-excited about a significant life-change. (I know, I’ve done it.)

Should we judge a butterfly by the awkwardness of its chrysalis?

Growth is never linear. It’s a constant metamorphosis. You’ll see glimpses of both darkness and light in people as they evolve. Some are learning how to hold joy for the first time without guilt. Some are just discovering what hope feels like again. And yes, it might look too bright, but I’d rather see too much light than none at all.

“Toxic positivity” is when optimism becomes denial, when we force a smile to avoid pain, suppress our emotions, or shame others for feeling sad, angry, or broken. It’s the refusal to acknowledge the full human experience, pretending everything’s fine when it’s not.

But real positivity isn’t toxic. It’s compassionate. It says, “Yes, this hurts, but we can still find meaning, growth, and love here.”

Toxic positivity dismisses pain. True positivity integrates it.

Toxic spirituality is similar, it’s when people use spiritual language to bypass reality. “Everything happens for a reason,” “You manifested this,” “Just raise your vibration,” all valid ideas in the right context, but when used to dismiss real suffering, they become weapons instead of wisdom.

Real spirituality walks with the broken, not around them.

So maybe, before we judge someone for being “too positive,” “too spiritual,” or “too open,” we can pause and remember that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have, in the moment they’re in.

If you catch someone in the act of transformation, celebrate them. Don’t tear them down. Because love isn’t toxic. Growth isn’t fake. And the heart that dares to feel deeply is not weak, it’s divine.

I love you, and I believe that growth and change are waiting for you just around the corner.

Toxic vs. Authentic Growth

Speak Your Soul: Uncovering and Embracing Your Life’s Message

There comes a point on your journey when you’ve begun to awaken, when the fog of confusion begins to lift, and you start sensing that your life has more meaning than you’ve previously allowed yourself to believe. You’ve wrestled with your purpose, you’ve faced the inner calling… and now something wants to be said. That something is your message.

Your message is not just what you say, it’s who you are, it’s how your soul speaks through you to the world. It’s the essence of your experience and truth, distilled into a form that others can recognize, feel, and be transformed by.

But how do you uncover it? How do you know it’s your message? How do you share it without fear, without holding back?

Let’s walk through the process of discovering and activating your message, the second element in what I call your Quaternity of Purpose: Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission.

Step 1: Feel What’s Dying to Come Out

You already carry your message deep within. It’s in your story, your scars, your victories, and your truth. But many people silence that inner voice. Why?

Because speaking your truth often feels risky.

But here’s the secret: The message you’re afraid to speak is often the exact message you were born to deliver.

Sit in quiet reflection and ask:
“What truth have I lived that the world needs to hear?”
“If I could only tell one story, what would it be—and why would it matter?”

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to be willing to listen.

Step 2: Clarify the Core

Your message is not a slogan. It’s a sacred echo of your lived truth. But to reach others, you must distill it.

Ask yourself:

      • What lessons have I learned the hard way?
      • What beliefs do I hold that challenge the status quo?
      • What change do I want to help create in the world?

From here, your message begins to take shape. For example:

“No matter how broken you feel, healing is possible.”
“You don’t need permission to pursue your dream.”
“True success starts from within, not outside accolades.”

Your message should be short, powerful, and true.

Step 3: Own It

Once your message becomes clear, fear often shows up. Who am I to say this? What if people don’t understand me?

Here’s the thing: someone out there is desperately waiting for someone like you to stand up and say it out loud.

So own your message. Speak it boldly. Live it deeply.

When your message aligns with your life’s purpose, it becomes magnetic.
People don’t just hear you; they feel you.

And that’s what changes lives.

Step 4: Share It

You don’t have to shout from the rooftops or become a global speaker (unless that’s your path). You can share your message in many ways:

      • One-on-one conversations
      • Writing, blogging, or podcasting
      • Art, music, or creative expression
      • Coaching or mentoring
      • Quiet leadership by example

Your message isn’t about volume. It’s about vibration.

When you share from the heart, those meant to hear you will listen.

Your message is your gift to the world. It’s how your pain becomes purpose. It’s how your truth becomes transformation, for others and for yourself.

If you’re feeling the stirrings of a message that wants to be born, it’s time.

You don’t have to do it alone.

I invite you to explore the full process of discovering your Quaternity of Purpose—your Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission—in my book:

How to Find Your Life Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission
This book walks you step-by-step through the awakening of your divine calling and helps you craft a legacy that lasts.

Because your message matters.

The world needs your light.

Speak your soul.

Maximize Your Passion: Reignite What Life Tried to Take From You

There is a spark inside of you. Maybe you’ve heard it before. Maybe you’ve felt it. Maybe you’ve even chased it… before life knocked the wind out of your sails. You’re not alone. If you’re reading this, it’s because you’re ready to reclaim the power that was yours all along.

The Truth About Passion

Passion is the fuel that sets your soul on fire. It’s the internal drive that makes everything you do feel alive with purpose. It’s the heartbeat of your destiny. But what happens when that passion has been buried by years of disappointment, trauma, betrayal, or just plain survival mode?

Here’s the truth they didn’t tell you growing up: Your passion can never truly be destroyed. It may be hidden, buried beneath layers of fear or forgotten under the weight of responsibilities and external expectations, but it’s still there.

You may have been born into situations that tried to steal your light. You may have suffered things that were beyond your control, things you didn’t deserve. Systems, people, principalities and powers that said, “No, not you.” But here’s what I want to say to you today:

Yes, YOU.

Yes, you are still called. Yes, you still matter. Yes, your passion can still change the world.

When the World Tries to Dim Your Fire

You weren’t born broken. You were born with a powerful purpose and an unshakable spark. But if your life was like mine, maybe people around you couldn’t see that light, or worse, they tried to snuff it out.

Maybe your parents didn’t understand you. Maybe you were told your dreams were “unrealistic.” Maybe religion, school, culture, or abuse tried to force you into a mold you were never meant to fit.

Whatever it was, it didn’t destroy you. It refined you.

You didn’t come this far just to feel numb and disconnected.

Rediscovering What Excites You

Let’s cut through the noise. Passion is not something someone gives you. It’s something you uncover. It’s what you were always meant to do.

Here are a few quick questions to help you begin uncovering your passion (yes, even if it’s been buried for years):

      • What were you naturally drawn to as a child before someone told you to “grow up”?
      • When do you feel most alive, even now?
      • What do you secretly dream about doing if no one else’s opinion mattered?
      • What injustice, problem, or cause stirs something deep inside of you?
      • Who are the people you feel called to help or inspire?

Start there. Sit with these questions. Journal them. Pray over them. Meditate. Your passion is encoded in your very DNA. It’s not something new you need to create, it’s something ancient you need to remember.

The Power of Passion in Purpose

Once you reconnect with your passion, everything shifts.

You’re not dragging yourself through life anymore, you’re running toward destiny.

In my book, How to Find Your Life Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission, we explore the Quaternity of Purpose: Purpose, Message, Passion, and Mission. Passion is the engine that turns your Purpose into fuel. Without passion, it’s all theory. With it, it becomes momentum.

This is why rediscovering your passion is not optional—it’s essential.

It lights the path.
It pulls you forward.
It activates your voice.
It aligns your soul.

What If You Still Feel Stuck?

That’s okay. Be gentle with yourself. You didn’t bury your passion overnight, and you don’t have to uncover it overnight either.

Start small.

Do something that brings you joy, even if it seems silly or insignificant. Follow the breadcrumbs of enthusiasm. You don’t need to leap tall buildings in a single bound. You just need to move one step closer every day.

And if fear rises up? That’s a good sign. It means you’re heading in the right direction.

Get Ready to Get Excited Again

This is your moment.

Not yesterday. Not ten years ago. Now.

You don’t have to stay frozen by the past. You don’t have to remain stuck in a life that doesn’t reflect your soul. You’re not too late. You’re not too old. You’re not too broken.

Your passion is waiting to meet you again.

Get excited. Because once you unlock your passion, it will unlock everything ahead of you.

      • The calling.
      • The clarity.
      • The community.
      • The income.
      • The healing.

It all flows from passion that aligns with your Purpose, Message, and Mission.

You’re not just chasing a dream, you’re becoming who you were born to be.

Your Mission: The Execution of Your Life Purpose to Change the World

You didn’t come here to play small. Deep inside you, there’s something stirring, something divine. That’s your life purpose. And while discovering it is a huge leap forward, it doesn’t stop there. Finding your purpose is only the beginning. Your mission is where the real work begins, and where your destiny takes flight.

Your mission is how you bring your purpose into the world. It’s your boots-on-the-ground strategy to take what you came here to do and make it real. Tangible. Impactful. Your mission is the map, the vehicle, and the momentum behind the life you were always meant to live.

From Vision to Action

So many people get inspired about their purpose, maybe even catch glimpses of their message or feel the fire of their passion, but they stop short of doing anything with it.

Why?

Because this part – mission – is where it gets real.

But hear me now: your mission is your sacred assignment. It’s not just what you could do; it’s what you must do. It’s how your gifts become your legacy. And the best part? You’re not just changing your life. You’re transforming the lives of others, and by doing so, you’re helping to shape a better world.

What Is a Mission?

Your mission is the execution of your purpose through action. It’s the delivery system for your message, the vehicle that your passion drives.

It’s how you:

    • Serve others in alignment with your purpose
    • Monetize your talents and create sustainable success
    • Expand your reach, visibility, and impact
    • Inspire others to do the same
    • Grow into the highest version of yourself

Whether it’s a business, a ministry, a movement, a message, or a lifestyle platform, your mission is how you show up for the world in power.

Why You Must Self-Fund Your Purpose

One of the biggest myths about mission work is that it must be done for free, or that someone else will fund your vision. But the truth is, when you execute your mission properly, it not only sustains itself, it funds your life.

The days of the starving visionary are over. In the new paradigm, purpose and prosperity walk hand in hand.

When you align your purpose with a clear message, ignite it with your passion, and carry it out through your mission, abundance naturally flows. Not because you’re chasing money, but because you’re delivering value from your highest truth.

Self-funding your mission doesn’t just make it sustainable. It makes it scalable. You’ll have more energy, more freedom, and more resources to keep growing, evolving, and lifting others.

And that’s what this is all about.

How to Activate Your Mission

      1. Clarify Your Message
Your mission starts with a message. What do you believe? What do you stand for? What’s the truth you feel called to deliver to others?
      2. Identify Your Vehicle
Will you coach, teach, speak, write, lead, serve, invent, heal, build, innovate? Your mission has a medium. Find it.
      3. Create a Plan
Don’t wait for everything to be perfect. Map out your next 90 days. How will you begin? Who will you serve? What will you create?
      4. Monetize with Integrity
Determine how your mission can support your life. Your gifts deserve to be compensated. Charge what your value is worth—because the more you receive, the more you can give.
      5. Build a System
Your mission needs a structure. Systems allow you to multiply your reach, help more people, and keep your life in balance.
      6. Grow with Grace
As your mission expands, you’ll evolve too. Keep raising your energy, frequency, and vibration. Surround yourself with people who inspire you. Never stop growing.

Inspire the Evolution of Others

As you execute your mission, you become an example. People will watch your journey. They’ll see your courage, your growth, your authenticity, and your results. And they’ll think to themselves, Maybe I can do this too.

That’s how the world changes.

One person, fully aligned with purpose, on fire with passion, boldly sharing their message, and living out their mission, becomes a lighthouse. That lighthouse draws others out of the fog and into the light of their own calling.

That person could be you.

You’re Ready

This is your time. You’ve been through the fire. You’ve faced the doubt, the delay, the detours. But all of that was preparing you for what comes next.

Your mission is the stage. Step up and step into it.
