Limiting Unlimited Possibilities

By limiting your belief system, you prevent your mind from having access to all the limitless possibilities which exist all around us both seen and unseen.

Unless you only believe in unlimited possibilities amidst a vast universe, chances are you possess (as we all do) limiting beliefs. A limiting belief is a structure of thought which precludes any other possibilities. Yet you live in a world of unlimited possibilities. By sealing the confines of your mind safely within the box of a limited belief, little else is possible to, or accessible by, you outside the box.

On a basic level, let’s take a look at some basic limiting beliefs, like,

“I’m not good enough,”

This is a statement which substantiates your unworthiness to be a recipient of all the best things in life waiting to show themselves to you in a real, meaningful way. All these things are eager to be revealed to you, but your limiting belief excludes their possibilities from your experience, and so it is.

There are many variations of the not good enough limitation, including (but not limited to) being unlovable, bored, ugly, stupid, worthless, abnormal, undeserving, or a bad person, to name a few. And what you believe is definitively true for you. This not only becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy, it becomes your reality. For you, no possibilities exist outside the box of your limiting belief.

Fortunately, there is a very simple mind hack you can use to allow the existence of infinite possibility. It may take a minute for you to open your mind to it, but with a little effort you can accomplish such a feat.

Leading edge scientists are notorious for box-like thinking. They make a discovery and build a box around their idea and say, “this is truth.” Only science doesn’t stop there, it keeps going, digging deeper and deeper, until the box which once represented truth is proven to be nothing more than a step in the right direction but only a limiting belief.

For highly motivated expanding scientists, they do not see the latest discovery as definitive, only a hint that there is much more to be found on the other side of it. These are the ground-breaking discoverers of new ideas, new possibilities, new realities, because they refuse to be limited by limiting statements of facts. Facts which should always be subjected to new perspectives, experimentation, and testing, drilling down to deeper levels of understanding.

With all this scientific exploration, scientists end up looking at the universe through new eyes as they end up looking straight into the vastness of all that is. It is not uncommon for a scientist to say something like, “We’ve become so knowledgeable about so much, that we’ve discovered we don’t know anything.” Or, more correctly, “We can’t know anything,” in its fullness. Anything that can be known is only a hint of what is possible.

So, it is with your limiting beliefs. Sure, there is safety in the box for ignorance is bliss. It’s easier to say all those things outside the box don’t exist, than to deal with the thought of their possibilities.

If you are unworthy of being loved, then true love will be unable to become a part of your reality. A part of you rationalizes this as safety for if you do not have love, you will not be vulnerable enough to be exposed or hurt. Thus, the need for the constraints of your limiting belief because the idea of infinite possibility in love, or any other subject matter, is just too chaotic and potentially dangerous.

That does not mean that other possibilities don’t exist outside your world.
You are given glimpses of other possibilities, which if entertained even briefly, would make you think there may be other possibilities besides those beliefs to which you’ve confined yourself to.

You may feel as though love is not a possibility for you, and so it is not. But every once and a while you witness a couple in a true love relationship. Even for the briefest moment, you consider the possibilities which exist outside the box of your limiting beliefs.

As much as we might believe that we (humanity as recorded by the history we believe to be true) are the only inhabitants of this planet, regularly archeologists uncover the remains of civilizations which existed long before our arrival.

Regardless of what you believe, there exist infinite possibilities beyond whatever you think. Or not.

Healing Without Medicine and Discovering Alternative Therapy

As we go through life, sometimes we feel things in our bodies that our minds can’t quite explain. These feelings, like when things seem to happen at the right time or when we get better without medicine, make us think about how our minds, bodies, and energy are connected.

Healing isn’t always about taking pills or going to the doctor. Sometimes, we can feel better by tapping into the energy around us. This energy is like a giant invisible field that’s part of us and everything around us. Today, we’re going to explore this idea together.

Let’s examine the different ways people have tried to use energy to help the body heal. It’s like going on an adventure to learn new things about staying healthy and feeling good. Are you ready to learn with me?

A New Idea for Feeling Better: Energy Healing

Energy healing is a unique way of thinking about getting better that goes beyond what doctors usually do. It is based on the idea that we’re not just bodies but also made of energy. Our thoughts, feelings, and even what we want can affect how healthy we are. By working with this energy, we might be able to help our bodies heal in a way that considers everything—our bodies, our feelings, our thoughts, and even our spirit.

We’re not saying energy healing is better than going to the doctor. Instead, it’s like adding something new to our thinking about staying healthy. Instead of only treating symptoms, we try to find out why we’re sick in the first place and fix that, too. As we learn more, we can see how energy healing might fit into our plans for staying healthy.

What is Energy Healing?

When we first hear about energy healing, it might sound strange or complex. But if we break it down, it’s simple. The main idea is that we’re made of energy, just like everything around us. Every part of us has its own unique energetic frequency, and when that frequency gets out of tune, we might not feel so good.

Energy healing tries to fix these imbalances. It’s like getting everything back in order so our bodies can do what they’re supposed to do—heal themselves. There are lots of different ways people do energy healing, but they all believe in the idea of balancing energy to help us feel better.

The Science Behind Energy Healing

Even though energy healing might sound like magic, there’s science behind it. Scientists have found that everything in the world – including us – is made of energy. Even though we can’t see it, we’re all vibrating with energy all the time.

When this energy gets out of balance, we might feel sick or upset. Energy healing works by finding and fixing these imbalances so our bodies can get back to feeling good. It’s not a replacement for going to the doctor, but it might also help us feel better when we get medical help.

Our Minds and Healing

What we think and feel can also affect how we heal. Focusing on positive things like love and happiness can help our bodies heal faster. But if we’re always thinking about bad stuff, like being scared or stressed, it can make us feel worse.

Being aware of and feeling into our thoughts and feelings can help our bodies heal better. It’s like giving ourselves a pep talk to feel better inside and out. We can find new ways to stay healthy and happy when we understand this and work with it.

7 Ways to Help Your Body Feel Better

When we talk about energy healing, we talk about many different ways to help our bodies and minds feel better. Each method has its ideas and practices, but all aim to bring balance and healing by working with the energy inside us. Let’s take a look at seven exciting energy-healing techniques:

Reiki: Using Universal Energy to Heal

Reiki comes from Japan and is about using “universal life energy” to heal. Reiki encompasses the idea that there’s energy flowing through everything alive, and when this energy gets blocked, we can feel sick or unbalanced. Reiki practitioners learn to let this energy flow through their hands to help others feel better. It’s a gentle practice that can help us relax, reduce stress, and feel more balanced emotionally and mentally.

Shamanic Energy Healing: Ancient Wisdom for Wellness

Shamanic energy healing is an old practice found in many indigenous cultures worldwide. It believes that when we feel sick or sad, it’s because we’ve lost a part of ourselves or our energy isn’t flowing right. Shamans are like spiritual guides, using rituals, drums, and sometimes plants to connect with the spirit world and bring back what’s missing. This way of healing isn’t just about fixing the problem but understanding why it’s there in the first place.

Soul Retrieval Through Hypnotherapy: Finding What’s Missing

Sometimes, traumatic events can make us feel like we’ve lost a part of ourselves. Soul retrieval through hypnotherapy is a way to find and put those lost pieces back together. It works by putting us in a relaxed state so we can explore our thoughts and memories deeply. Finding and restoring these lost parts can make us feel even more whole, powerful, and at peace.

Sound Baths: Relaxing with Sound

Sound baths use the power of different sounds to help us relax and heal. They are based on the idea that our bodies are like musical instruments, and sometimes, the notes get out of tune. Instruments like gongs and singing bowls produce particular sounds to help us feel more balanced and calm. When we listen to these sounds, it’s like giving our bodies a nice, soothing bath.

Shamanic Reiki: Combining Two Traditions

Shamanic Reiki is a mix of two powerful healing practices: Reiki and Shamanism. Reiki is all about energy, while Shamanism focuses on connecting with the spirit world. In Shamanic Reiki, practitioners use both techniques to help people heal. They channel energy while also using shamanic tools like journeying and spirit guides. This combination can help us feel more balanced, heal old wounds, and find peace.

Cacao Ceremony with Chumpi Stones: Opening Our Hearts

In some cultures, people use cacao ceremonies to connect with themselves and others. Cacao is a remarkable plant known for its ability to open our hearts and make us feel more loving and connected. During these ceremonies, people drink cacao and often use unique stones called Chumpi Stones to balance their energy. It’s a beautiful way to explore our inner feelings and find love and acceptance within ourselves.

Past Life Regression: Exploring Our Past

Past-life regression is a technique that helps us explore memories from what some believe are our past lives. It asserts that our past lives can affect how we feel and behave now. During a session, a therapist guides us into deep relaxation, where we can uncover these memories. Understanding and healing these past experiences allows us to feel more free, happy, and at peace in our current lives.

Each of these techniques offers a different way to help us feel better. By learning about them, we can decide which resonates with us and try them on our journey to feeling our best.

Bridging the Gap: Traditional Medicine and Alternative Healing

We don’t have to choose between traditional medicine and alternative therapies in the healing world – we can use both. Conventional medicine, with its proven methods and drugs, does a lot to help us with different health problems. But we’re also starting to see how alternative healing practices, like ancient remedies combined with new knowledge, can add to our overall wellness. These alternative methods look at the whole person – body, mind, and spirit – to help us feel better.

Combining these two worlds can give us the best of both. Adding energy healing techniques to what we already know can create a well-rounded approach to health care. This way, we’re not just treating symptoms but also looking at what might be causing the problems in the first place. It’s like opening the door to a new way of thinking about medicine – one that cares for the whole person and helps us feel more in control of our health.

Making Big Changes: Energy Healing and You

In the world of energy healing, we talk about making significant changes in how we feel by tapping into the power of our thoughts and feelings. It’s like taking a giant leap towards feeling better. We can think of it like in science, where tiny particles can jump from one place to another without going through the space in between – it’s called a quantum leap. Our healing journey can be like that, too – not always following a straight path but significantly improving how we feel.

When we focus our thoughts and feelings on healing, we make big jumps towards feeling better. Just like particles in science only become something when we look at them, our healing journey becomes real when we focus on it. We can make significant changes in our health and well-being by believing in our ability to heal and concentrate on it. It shows that we’re not just stuck with our problems – we can take control of our health and happiness.

Picking Your Energy Healing Helper

Choosing an energy healing practitioner is a big decision and should feel right. It’s like finding a good friend who understands and supports you. Before making a choice, learning about different methods and practitioners is essential. Check their qualifications and experience, but also trust your gut feeling. How do you feel when you talk to them? Do you feel comfortable and safe?

Remember, healing is a journey, and you should feel like an active part of it. Find someone who encourages your questions, respects your choices, and understands your unique needs. Trusting your feelings and instincts is essential to finding the right person to help you heal.

Living a Healing Lifestyle

Energy healing isn’t just about doing certain practices – it’s about how we live our lives daily. It’s about being aware of our thoughts, feelings, and bodies and how they all work together to keep us healthy. By adding mindfulness to our daily routine, eating nutritious foods, staying active, and spending time with supportive people, we can create a lifestyle that supports our healing journey.

This way of living helps to balance our energy, making it easier for us to feel grounded and centered. It’s not about reaching a destination but about following a path toward better understanding ourselves, finding balance, and feeling good inside and out.

Looking Ahead: The Future of Energy Healing

As we finish exploring energy healing, let’s remember that it’s a personal journey of growth and change. Each step we take towards healing shows how powerful we are in caring for ourselves. Having a skilled practitioner by our side can make all the difference, guiding us, supporting us, and empowering us along the way.

Stop! Prison Bars

You’re having a perfectly communicative conversation progressing without limits, your energy soars as you interact with someone sharing a similar vibration then it happens: The palm of the hand goes up, and they shout,

“Stop.”

Prison bars shoot up from the ground surrounding the person you’re talking to. They grasp the bars tightly and speak between the bars, “Oh, no. I can’t believe that.” Seriously inhibiting any potential conversation which might follow.

“I’m sorry. I… I just can’t.”

Bam! The flow is broken, the vibrational frequency drops, and the intimate heart-connection communion is vacated in an immediate knee-jerk reaction prompted by the sudden realization that one was outside the comfort zone, and your sense of self, safe within the steel cage of belief was at risk.

With our unbridled egos exerting energy 24/7 to protect us, keep us safe, ever limiting our scope and vision… as complex as the world is, with all its attempts to control us, keep us small, separated, and easily manageable, it’s a wonder two people can communicate at all.

It was amazing for as long as it lasted.

It’s easy to imagine unlimited possibilities, that is, until you actually start moving in the direction of the vastness of what unlimited encompasses. It contradicts the safety and security of what we know to be true, trust, or believe on. The things we swaddle ourselves in so tightly that we fear anything that may be outside.

Every once and a while our mind dares to explore what’s out there, only to find infinity to be too frightening to imagine, as we shrink down into ourselves, our human cocoons, refusing the metamorphosis which potentially awaits us.

In my ministry, my default setting is open to unlimited possibility. Not that I maintain that level of openness all the time, I am just like any other human being. Sometimes I get shocked or frightened out there, but it doesn’t take long, and I find my way back out into the wild openness again.

It is an integral part of my life’s work, to be out in the uncharted territory to add increased efficacy in the work that I do, and this brings a great deal of humble satisfaction and personal sense of achievement in all that I do.

There is no doubt that there is so much more to this life than we can see, perceive, or prove by scientific method. In fact, the more science strives to quantify and define all there is to know, the more scientists drill down to the minute details, the more vast and confusing it becomes.

For those of us who are “out there” in the expansiveness of all there is, there is not one of us who will be able to fathom it. The only hope is that by our universal connectivity, that as a group of one, we all will be able to enjoy the oneness of being a part of everything that ever has been, could be, or ever will be.

In the meantime, we honor and cherish those moments we share with other beings who get the idea.

Grok what I mean?

I Don’t Know About Human Trafficking in America

I can hardly believe that something so prevalent in our society can be happening every day, 24/7 all around me. And if you’re like me, you’re so busy focusing on living good life, helping others to have a good life, and making the world a better place, that one day you wake up and say, “I don’t know about human trafficking in America,” when you first hear of it.

At first, you think, this must be some kind of political propaganda-spin to sidetrack the world, to control or manipulate me, some new ploy to distract me from my ministry, a new false headline to throw me off-track and get me emotionally distraught to rob my power and make me weak.

I’ve heard the murmuring in the background of the media, but it wasn’t until my brother said he was actively seeking to address the concerns about human trafficking in America in Washington DC that I began to understand this to be a very real thing. Not somewhere abroad, in some far-off foreign country, but right here, in the United States of America.

Not be awakened by someone who was a victim of human traffic within my circle of influence kept me blind to the prevalence of human trafficking, even though throughout my ministry and work, I’ve come across victims of many human travesties (some, you could barely imagine, if at all). But no human trafficking victims.

I didn’t know that it was a real thing in Washington DC, and a huge issue closer to home, in California. Other states where human trafficking is a growing concern include Texas, New York, and Florida.

When the underlying vibration about human trafficking might lend you to think that this is a method of exploiting humans for sex acts, that is only one-third truth. The other two-thirds of human trafficking includes forced labor and servitude, the exploitation of children and organ harvesting.

I didn’t know victims of human trafficking are women, children, and grown men.

As per the United Nations, the term “people trafficking” refers to the exploitation of individuals through recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of people. This can involve domestic servitude, forced labor, removal of organs, prostitution or other forms of sexual exploitation. Sadly, it is a lucrative business generating approximately $32 billion annually worldwide, making it the second most profitable crime after drug trafficking, according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) 2006 data. Each year, around 1 to 2 million men, women, and children fall prey to human trafficking, while traffickers earn between $4,000 and $50,000 per trafficked person, depending on the victim’s origin and destination.

I didn’t know that our current socio-economic condition lends itself to creating increased opportunities for human trafficking to flourish in America. Yes, some people are abducted, yet others step through the open door leading to a trap set to capture the mind of someone amidst the struggle for survival in a troubled world.

Next thing they know, they wake up somewhere they’d rather not be, doing something they would not otherwise do, with no apparent way to reverse their condition. This is the modern-day slavery which is taking place every day in every State of the Union.

Just like the trafficking of illegal arms and drugs, human trafficking is a highly lucrative trade, taking place under the radar, behind the scenes, with the majority of us none the wiser.

Who knew? Who could even imagine such acts would be taking place right under our noses?

Sure, we’ve heard about it, but couldn’t possibly believe it. And if you think it doesn’t affect you? Think again. Someone in the town where you live was recently absorbed into the trade of human trafficking recently, and you didn’t even know.

I mean, you don’t know what you don’t know.

Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Neither did I.

Now that you know, what are you going to do about it?

How to Stop the Latent Abuse

You’ve been in an abusive relationship or a victim of abuse, and you’ve stopped the abuse. How do you stop the latent abuse? You found a way out, you were rescued, or you rescued yourself. Then you discover it didn’t stop the abuse. The abuse continues, it lingers. It digs at the deepest parts of you.

You’re like, “I’ve done all the work, I’m safe and free. Yet, it’s like I am still in the midst of it. Will I ever be free?”

This traumatic connection to your abuser allows the abuse to continue over time through an uncontrollable series of secondary emotional responses which are nearly, if not as, severe as when you actually were submitted to the abuse.

This latent abuse persists over time and can be more damaging than the abuse which triggers it because you may have only suffered the abuse once, but the latent abuse tarries and further abuses you over and over again.

This fits the definition of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). When you suffer abuse at the hands of another, you are connected to that person. While you may be able to save yourself from the abuse by separating yourself from the abusive environment or situation, you are continually traumatized or re-abused by the thought of the abuse, or when triggered by anything remotely associated with the abuse.

If you are unable to cut the cord of this emotional connection to your abuser, he or she will have continued control over you for the rest of your life, causing you to suffer even more, even though he or she is not even there.

Most abusers do not take satisfaction over this continued abuse because they don’t even think about it, but if you’ve suffered at the hands of a psychopath, the continued abuse you suffer over time is their badge of honor. Psychopaths pride themselves in being able to continually hurt someone over a period of time, for life, even more so.

If you are the victim of latent abuse, the best advice to follow is to seek out a coach or counselor with some experience in helping others overcome the continued suffering of latent abuse or PTSD. This is serious business and there are hundreds of ways to deal with the lingering effect of latent trauma, some methods are more effective than others.

They key is to enable you to cut the cords which connect your abuser to you once and for all. When you suffer abuse at the hands of another, you are emotionally connected to the monster within your abuser. To truly be free, you must not only separate yourself from your abuse, but you must cut the emotional cord which connects you to the monster.

You can experience relief from latent trauma by using my Emotional Release Method (ERM). You don’t have to seek out professional help, and you can enjoy freedom from the emotional connection to your abuser. You will be able to recall the events from the past that traumatized you, without having to feel all the emotional pain associated with those memories.

Whatever method you use to cut the cord of emotional abuse, you will know you are truly free when you can recall the events without feeling the pain associated with the abuse. Then, and only then, will you be free to heal the emotional wounds and grow unencumbered by your abuser.

If you are like others who have suffered abuse in the past, you may ask yourself, “Why would I be subjected to such abuse?”

“Why?” is a disempowering question. Why stops all forward momentum for growth and can even put you in reverse (See: WHY = STOP + Reverse). Though, you might consider this:

No one is more qualified than you to reach out and help someone else from suffering this kind of abuse. In a sense, you’re being subject to this abuse has equipped you to help others who have suffered similar trauma.

This is a part of your journey.

Imagine turning all this latent trauma into a powerful weapon for good. Your experience can empower you to be a force for good, empowering others to change their lives, heal, grow, enjoy a better life, and make the world a better place.

It’s Hard to Talk to People

Being among the evolving awakened can make it more difficult to engage in a positively conducive conversation with someone who is not privy to your enlightened perspective. It’s hard to talk to people as if you’re a stranger in a strange land and only visiting this planet.

You may have a rudimentary recollection, understanding those around you, but they have no idea who you are becoming. You might look the same but you’re quite different, now. You are evolving and your level of understanding is quite different from the standard Earth’s inhabitant at present.

It occurs to you that you might like it if some of your contemporaries could join you on this evolutionary journey, but it’s not the kind of thing you can simply talk someone into because they have no frame of reference and find it extremely difficult to understand the mysteries you have discovered by unlocking them with the secret codes within your evolving DNA.

There is no feasible way to communicate your discoveries in a way the unenlightened can correctly perceive them. Understanding is just not possible unless the divine spark within them begins to energize their own evolutionary process, even then, their growth and expansion will take place in completely different ways than yours, for each awakening and the path which follows is individually unique.

As your life becomes more heart-centric, it becomes easier to see how ego-centric others are, and you can have compassion for them, because that’s how you were, too, prior to your evolutionary awakening. You understand what is happening when you sit amongst a group of people who can talk for hours about all the things wrong with other people and this life.

The ego sees itself as the center of the universe and sees everything outside of itself as being of less value and significance, putting down anything else it can find to make itself (feel) even more superior.

You can observe them asserting their superiority over everything going on around them, the people and things within their circle of influence and those with no connection to them whatsoever. You understand this as the ego, in a sense, trying to justify their lives as being separate from other beings and all things. An effective method of social engineering which has proven to be effective over time. Until awakening, the idea of everyone and everything being part of one and the same (extension of God), and seeing nothing as broken, wrong, bad, or evil in this world, is not likely possible.

Conversationally, your interaction with others will take on a different flavor. You realize that you are but a reflection to others of themselves, for if they find fault with you, are accusatory, or are disrespectful toward you, you understand it has nothing to do with you in the “real world.” They are only responding to seeing the reflection of their own shortcomings, inadequacies, and hidden secrets within themselves. Who could blame them?

They are doing the best they can with what they have, besides they are also part of God, to be loved and honored by you while also being an extension of you, so you can have compassion, empathy, and respect for we are all one.

You have grown and expanded onto the version of who you’ve become so far, and see the universe with a renewed sense of wonder. You can continue to grow, expand, and coexist on a world that may be difficult to relate to at times, without being confused or perplexed by the vast differences in the perceptions of its inhabitants.

This evolutionary process of the human being is in its early stages, and you are blessed to be a part of it. At some point, in the near future when this continued expansion reaches critical mass, the entire world will fall into sacred sync. Until then, you are part of the chosen minority, yet also part of the emerging evolutionary wave of advanced humanity.

You have the ability to compassionately carry on a conversation without judgment because you love, honor, and respect your fellow human beings, who are a pre-evolutionary part of you.

Cutting Cords for Freedom and Peace

Throughout your life’s journey, you have relationships with other people who connect to you. You can feel it, as if you were connected by an energetic tether, and you are. It’s time to start cutting cords for freedom and peace for both of you.

An etheric cord between two individuals is like a tube where energy flows back and forth between two souls. You can feel it, like an emotional connection, which tugs at your heart and drains your love energy.

When you love someone, you become connected by an energetic cord.

In the beginning of the relationship your cord is connected, and this helps to solidify the relationship as you share this deep sense of connection, which in a perfect world, if all people were honest, open, loving, and caring as you could believe they might be, would be a good thing. But, for the most part, people are far more selfish than we might like to admit.

The relationship runs its course and you each go your separate ways, but this energetic cord remains.

This is why, when you’ve had a love relationship with someone, you feel deep emotional connection and/or negative impact, from fond memories to tragic broken-heartedness, or just being sidetracked by daydreaming or wondering where he or she is now.

When someone causes trauma in your life, you are also connected or “corded.”

If the person you are corded to lives in a highly negative emotional state, he or she may be getting the positive life force energy they need to survive from you, because you are still connected.

There are others who are virtual highly negative black holes that literally feed off the energy of others via these etheric cords. Even though they may not be currently active in your life now they continue to drain your life force energy, like energy vampires.

In descending order, you are joined by powerfully connected cords to sexual abusers, any sexual partners, lovers, children, spouses, siblings, parents, and close friends. You will also develop these connections among your mentors, clients, employers, teachers, casual friends, co-workers, and acquaintances.

Therefore, the need for cutting cords for freedom and peace.

Cord-cutting is a therapeutic technique utilized by spiritual healers and energy workers which sets both parties of the cord free from the life-draining connection. Proper cutting of the cords also includes the open end of the cords be connected to source energy so that no one suffers from the process and the energy of pure love is provided to both you and the person you were connected to prior to the cutting of the cord.

Your mind, which may have developed an addiction to the connection, may recoil at the idea of separating the cord, especially if the cord exists between you and someone you want to keep in your life. Fear not. The person can be a fully engaged part of your life, only prevented from draining your energetic flow.

But if it’s someone you want to leave your circle of influence, they will more easily fade away from your presence if they are no longer connected by this cord.

There are many techniques used for cutting cords for freedom and peace and you may elect to cut specific cords or many cords.

I have witnessed and participated in the wholesale cutting of all cords in one immense ceremony, but I think this is less commonplace.

Personally, I started with the most negatively impacted cords, then progressed to more, even disconnecting all of them, then reconnecting the ones I wanted to if I wanted to keep them connected.

Disconnecting yourself from being emotionally and energetically drained by others and cutting cords for freedom and peace can be a powerful step forward enabling you to manage your own sacred space as you journey forward into your own spiritual growth, expansion, and evolution.

Your Deepest Darkest Secrets

What is the most important secret in your life? That secret that you would protect from others at any cost? There are basically two types of secrets, those which are of light and life, and those which would be more associated with darkness and death. Of which substance is your most tightly held secret?

You most tightly held secret influences and is reflected upon and permeates your life, determining how you will navigate and interact with the rest of the world.

By holding onto a deeply held negative secret, your natural abilities to thrive deteriorate and your mind exerts a great deal of energy to discover and implement processes which can be deployed to help overcome the loss of your natural ability to thrive.

These schemes employ a wide variety of methods and have varying degrees of efficacy in producing the quality of life you feel you are (and you are) entitled to.

Through trickery and sleight of hand you are able to manifest things and circumstances which will provide for you the life you want, or at least a version of it which is pleasing enough to you. No one knows more than you, how much your life is built on illusion. You can become a master of illusion, in a sense, becoming the master illusionist of your own life.

Or, if you do not have a propensity to engage in the magic of illusion, you may sink into a dark despair and depression, while your mind and your body devolve into desperation, disease and death. Of course, these are two ends of the spectrum experienced by those who harbor deep and dark negative secrets inside themselves.

Keeping negatively-charged secrets, the avoidance of the, the pushing down and locking away of them can keep them

If you struggle with harboring these deep dark secrets, there is hope. You can, by accessing the multitude of endless possibilities, set yourself free of you hidden past, by embracing your true divine nature.

If you go beyond the depths of your dark past, you will discover underneath all the trauma of your past is a sacred being who is who you really are. You came to this earth holy and flawless. Since then you have accumulated a lifetime of experiences which have separated you from who you really are.

You have built a fortress of impenetrable ideals which have served to protect you from the damage incurred by your past. The pushing down and covering up of these hidden traumas has served you for a moment, in a sense giving you ways and means to isolate you from the pain, so that you can make it through life with some sense of sanity, but this is only an illusionary therapeutic approach.

These experiences have left you with festering wounds that will poison you, your soul, as you keep these things buried deep within your psyche.

The more you connect with your divinity, the more you can begin to see the things that have hurt you in the past from a higher perspective.

If you could see the darkest parts of you from God’s perspective, you can begin to see the sacredness in all things for suffering does not come without blessing. That is the divine nature of all life. The hardest turmoil leads to the most incredible blessings, if you will allow the sacred fruit to be born from your trials and tribulation.

You can do this by exploring your past by studying your past with your higher self, in a sense, looking through the eyes of God.

As you become more aware of and connected to your higher self, you can begin to take divine action influencing all areas of your life with goodness and mercy. You find ways to influence the world for good by basking in your own sacredness and spread love by being more gracious.

True love starts with gratitude for all things and leads to inspired action of doing good deeds and random acts of kindness. These inspired acts help you to imagine your unlimited potential, and the more you explore your infinite sacred self, you expand and evolve.

As you evolve your life moves from being centered around your mind (which as you now know does not really serve your highest and best potential) and your life gets more based on the central nervous system which originates and emanates from your heart.

Opening your heart and connecting it to the source of all life really does open you up to unlimited possibilities in your life for increased health, wellness, quality of life and longevity. Your body starts to rebuild, regenerate and heal itself of anything that does not serve your highest and best.

The more spiritual you become the more your divinity permeates all that you are even on a cellular level and throughout your DNA.

Your heart’s sacred connection to the source of all life imbues you with the same power that creates worlds and things that you thought were impossible before are now imaginable, and if you can imagine it, you have the ability to manifest your dreams, right here, in 3D.

When your deepest darkest secrets are illuminated by the light of true love, your life becomes a reflection of your love light which greatly affects not your world but the whole world around you.

Getting to Know Yourself

If you want to be in a position to be true to yourself and connect with others at a deeper level, you might consider getting to know yourself first.

Your Personal Inventory

To start to grasp who you are in this moment, you can take an inventory of the things that make you, the you that you are now. (Which may be different than who you have been in the past, or even who you were yesterday.)

1 Values and Beliefs

In general, you can usually determine who you are by documenting your values and beliefs. These are the primary things that influence who you are at the deepest level, they are indicators of how you are likely to react to certain stimuli.

You can rate yourself on a list of personal values, the determine the top three or four which are mostly responsible for making you who you are.

The things which are the most meaningful for you may be indicators of and should be related to, or in alignment with, your sacred assignment, calling, or mission in life. They all shape the parameters of your life’s style and make up your list of things you’d like to accomplish or contribute to, in your life.

2 Life Experience

Is there anything you can remember in your life, or if you think about the possibility of it being a part of your life, which brings you to tears? Not in a bad, way but fills your whole body with the frequency of pure love’s vibration? This is probably part and parcel of your divine purpose.

3 What Turns You On?

Next up, make a list of those things that turn you on. What piques your interest and easily grabs your attention? What are you curious or passionate about? What brings you joy and makes you happy? These items can include anything from hobbies to important causes which deeply move you.

4 What is Your Personality Type?

What is your basic personality type? We all have basic personality traits which make up the person we are. We all have different combinations of personality traits. Even with all the possible combinations of personality traits which are possible, it is generally accepted that there are four primary categories that can quickly identify a dominant category fairly quickly and easily.

You may easily determine What kind of cat are you? You could possess qualities of all possible combinations of cat-types, which would make it hard to quickly identify you with any one type, though many people have a primary or dominant cat-type. (Types of cats inspired by Hippocrates’ cat.)

5 Your Biorhythm

What is your base biorhythm? This is the internal biological clockwork that works 24/7 inside you. It determines whether you’re a morning person or a late-night person. When are the times of day when you seem to perform your best? Do you need eight hours of sleep or will four-and-a-half suffice? Are you more productive after taking a 20-minute mid-day power nap?

6 Special Gifts and Abilities

What are your special abilities? We all have them. You may take yours for granted, as many people do. This is because to you it’s no big deal. You find you’re exercising your special gifts and abilities as something easy, or even routine, but onlookers? They are amazed at your innate ability to do your thing so easily.

7 What Do Others Think About You?

This is a tough one because it is impossible to know what is going on inside someone else’s head. There’s a pretty good chance you don’t know what other people are whispering behind your back. And you won’t really know what they think about you until you’re dead, and if you haven’t guessed it already, by then, it’s too late for you to take advantage of this information.

But you can query the people that you know, the ones that you think could be the most trusted to tell you the truth. First, ask them what they think about you, then follow up with what they think other people think about you.

With this information in hand, it will give you an idea of the present status of your brand, and it will give you an idea about what areas need to be addressed, because people may not be aware of those special features that you’d like them to know about you.

If you’ve gone through these exercises, documented and reviewed your results, you are getting to know yourself and have a pretty good idea of who you are today, right now in real-time.

With this information in hand, you can begin to structure your life consciously to maximize your highest and best potential.

What Are Your Personal Values?

When you’re trying to determine your values it might be helpful to have a reference list of common values which you can reflect upon and using a scale of 1 to 10, rate your values. The values with the highest scores are the most important to you, greatly affecting who you are, what you do, the decisions you make, and how you react in certain situations.

Rate each on a scale of 1 to 10.
